nassib has a cannon for an arm...unfortunately he has no governor on that arm...so when he tries little screen or dump off passes...he just rifles them in there and the poor receivers have to work VERY hard to make the catch...not sure how coachable that is at this point in his development...that is my only concern with him

Is she hot 3.) pics of her 4.) pic of the tie(i mean i would never say that the Jerry Garcia ties were particularly stylish...but I would wear them with shorts if i was in possession of one... side note..i am thankful that i have never had a job where I had to wear a tie...I've been lucky enough to have been able to wear jeans and golf shirts in my working career...i am not a tie guy at all....

in an early thread about relocating to DC Plenz, you suggested a zipcar membership...I am looking at this option and am doing some reading about the service...can you provide actual user experience? pros, cons, advice on useage? I am not ready to invest in a car payment and philly has the service...I can use septa for getting to work, going out for a night on the town, but there are times I would like to have a car at my disposal.... thanks in advice for any help...

Easy way to peel the paper off the cloves...place them on a counter and with the flat part of a knife..the bottom of a pint glass etc...gently 'smash' the clove..don't squish it...just hard enough to gently crack the clove...the paper pretty much comes off on its own...

he actually got an electric bass and a small amp...i guess a friend of my ex had one to pretty much give away...maybe i can get one of my other sons to play drums we can be like rush and eventually get become geddy lee's mom's favorite band....I'm just warming up my arm....

i just got the guitar back from my son...and i want to get him involved in lessons as well...he and i are separated by 4.5 hours so I can't just sign him up with a local(to me) instructor. I have a very basic understanding of the guitar...i need lessons though.

lets keep in mind...Jim Kelly doesn't need to have all the answers, he simply needs to be smart enough to align himself with those that can help him get the answers, and there is no questioning his football acumen...side that with someone with the business acumen and you could have a great combination...no one is expecting JK to be the savior but he is a figurehead that can attract people and talent...hopefully....

my gut tells me the team hires a real OC in the offseason, Gailey is kept on, but on a very short leash...if he isn't 4-2 or better to start the year, he's gone...i know everyone is mocking the continuity angle, but i think having an OC that is being groomed to take over is the way the team will go....either way, Gailey is gone in '14. Just my thoughts..

i've never been a huge kelly fan outside of his play on the field for the Bills. He seems to me to be a glorified meathead, Ben Roethlisberger-ish...that said, he has been a great ambassador for the Bills and for Buffalo when he could have easily gone anywhere else...as long as he doesn't have any important role and can lend some on-field advice...and if he has a group in place to make a run at ownership...good for all of us...
