  1. Well that would be expected if one goes to a team ready to succeed and the other has to start from point A again. You wanna make the switch and see who fairs better BB w the Bucs or Brady with NE? And when it's all said and done or dead, you will continue to be more likely disappointed when nothing new comes out of their "cheating" As I said in another post. You have already had ex-employees, government officials and probably a good-ass nosey reporter that has not unearth anything yet. Yes it's a little different with both scenario. You have a rookie QB so they are only given him so much responsibility. Their Oline has not been very good to run any scheme and both TEs aren't getting much separation from their defenders. Smith a little more than Hunter Henry.
  2. Both TEs have been very disappointing at this point. Barely recorded much for stats. The only players who have been steady in the pats offense so far have been the QB, J.Meyers (at WR) and Damien Harris has had his moments. That's about it at this point.
  3. And why is that? did you look at the bucs offensive weapons compared to what Brady had his last year in NE or last year at all? This is all hyperbole, there is no NE -based ESPN. There's just fans jealous and tired of hearing about the Pats. Like every sports show is full of hot takes and the hosts saying something to get notice. Everyone show does it and every host does it in every sport... to just about every player. It's what sports shows are now a days. I am sure you are not complaining when GMFB hosts goes completely bat-sh*t crazy about the Bills
  4. So everything he accomplished In his career now is negated after Tom Brady left? Mind you, Tom Brady went to better team, he didn't go to a team with the same talent as the Patriots. Mind you BB defense won them their last SB not Tom Brady, Mind you his defensive game plan against the Bills in the SB is in the HOF, Mind you he won a SB in 01 with a "game manager " but we are going to wipe that out because we (some fans) are going to take a small portion of his career and now claim he isn't what the NFL says he is?
  5. Jones had 2 ints that were his fault, but he is not the reason for their lost. And BB is not losing his "fast ball" it's week 3 and not even a year and a quarter of "the rebuild" but posters/fans with an agenda like to throw logic out the window and make hot takes over sample sizes instead of waiting for the whole picture. We all know after coaches lose a HOF player(s) and start to rebuild, they make the playoffs the next season and the SB the season after that. (sarcasm)
  6. Love these knee-jerk reactions. It's like some people just started watching the NFL.
  7. I wonder does this thread get made if they win today?
  8. Umm..me admitting that they are guilty of spygate but some how I am denial?? It's not that serious because right after spygate the likes of Bill Crowder, Mike Shanahan have come out and said they did the same thing. Prior to 07 you were allowed to tape from your own sidelines but the NFL put a stop to that and of course BB took it to far. It's not that serious cause Joe Montana has come out and said his lineman and receivers were using "stickum" on their hands, my point. The saints were paying players to injury other players (bounty gate much worse), Mike Tomlin got on the field and tripped the opposing returner during a live game You (not meaning you) would be a fool to think teams aren't trying to use a little bit of extra to get an advantage. Not saying the pats were not wrong or shouldn't been punished just some fans get too extreme w it. Oh and ESPN had to apologize to the Patriots organization about claiming they taped the Rams walk through during the SB. That was false. And the 3 SBs after spygate also shows they didn't need tapes to win...although what they did and kept doing was stupid. And you don't know nothing about me. Everytime I post its usually factual. You just don't like that I root for the enemy. Oh well.
  9. Thank you. My point. Please go back and read post. I said they were guilty of spygate and I said "EX" employees. Thank you.
  10. Bills record from 00-2015..2018 per pro-football-reference.com 2000*** 8-8 (colts were still in our division at the time) 2001**** 3-13 (last time colts were in our division) 2002*****8-8 2003*****6-10 2004*****9-7 2005*****5-11 2006*****7-9 2007*****7-9 2009****6-10 2010****4-12 2011****6-10 2012****6-10 2013****6-10 2014***9-7 2015****8-8 2016****7-9 2017****9-7 2018****6-10 Yup if the Patriots just spotted you guys one more win it would of truly made a difference huh? We not even gonna talk about the Bills not being good against the rest of the NFL. It was because of the Patriots.
  11. haha to keep the jets out the playoffs?? the Jets?? The jets nor your bills were rarely ever good teams during the pats 20 year run. The deflated balls wasn't much either especially since plenty QBs came out and said they inflated and deflated their footballs a certain ways all the time. A.Rodgers was one of the QBs who said he adjusts the balls to his liking. Please stop making this thing out to be "water gate" it was never that serious. Oh yea and i am wondering, how is your petition working to stop BB and the pats from benefitting from all their success? Got like 20 signatures at least yet?
  12. Think about it, I know it maybe hard for you to do, but exactly how "incriminating" were those tapes. Since 07 there has been no ex-employee from the pats or the NFL itself to come out and say there was actually harder evidence on those tapes implicating the patriots to so much more (not even a very good, very detailed oriented new reporter). You really think R. Goodell & the NFL...the same NFL that can't even get the COVID rules correctly, was able to cover up "the real truth of spygate" to everyone including US government?? haha sureeee...i bet i can convince you i seen bigfoot in my back yard. and don't get it twisted it. They are definitely guilty of spygate, but it's not as bad as hurt fans make it out to be. They proved it in 07 how much "spygate" didnt affect how they win games.
  13. No it wasn't. No evidence of that. Not even on those destroyed tapes. The main reason for the Bills 20 year drought was the front office fail to build a team to compete.
  14. The QBs i listed that won SBs. Were anyone of them Elite QBs? Including Brady in 01. And again saying it clear for anyone not understanding what i am saying. You need a solid QB to compete in this league, you can win with a solid QB, if your team is built strong enough, he doesn't need to be top 5 dead or alive in order for you to succeed.
  15. So after 2 games and a new stat never mention before (we talking air yards nows...) now we can predict what a QBs career is going to be. Got it. That helps but you can just know how to move in the pocket and avoid rushes, you don't have to be Lamar Jackson, Mahomes, Allen, etc....
  16. He is a rookie learning to play in the NFL. Worry about it if he figures it out and the Bills haven't won a ring yet. (if this is what that all means) And if your team is built strong enough and you have a good coach, your QB doesn't need to be the best in the league or even top 5. Trent Dilfer Brad Johnson Eli Manning Joe Flacco Tom Brady (01) all not consider great QBs and won SBs. Brady in 01 was a game manager, no where near what he became. (i notice how that "game manager" title gets thrown around to discredit QBs) If they are 1st, 2nd year QBs you want to bring them along right, not screw them up for the rest of their careers. Even a Jimmy G and a Matt Ryan went to a SB. Matt Cassell went 11-5 with a strong team around him. It doesn't end all w the QB. It takes way more than having a great QB. if that was the case. Peyton, Rodgers and Brees would have a sh*t ton more.
  17. Easy answer. It comes down to the organizations getting the right coaching staff and having the right philosophy for their team (same as in any business) The pats were able to benefit from it early where as the rest of the division still had to find their way. You guys are definitely there now and if the Fins and the patriots can be competitive this division is gonna be fun to watch...A heart attack for us all as fans, but still some good back n forth football that will take place. No it would be a 3-way tie. Miami at 1-1 Bills at 1-1 And either pats or the jets at 1-1
  18. The shorter passes or the wheel route that Jones hit White on coming out the backfield?
  19. you mean like the JETs ha ha...i mean they had to go high in the draft for a QB twice, in a five year span!
  20. I hear what you are saying. I look at it more as they game plan to help the rookie along more because..he is a rookie, but he made 39 pass attempts(with a vary of different throws) and was put in situations (3rd and long) where that "just dinking and dunking" was not gonna do it. And don't get me wrong, i know you arent saying anything bad at all. I just think he look more like a QB that could last long in this league and he could handle the "regular" load most franchise QBs can handle once he is a season vet. I honestly think he will be able to handle being down 2 scores at some point this season and over come it. At some point.
  21. opposing fan thought: I wouldn't take too much from the Bills loss yesterday. The offense was just off. I woudn't expect Allen to play that bad next week. And i know we shouldnt make these kind of excuses for our team. But for me, the turning point was that pass inference called for the Steelers. That would of been 3 and out and stall their offense which still wasn't doing much at that point.
  22. He wasn't though, did you watch the game? He was in a few 3rd and long facing a miami blitz quite often and made great throws. In general there were a few strikes right up the middle over 20 yards and a couple strikes toward the side lines as well. You are the first person i heard say he was "dinking and dunking"
  23. Respect to your thread and fanbase, I am only coming in your game day thread this one time. To say .....have a great season bills fans! I truly do wish your team the best and I look forward to the back n forth when the pats play the bills Enjoy the season!!
  24. Interesting. Some Bills fans think they don't act like every other fan in America in every sports..... ha ha wow...
  25. Looks like someome needs to tell the nfl that because so far I haven't seen that asterisk... While you're starting that petition up you should get the NFL to update their websites n language... You seem like u got a lot to do, I would get on it soon so u don't miss any bills games..
