  1. I will agree that the Bills have neglected to use premium picks on OL in the draft. Note that the Bengals had some premium picks too to get Burrow and elite WR1 and WR2 positions.
  2. Can’t stand him. Hope he doesn’t end up in a broadcast booth.
  3. Brady looking lousy.
  4. Correct call. Down on contact. No conspiracy.
  5. We gave him a lot of chances and stuck with him. He was hurt a lot. He looked good in preseason versus 3s and 4s. We gave him chances.
  6. Miami was tough. We played a good game, not perfect obviously, but plays were made when needed. Playoff win = good win. Would like to see more balance on offense, too many bombs. Cinci didn’t do much versus Ravens either. Winning is hard. On to next week. GO Bills!!!
  7. It’s a win. It’s a playoff win. It’s against a division team that knows your team really well. Moving on to the next one. It’s a W, I’ll take it.
  8. If there is any player that can put the team on his back and carry them to victory it is Josh Allen. Yesterday's stats: Comp ATT PCT YDS TD INT QBR 19 31 61.3 254 3 1 114.8 What is wrong with that? Add in a TD pass that was dropped. He was hit hard on his pick - probably should have eaten the ball - that was one mistake. Did he miss a few checkdowns, probably. He threw three TDs. We have waited over 20 years for a guy that can do this. You want to worry about something related to the Bills? Think about our depleted secondary helping Mac Jones look like Joe Montana. Or maybe our pass rush without Von Miller.
  9. All true. Maybe we add some new plays for playoffs that get the ball to Hines? Quick hitters that get the ball to him on the run.
  10. Davis is not as bad as many here are saying. TSW is the land of over-reaction and "what have you done for me lately". Sure, he has had too many drops this year but he has had some great catches too. He has made catches on contested balls, he has done the toe drag - this criticism is just piling on. He is what he is. He is more of a 3/4 than a 2 for a team like ours. Shakir may end the better of the two, he has to learn to run better routes and get open more than he does. He needs to work hard this off season, he has the tools.
  11. It was a great win even with an uneven performance at times. Consider the week they had and its hard to complain about any of the missed plays and better to focus on the big plays that they made. Hines had a special day. Allen/Diggs connection is back, Cook progressing, Knox had some big plays too. Then there is Smoke. Gotta love that. On defense, the secondary is going to be challenged in the playoffs. Great to see Tre get a pick, he is still recovering and we are hoping that each week gets him another step further. I know I am in the minority on this, but the guy wearing #49 was excellent again. Congrats to the Bills, finishing the regular season as the #2 seed is not what we wanted - but it is still a good position. Hoping for continued improvement for Damar, and some great practices and full concentration for this team as they pursue their ultimate goal!!! GO BILLS!!!
  12. My only concern regarding the Bills is not that they won't hit hard, more of it has to do with the preparation needed before hand. I think their less than normal preparation can be overcome by their talent and even more so by the home field. Not having to travel saved them many hours of time that could be dedicated to more useful preparation - or even rest. The home crowd will provide an advantage too, especially in Buffalo.
  13. True, it often goes to a coach that turns around a bad or mediocre team. It does not have to, and if you look at it many of those winners did not sustain the high performance. Vrabel won it last year, Stafanski the year prior. Both are struggling with mediocre teams - one turn around season is nice but it should not be the sole criteria. McD also turned around a team that is still in the elite class of the league, climbing up without regression. He overcame huge obstacles this year. McD should win in a landslide.
  14. Philly has 3 losses just like us. We have a better point differential and we played a much harder schedule. McD had to overcome a lot with injuries, scheduling and weather issues, and this situation with Hamlin - which tested his leadership beyond a normal football season.
  15. I think they vote before the playoffs.
  16. Hmmm .... From the second view it sure looks like the Bengal player was down on all fours and momentarily stopped, once he realized he was near Allen decided to roll into him.
  17. Great news on Damar! Incredible. Does anyone know how the Bills are doing with practice, game planning and preparation for the Pats*? I can't believe they would be able to function normally as far as their weekly routine would go. Having this next game at home will help, not having to travel, being in familiar surroundings, and having the full force of Bills Mafia there of course will provide a lift.
  18. Amazing and wonderful news. It just changed how I feel today.
  19. No way to tell how this game would end. Cinci started hot and the home crowd was a big advantage for them but the Bills defense has adjusted all year long and shut down teams. I thought the PI on Tre was holding. I liked the Bills drive and the mix of run/pass. I think we can score a lot of points on them.
  20. You are mistaken. Dobbins was taken one pick after Epensa, the year prior. Dobbins is a good player. So is James Cook, who is just starting to develop. 2022 stats: Att Tds Ave TD Dobbins 79 427 5.7 2 Cook 80 462 5.8 2 The bolded statement is ridiculous. Let's get rid of Dawkins, Brown, Singletary, Cook, Davis, and Shakir go back to life before Beane?
  21. 5 pages of complaints about a 2nd year player in 2 hours. Hindsight is 20-20.
  22. The playoffs start on MNF next week.
  23. Lets just win our remaining games and none of this matters.
