I think our OCs are just not up to par. I also think that Hines came from Frank Reichs WC system into the Bills EP system. What I've heard is the terminology is completely different. Calling a play in the Bills EP system is like understanding chinese for a WC person. CMC went from one WC system to another which is why he was able to pick up the playbook much sooner.

Are you saying McDermott cannot cut under performing players on this team ? If so that is a truly dysfunctional management structure. Most other teams the gm signs the players and the coach has the ability to cut the players

If Bass misses another FG in the playoffs causing the Bills an early round exit then McDermott should be held responsible not bass. McDermott will have made the decision to keep him on the roster and should be held accountable

I think you've touched on the fact that our offensive woes are alot more to do with our revolving carousel at OC and McD will never hire an established OC that could replace him. I have a strange feeling that Brady is not going to last long in that he doesn't take advantage of Allen's strength which is the deep ball

I think the Jets are the type of team that can prove a tough out for the Bills. Even if AR can't stay healthy Tyrod Taylor is a good backup. A good run game and solid defense with Tyrod will be a good team that can be trouble for the Bills and is not a good matchup for them Think the jags game last season
