  1. Deep fried Orioles as an appetizer, followed by a roasted Raven, accompanied by new fingerling potatoes and nice Chianti.
  2. Schopp was trying to make this a thing when I was listening earlier. Many of these sports reporters should be working for TMZ.
  3. If people are not convinced by now that Diggs had became a problem, then nothing will I guess. The performance to date of this offense speaks volumes. Brady is killing it, and it is very obvious this team is together and playing for each other. Finally, Josh Allen has developed into the undisputed leader. Yes, it is very early, but they are making a statement about the post Diggs era of the Bills.
  4. These takes are all bad, but the CBS Sports blurb is particularly clueless. I guess the media is back on the Ravens bandwagon. The Ravens have not figured anything out. They played a team with a historically bad rush defense, as many Bills fans will recall from last year. The Bills “struggles to stop the run” this year have been primarily a result, as anyone who actually watches the team would attest, of the Bills encouraging the run and short passes by scheme. The Bills overall defense has actually performed much better than Baltimore this year, who does stop the run, but cannot stop anyone from passing on them. They are dead last in that area. This is a matchup tailor made for Buffalo. I do expect Henry to get his yards, but I do not expect a dominant running game like they had against Dallas, with 45 total rushes at nearly 6 yards per. Not going to happen. Lamar is going to have to pass to win this game with his very subpar OL, especially at OT. Lamar cannot beat the Bills with his arm in my opinion. All that said, tough game, in a tough place to play, but the Bills again are the better team, with the better QB and the better defense and should prevail.
  5. I suspect that is part of it along with the fact they have not needed to stress the offense much.
  6. Joe B has take the position this year that it is a step back year for the Bills and they do not have the talent to compete at the highest level. I expect his takes all year to fit that narrative.
  7. In that missed kick against Miami he just does not look natural. I am not sure if that is representative of his kicks thus far this year or not, but that one looked forced for sure. Head case at this point maybe?
  8. Regarding the Chiefs, Kansas City , KS seems much more willing to fund the bond issue required to build the Hunts their new palace. Not so on the Missouri side. If the stadium issue does not resolve there, the Chiefs will move somewhere.
  9. Yeah, they beat the Pats, but ultimately, this is not going to go well.
  10. The jets have discovered a new style of offense. They should call it the “please don’t hit me” offense.
  11. Rooting for a tie.
  12. There is absolutely nothing that Theilen can bring at this point that they do not already have.
  13. Too funny. That team is such a hot mess. Totally leaderless.
  14. In the Urban Meyer debacle, I think you would be hard pressed to give Trevor any credit for winning that game. The Bills offense simply stunk and lost it. Last year, his scrambling killed the Bills, so yes, he gets some credit for that win, but it does not change the basic point about him. He is not elite, very inconsistent, and has underperformed expectations. That said, he will now probably have the game of his life on Monday.
  15. I hate the red pajamas and prefer the all blues to them, but I really don’t like either.
  16. You greatly overestimate the talent level of the Jags offense. To this point, Lawrence has been the epitome of under performing talent in his career. Very inconsistent. Thomas is a rookie. Davis is the definition of pedestrian, and Kirk barely got in the game last week. Etienne has averaged 4.4 yards per carry in his career but less than 4 last year and so far this year. He gets heavy usage but to little great effect. I would not trade Cook for him at this point. I would take Kincaid and Knox over Engram and whoever as well. About the only thing that concerns me about the jags on offense is Trevor scrambling.
  17. Yes, thankfully we will be spared the pain of listening to Troy Aikman and his bad takes on Josh Allen.
  18. McDaniel is in charge of that team. It is his decision, not Tua’s or his parents, nor the doctors. (Unless they rule him out) He blew it because he is an immature jerk and a poor leader. A real adult in the room would have sat him down.
  19. Yes. The OP here is exactly right. McDaniels decision to send Tua back out against the Bills was directly responsible for what happened to him 4 days later, and perhaps is responsible for the severity of the on-going risk he now faces. The entire Dolphins organization should be ashamed of themselves at the very least. How anyone can have respect for that dweeb is beyond me.
  20. Even when it was explained you do not seem to understand. Stop digging.
  21. I totally agree. I was absolutely fine with the Bills going into “boring mode” . Miami was clearly not going to mount a comeback with Thompson. There was no reason to risk Josh or the receivers, and no reason to put any more of their Offense on tape for the rest of the league. I felt like the Bills could have scored at will if they wanted to and certainly could have run up the score, but to what end?
  22. The Dolphins were already mediocre on Defense and they have taken some big hits. Wilkins was their best player and Van Ginkel also made many plays for them. All they have now is Ramsay’s reputation and Poyer’s golden years. They are not a very good team IMO, even with Tua.
  23. Two catches, 13 yards, and bitching on the sidelines. The Stephon Diggs experience. Good riddance.
  24. The callers (otherwise known as sheep) take their cue from the hosts and the roster of hosts is the worst it’s ever been. He is actually the best they have, although that is not a ringing endorsement.
  25. Murray is the “anti-leader”. He is literally the worst possible leader for your team or your offense. A terrible QB. He is Doug Flutie without the canon for an arm.
