  1. Kind of shocked by how negative people are against Mike Vick. I would say. To each his own, but this doesn't have a negative reflection on the bills cause most people never condone his behavior but clearly understood he has been a changed man for over 20 years now.

And your coach, GM etc who are thought to be a good judge of character have no issue with bring In Mike Vick, so that should tell you a whole lot.

And kind of offended someone who doesn't know Mike Vick at all called him "ghetto",  really??

If no team has offered what he is looking for, then why is it only between the Titans and Patriots. Those are the 2 teams with by far the worst QB situations

Cause he wants to play overall..he can sign a 1 year deal,  ball out and get what he wants next year.

This has been the same for years. A player says what he wants, he doesn't get it, then he goes to the next step, take what's out there in hope of trying again in free agency next year.

Again..no other team is offering him anything. If someone goes down. Then he is in business.

Right now only the pats, titans n chiefs have kept in talks w him. The chiefs do not have the money that's why they haven't offer him anythin, but they are still in talks w him.

Ik for sure BB already said he would sign Dhop, but only 9n his(BB) terms and also there is a understanding there is no rush for him to sign w anyone, but he left on good terms w everyone he has visited.

I think it’s pretty obvious where things stand at this point.

Hop wants to play for the Bills or Chiefs.

Bills and Chiefs can’t/won’t pay him what he’s looking for.

Titans and Patriots will pay him what he’s looking for.

Hop doesn’t want to play for the Titans or Patriots.

    Therefore.. we wait.

The Patriots hasn't offer him what he is looking for either. No teams has. It's already been reported of the two teams, especially the Patriots they are not in a rush for him to make a decision.

Barring any major Injury to another teams wide out group. It's between Tenn n NE.

  4. Couple things to add to this debate. Although there are those who like to bring up Montana and other players playing in rougher era. It's not true The rule changes as we know of today happening  AFTER Brady's 18-1 season. Brady had already won multiple championships by then and you could still beat the f out of the QB back then....(remember bountygate and what the saints did to manning)

And i know anyone with any sense is not really using the "cheating" thing as a point..but before you think the 9ers were clean...Montana, and even Jerry Rice already admit Rice and Montana's lineman used "stickem" during their SB runs...

And really people gotta stop bring up different eras...although the athletes are more advance now, cause naturally humans have evolved. All these players were still special no matter what era they were in. No regular joe could of played in any era. The athletes were superior in both mind and body....so my point, Brady would of been completely fine had they not changed the rules..because he would of adjusted. Just like Montana or a "mean joe" green would of been fine in this era.

Patriots have emphasized TEs in their offense for years.  Outside of Gronk, the rest of these guys have either murdered someone or faded into oblivion.

I mean, Hunter Henry and Jonu Smith really turned that franchise around, right?

At least we get to have fun watching this goofball frustrate the hell out of Belichick this season.

I think you're right that Mahomes' receiving corps weren't elite, but neither was Allen's. If you grant that Diggs and Kelsey are equivalent, who had the better receivers? At best it's a wash, but I would give Mahomes the edge. Plus, as you say, he had one of the best lines in the league and Allen the worst. So I can't agree with what has become the consensus view that Mahomes is better. Put him behind Allen's line and give him Dorsey calling his plays instead of Reid and we'll see who's better.

That's when the "specials elite" player comes out. like said, Burrow weet to a SB with a bad line (not to say they shouldn't upgrade at their OL if it

s truly a problem), crap the eagles when into the SB running a damn high school offense, Brady documented had an average receivers in his SB runs with the pats....and a lot of what Mahomes does is because of the player he is. yea Reid helps here and there but Mahomes executes that is not saying Allen does not, and Allen has on many occasions showed it's Allen on this team and everyone else..but can't keep blaming coaches when it doesnt work for you. Elite players over come that most time..

I agree 💯,  we don’t have to model ourselves after anyone

I’m just saying that our defense, which inevitably sucks in every postseason deciding game, held the KC O in check- got stops and turnover-  when we we mostly healthy (but still without Hyde and Tre).

just pointing out to others that defense does actually matter and the moves we made last year were very good as a combined unit- but not nearly as effective without the big dogs

You get back a Miller healthy and impactful that's gonna make a BIG difference. Plus Hyde and White staying healthy as welll...

I truly believe Gesicki would put up huge numbers on the right offense and/or with the right QB. That won't be happening with Mac

Cause what?? Zach Wison has physicay better tools than Mac and Mac's still  the better QB.

I hear all this talk about Tua and had he stayed healthy toward the end of last season, the fins would of been a threat. Especially with the two wide outs they have.

And plz let's not compare him to Allen, Rodgers, Barrow, etc...we clearly know he is not on that level...

Yes, he did but just like the Chiefs the Bengals D stepped up when they had to make a play. The Bills D chokes in big spots highlighted by 13 seconds. Put Allen on the Chiefs and Mahomes on the Bills and Allen would be the one with 2 Super Bowl rings with Mahomes having none.

No...i honestly think bills fans are being way too hyper crucial of your team especially compared to other teams...you guys are no worse or better than the Bengals or the chiefs...

Tiny tweaks here and there and they are fine...still a top 3 team IMO to win a superbowl.

Pacheco, Juju, McKinnon, Hardman, Moore, their TE 2-4  are all pretty good weapons

Switch QBs..whose in the SB this year? And it's not a knock on Allen. The Bills offense is not bad at all..tiny tweaks here and there and they are fine. Add Allen cutting down on turnovers at crucial times and the Bills are just fine on both sides of the ball.

    Consistency is definitely the differentiator.

Allen’s high is higher than anyone, but he doesn’t have the same baseline Mahomes has week to week.

It’s also true that Mahomes has had better coaching, protection and weapons than Allen every year.

Bills have had a top offense for like the last few years. And Mahomes just won with an offense where only Kelce scares you.

So are we supposed to overlook his Homelander act as football czar with the Texans.

The Bills would need to triple the doorways widths at OBD to let his ego pass through. Doesn't play well in the sandbox or with others.  Legendary dust ups with Brady and JJ Watt - a couple of first ballot HOFers.   Not to mention a couple 21 point losses in divisional round as flags on his resume.

His offense at Houston was always rated in mid teens even with Watson.  Easy pass for me.

There's a difference in being a coordinator than being a head coach who makes personnel decisions. He f'ed up that organization bad, but he did take and won a playoff game with them as well.

The NFL needs to cancel or postpone this weekend. There is no way the Bills or even Cincinnati will be able to concentrate on practicing let alone play a game.

I agree and nor should the BIlls, Cincy or any team, coach or player be focusing on the games right now, i understand its a business and they have to conduct business but IMO until that young man can make a full recovery or at least get an update toward the positive. i think it would be best to put things on hold at least until next week. Things are still very serious right now.

You are probably right! A very dumb rule! It is what it is, I will take the positive move forward by Mac in this game.. that was such a beautiful pass and Henry didn’t have to do the stretch as he already broke the plain.. but hey 388 yards and 2 TDS a damn good move forward for the QB.

That's what i took from the game too. Mac look real good. I am ok with the results if he is gonna be able to play that well moving forward.

Every single fan base feels that they get screwed over by the refs and have conspiratorial thoughts about why the NFL doesn't want them to win.  The fact of the matter is that refs make mistakes and there's negative and positive variance within that.

Don't use this logic here, that's not what the internet is for
