This shouldn't need a metric or a stat. It's pretty understandable the Bills played tougher opps. Again the psychology of the NFL schedule and how it works is pretty self explanatory (not calling you dumb). It balances out in the end if you have two divisional opps tied then their strength of schedule comes into play. You beat the teams you are supposed to beat then you don't have to worry about who played who IMO.

How so?

I wouldn't be surprised to see either a Drake Maye fumble or one of our RBs fumble.

On their best day. The fins. Falcons and the Jets are not better than the bills. Minus Josh Allen not being in the field. the bills shouldn't lose those games, it does happen. But most times good teams find away to win games they should win. You lost, you run the risk the Bills are in now. At the end of the day, Bills in the playoffs are a threat to any team. Especially if the chiefs aren't gonna be in it.

The time of possession had nothing to do with it. It was getting dire before the pick 6 and even after the pick 6, they were only up like 3 with Burrow getting the ball back and up until that point their defense was struggling to stop Cincy.

This is not true. Maye spreads the ball around. Diggs is rarely the focal point of the offense. The ball gets spread around to their entire receiving core.

My point is....everyone knows, and most importantly teams know, every year it gets tougher as you win or keep winning. My point is they will be prepared to take on whatever is thrown at them like most teams do. And about this week's game of course both teams can win. It's hard to swept a team in your division especially a good team. As perfect as Josh Allen played yesterday it came down to needing two major defensive plays to win because Cincy controlled that game all the way through.

Please point me out in my reply I said anything about the bills? I simply asked you when they play (the pats) a 1st place schedule what is suppose to change ? Meaning for them..i said nothing about the Bills, especially being better than the pats. And nothing i said implied them(The patriots) being good, or better than another team.
-
What's suppose to change? This isn't Vrabel as a first time head coach. They have a solid coaching staffing, cap space, the draft and free agency, plus a QB with a ton of potential to entice other free agency. All of that has to factor into next year too.

Correct..its been a long time.

Ha ha he was out for the season injured. Matt Cassell was the QB.

This. All anyone ever talks about is their schedule. They weren't good last year so like everyone in the NFL..you get the schedule based on your record. No one expected them to win 10 plus games. It wasn't like they were a playoff team or on the verge to be a playoff team last year and the NFL gifted them their schedule.. Every year some teams get a easy schedule.

Very hypothetical.
