  1. We had better see something from Kelsay.
  2. I want to know what would happen if Peters came back. Back to normal, or does he move right?
  3. This really needs to be a statement game. Who's starting at WR for the Seahawks? Clarence Coleman and Antonio Brown?
  4. Is Shaun Bryson still there?
  5. Brad "Moe" Cieslak. With injuries Cieslak seems like a reasonable stopgap at TE for a couple of weeks.
  6. I get why some QBs win the Heisman and aren't successful pros - it's a different enough game that the skills needed to succeed don't always translate. What's shocking about Woodson is that I saw mock drafts that had him as a top-10 pick at some points. Admittedly, they were crummy mock drafts, but jeez.
  7. Evacuate now! And keep our thoughts and prayers with you.
  8. You have got to be kidding.
  9. Bills, Steelers, Chiefs, Packers, Browns.
  10. The Sabres are also spending over $50,000,000. Brian Campbell would have put them OVER THE SALARY CAP. The problem with the Bills and the Sabres is who they're paying, not how much they're paying. Find a better use for Kelsay and Denney's millions, and then there'd be no 'cheap' label.
  11. Total crap. Below the Giants?
  12. Founded the NFL? He's even older than I thought!
  13. The man is now known as Chad Ocho Cinco. Really. Update your fantasy teams. http://myespn.go.com/blogs/nflnation/0-1-4...more-zany-.html
  14. Are Losman/Edwards in street clothes? What happens if the Chroise gets hurt?
  15. ANY playoffs are better than the NO playoffs of the past decade. I don't care if we lose 42-0 to the Colts despite them losing all three QBs to injury and having Polian suit up.
  16. We should! Then trade the quarterbacks for draft picks, use the draft picks on receivers, sign UDFA TEs to play tackle, and then trade them for running backs! It's the perfect crime!
  17. I'd say "somebody would have signed Peters" but he did clear waivers and return to our practice squad for a while. Still, at some point, somebody was gonna bite. Even we might have, with McKinnie. After all, Mike Williams wasn't a full-on bust yet.
  18. Is it likely that we get anything in return that helps us this season? I think it'd be a longshot. So even if we decided the differences were unresolvable, why trade him for a first round pick now (say) rather than a 1st round pick in March when we'd know where the pick was, and we'd have almost a year to get through to him. In fact, that's probably going to be true every year until he gets his butt to camp.
  19. Oh lord, I take it all back: http://www.amazon.com/Next-Question-Agents...6479&sr=8-9
  20. Does Drew Rosenhaus have a book? No matter how self-glorifying, I really would like to hear something about what happens on the inside of these negotiations. Best I got is from "Armed And Dangerous" with Bill Polian screaming himself red.
  21. Waived-injured is there to prevent teams from stashing two dozen prospects on IR every year. There's no rule about the likely duration of an injury affecting whether or not you can use IR, so if you don't mind paying 30 guys the minimum to not play, you could just have Prospect City on your roster. Now, if anyone thinks one of them is NFL-worthy, they can give them a roster spot.
  22. What's the point of this tier of roster cutdowns? You go from 80 to 75? It seems pretty trivial.
  23. What does DJ Fitzpatrick do for the rest of the year when the Bills don't have training camp?
  24. You can find Jason Peters with the search button? Why hasn't anyone told Russ?
  25. Grant Irons would be nowhere near as successful as he is if he had a less awesome name.
