  1. I don't know and I could not predict. There were two calls that made no sense to me. The tuck and the Johnson call. We got the breaks last week against New England on a few calls. Maybe we were due? We just need to play better, that is a fact.
  2. I had a feeling from the very first quarter when they were allowing late hits and low late hits on Fitz that this crew was not a good one and that they would somehow decide the game. We just did not play good enough to overcome a poorly officated game. Several questionable calls and reviews were the difference today. We ned to learn and move on.
  3. Got that burning sensation? Get Tucks Tuck Rule
  4. First -- The ground cannot cause a fumble. Second -- The reason the call was bad is because he was already down on his knees in full control BEFORE he went to the ground. The play was already over before anything should have been questioned. The NFL has TOO many rules and is "over officious" to coin a phrase from Marv Levy.
  5. I do not understand the logic or the benefit of the Tuck Rule. What is the purpose of it? He was not throwing the ball, he was bringing it in to protect it and he fumbled it, so its a fumble. What am I missing? Ok - it did not cost us the game but it cost us 7 points in a game we lost by 3. Go figure. I don't understand the Johnson call either. He caught it, went on his kness with full posession, and they are saying he did not have control as he went down? He was already down with control? This cost us an opportunity to pad a 7 point lead and take time off of the clock.
  6. see video Brady's revenge
  7. ... to bad he was right on everything said.
  8. I should have been a catch. This was the game changer. We would have killed more clock and put up the insurance points. Inexcusable call. Lets not forget we still had the lead at this point and we did EVERYTHING wrong after this play.
  9. This is the most pathetic thread. What a bunch of whiners. Boo Hoo One game. We played a fired up NFL team and they beat us. We are a 4-12 team that is on the rise but we are not going to win them all. This was a poorly played game that we still could have won. Next week is Philly. Move on. We can win.
  10. You guys crack me up. Gailey is not the problem. Execute the play and the coach is a genious, don't execute and he is a dummy. This loss falls sqaurely on the players. The players did not tackle, cover, catch, pass and block good enough.
  11. Great athletic skills. Not smart + no football savvy = rarely in position to make a play. Therefore not a play maker.
  12. Weak arm? He sure did not have a weak arm today? Nice game for the rookie, and lets not forget the aide of Tuck rule. Tuck it ...
  13. We played bad and still coulda, shoulda won. Learning experience for a young team.
  14. We did not get the close calls. We did not play good enough to overcome that fact. We have to grow from this. Young team. We are going to take this bad taste out on philly next week
