If he throws that ball with less air it doesn’t get picked off. Go back and watch how Josh Allen throws the ball, you will understand better.

If he throws it with less air the corner thst Alghor beats catches up and knocks the ball away. (or picks it off himself)

The throw was literally going to hit Alghor in the bread basket..in stride no adjustment by him was ever going to be needed

Bolded is true, but that's not my point. Under the same circumstances some QB's get the throw there before the defender. That throw was a rainbow and allowed Hyde to close and make the great play he made.

Again nothing was wrong with that throw. If you go back and watch the whole play

    1. You would see the effort Hyde put it in just to get there...cause the throw was that good.

    2. The angle and distance Jones had to throw that ball..it was exactly right and hit the receiver in stride...

As I said...not every throw will ever be perfect or I should say not every int is cause the QB throws a bad ball. The defender made a great play, a game changer...Jones threw a very good ball.

On target and in stride could have happened before Hyde got there with a stronger throw IMO.

There was nothing wrong w that throw. It was a great play made by Hyde. Not every throw will be perfect by a QB sometimes the defender makes a better play.

Can’t argue with the media part lol they are professional agitators.  Honestly if the pats win Saturday with a banged up dugger and Barmore and missing Jalen mills it’s gonna be pretty hard to deny the media hype of how masterful belichick was so I will be on your side if people complain about the media haha I don’t see a lot of excuses on the bills side if nothing changes with Covid/the weather forecast.

if mac plays well it really doesn’t matter he struggled down the stretch of the regular season so I wouldn’t be surprised if the mac jones is the next tom Brady talks resume

Honestly. I really don't see the pats offense really threatening anyone right now. McDaniels would  really need to scheme up something different.

Even without White, I don't think the bills defense will really need to focus hard on any of the pats receivers or TE...(hunter in the end zone) but that's about it

Yes. We live in your head……you’re HERE.  I don’t go to patriot forums.  I couldn’t care less what patriot fans think about anything Bills related.  I find your poasts to be either ironix, hypocritical or amusing. If they weren’t any of the above, I wouldn’t comment.

you’re the one that said the pats live in bills fans heads…. As you type on a Bills message board.  Does it get any more ironic, hypocritical or amusing.  You’re the perfect combination of troll.  Thanks.

Was waiting for you to come back....i think you need to do your investigations more. I was on this board the day after the bills beat the pats for 2 days. I have post in multiple threads. I am not phased by you, i could careless about what you think of my post or me as a person or a poster. This is the internet, who sits here and really gets too emotional about people they will never meet!? I don't care, you decided to reply to my post (once again) not aimed at you to tell me how YOU FEEL ABOUT ME. cool, glad you got that all out. i will now continue on posting as i have been, when i choose to, and i will not have a second thought about who reacts to my post or doesn't.

You disappeared after your public execution.  Now your back because we live in your head. Pretty obvious

haha i think you are confusing posters, what "public execution" if there was one, i must of missed that because i was here after the pats lost to the bills, and I am here now. Not phased.

ha ha @ we live in your head, you seemed more bothered about me being here than the other way around..lol

Fella also claims he's not envious at all of our qb. He's just pleased as punch with his rag-ahhmed game manager. Ah, well, ghosts probably lose a good bit of intellect in the transition into the afterlife and this poor soul probably didn't have much to begin with.

I just seen this one..... Wait? Again what do i need to be envious of your QB for? You do realize the success of the two franchises right? If you do, then you would understand the statement of not needing to care about another teams QBs success or being better. I would care more about Fields in chicago because that is who i wanted than honestly caring whose the Bills QB.

There he is. The guy that disappeared after the execution weeks ago.  The guys that doesn’t care about football that much…..yet spends his leisure on the Bills message boards to see if Bills fans are talking about the pats.  The guy that says the pats live in bills fans heads…..meanwhile he’s obsessed with the Bills message boards.  Ironic?  Do  you use the same username on the fins and jets message boards too?  Or do you use TuaOwnsBelichick?  Undefeated vs the legend.

While you think the pats live in our heads, you’re living on our message boards….CLEARLY in your head.

They are #15 in passing yards, #8 in rushing, #6 in points scored and #2 in points allowed.   With a rookie QB who had 17 college starts, they went from 7 to 10 wins and made the playoffs.

They went completely one dimensional while beating the Bills at home.

Yup,  just two seasons apparently tells you what the future is going to be for this division. Now whose acting "entitled"?.

Pats are just another team with Brady gone…seems like it’s the absolute ball washing the media does for all things patriots that annoys people now but even the media outside of Boston has written them off and totally dropped the bucs vs pats Superbowl angle lol. I’m actually much more sick of kc and the pats winning would mostly make me mad because I don’t think they have any chance against them should they cross paths in the afc championship.

I can understand this...it's clear though, a lot on this board don't get what the media's job is and they love to let everything the media says bother them....

pats aren't media darlings now, let next year come and say the pats win 3 in a row and the bills lose one of three, you know what it will be like on sport media outlets the next day and on here as well.

Felger & Mazz schick is insufferable. I love when Greg Bedard comes on there and yells at them and basically makes them admit their schick is just all for the show.

Adam Jones is Felger & Mazz 2.0 as well.

Pointless to listen to Belichick during the season b.c he won't give you anything. So please everyone don't waste 10min of your life.

He has been a very bad GM.

He has had players who he has drafted and signed in free agency who have contributed and /or started through all of his years as a GM, especially comparing him to all the other GMs in the NFL. There are GMs who were in better draft positions and still screwed up their draft picks. Again I am not saying he hasn't had bad misses, but if we extend this to other GMs. I am sure you will find there are worse GMs than him.

1st and 2nd years picks that have contributed to the pats winning 10 games this season.  (in only year 2 of Brady being gone...)

For some people, there is exactly one job in the world they're meant to have, and Belichick has been in that job for decades.  What's he supposed to do if he retires, start a book club?  He won't retire, ever, unless he has a health issue that forces him to step back.

The biggest issue is that he's also the GM and he's not nearly as good at that job as he is as HC.  A time might come when he's forced to step away from GM duties, but even that looks unlikely at this point since he has so much power in the organization and is so close to the Krafts.

Do you remember the movie "Being There" with Peter Sellers?  A guy starts speaking in obscure platitudes, and everyone considers him a genius.  The thing is, Belichick really is a genius at coaching and also cheating, but the platitude approach is safe, boring, and never gets him into hot water, so he can concentrate on his two areas of excellence.

He is actually not that bad of a GM, yes he has had some misses ( some bad misses too) but nobody is perfect in getting their drafts correct and there are teams who end up getting good draft picks because they have sucked for so long. His philosophy is give the other team no bulletin board material at all cost. So that is why he says very little at press conferences. His job is secured yes, sometimes to a fault (drafting) but i think there are people trying to force his hands a little when it comes to drafting certain position, I think. at least there should be more of it.

overall I say the FA on O and D were good. Bourne is a solid 2 WR, Henry is a beast in the red zone and Macs security blanket, Brown when healthy is a top RT. (Add in Meyers and it’s a fun group missing that one dynamic player make the difference. IMO) Judon was worth every penny on D, and Baremore I think will be special that was drafted.

They benched Smith for awhile because he was destroying Jones confidence with BAD drops. He had a couple that went threw his hands for picks, the worst one is when he literally bopped it up in the air and looked like he handed it to the CB.

they been playing him more lately but his hands are still like stone, and add in Harry who can’t get open or run the right route (I have never seen a vet get chewed out by a rookie before.. but Mac chewed out Harry yesterday.)

Yea, BB offensive philosophy has always been to have a two TE set. He loved it when he had Gronk n Hernandez and you can see how that created problems. He has always wanted to duplicate that. He has never been big on getting a top wide out at that position. The Moss, ABs, Ochos...were the exception given who was at QB at the time.

Sure would like him to change that thought process though...(cool w the 2 TE set, just want a big play out wide as well)

Ok from the enemy side trying be rational:

    Bills:

Allen — just needs be the Allen of this year and last year. As long as he doesn’t struggle with accuracy  (which he has a few times this year) the Bills should roll on the Pats D

RUN — If he does struggle, just run the football. The Pats literally just gave up almost 200 yards to the 31st rank rushing O.

    Pats

Defense — has to step up big time! No more being gashed on obvious run downs and definitely need play better in the secondary. (I expect Bryant to be picked on again all day)

Offense — Run Harris and Stevenson a lot but also do PA Passes on 1st or 2nd and short. They can’t be predictable.

all and all the Bills should win and it would take a clunker performance by them for the Pats to steal a victory. This is exactly the record I expected for my Pats and I wish they were facing Ann inexperienced Cincy team that could get caught flat footed.

My exact thought. Honestly believe the Pats have no business winning this game. This is their ceiling just getting to the playoffs. Didn't expect them to win a playoff game. Maybe would of had a chance against cincy.

I do remember him yes, he played the same season as the great Scott Zolak who went on to pump his chest out as the color analyst for Pats radio.

You might be a lifelong fan, you might not. What I do know is that back then no one gave a ***** about the Pats and I never met people who claimed to be fans. If you look at the Pats attendances back in the early 90s when they sucked, they hovered around 30 thousand, 35 thousand, even for early season games. Some weeks it went down to 20-25 thousand.

During the drought the Bills averaged 71 thousand fans (at a time when there were so many other ways to catch the game). The fact is a huge percentage of Pats fans are bandwagon jumpers. That's to be expected but I always laugh at their entitled attitude. The real longtime fans won't act like that because they've experienced the hard times. I'm looking forward to seeing how many stick around when Belichick has gone and they spend a couple of years in the AFC East basement

Scott Zolak is acting like a homer, so Bills do not have radio host and their own color analyst on their own local radio doing the same thing?  I know the "thing" to say is the patriots have a bunch of bandwagon fans. Some of that statement is true. Most sports teams who win will have "bandwagon" fans. That is the nature of things in sports, but what completely is going to get buried just to push the agenda because they won so much is, there is a great number of loyal patriots fans. Back during Hugh Millen, "Scott Zolak" era the team was going to moved to Connecitcut. It was the fans that helped fight to keep the patriots where they are at.  I mean there is also regional, generational difference between fans of buffalo, New York to fans in Boston too. Bigger region more to do and more teams to support in Boston to just focus solely on one sport (that doesn't mean there are no die hard fans out there), for some patriots fans they were born in the '00, all they know is winning so some will act entitled as the internet and twitter has taken over that is what you are going to see. Obviously buffalo as of now does not have the same fortunate but.....plenty of buffalo fans act entitle now. Crap chief fans act the same way "entitled" and they were definitely on the other side talking about patriots fans.

It generally is the same thing all over, a lot of fans just won't allow it to be seen that way.

If our coach won 6 Super Bowls I would give him the benefit of the doubt for a few down seasons.

See i think some here may not know. Since NE is a bigger media outlet than buffalo. NE has plenty of radio host, and writers who take the contrary approach to their journalism. As this comes off as "ungrateful" New Englanders. What you are reading is someone taken "the devils advocate" approach, "contrary" approach, looking at it from another point of view. That newspaper, the Global does that a lot, but takes the "fluff" approach with the redsox because they are owned by the redsox.

If you are being sarcastic, yes I am. I been rooting for them since Hugh Millen was their QB. If you do not know who that is, then that should also answer you question. He was the QB before Bledsoe and Parcells got there. He was their QB while some of their games weren't being broadcast locally.

  19. 2 hours ago, RobbRiddick said:

The guys on WGR said it best the other day - the Pats fans and media think they're the biggest character in the NFL movie and just assumed they'd dominate for another 20 years after Jones had a couple good games.

They need to realize that they're just another team now and will have good seasons and terrible seasons like everyone else. Like spoiled children who have never been told "no" they can't handle not being the best year in, year out. I'm interested to see how many of their fans stick around once they have a few losing seasons in a row. I think a lot of them will jump ship to the the Chiefs or whoever

Sounds like your post and local radio station is generalizing alot here.
