  1. I don’t think there is any hope for Elam in the CB3 role. I think Buffalo like Jamarcus Ingram better. If they can trade him, they probably will.
  2. I think they have DaQuann penciled in as the starter. I think the rookie DT they will draft is really going to have to come on strong to release DaQuann.
  3. The only time I thought he looked really good was the stop against Tennessee. He was very bad for most of the year. So bad that they wouldn’t even dress him
  4. Yeah I agree. Larry is a good player but it seems like Buffalo need that big space eating DT. We’ve seen what happens when they use players out of position. Maybe they draft someone?
  5. So many fans are whining about this deal. I love it. You want Beane to take chances and when they do, you complain. Come on man
  6. I voted slightly satisfied. I really like the re-signed players and their contracts. I think Palmer will turn out to be a great signing. I’m hoping Hoecht too… but we’ll see. Unless they can trade for a big name, which is doubtful, the plan seems to be to sign undervalued players and HOPE to finally draft well in rounds 1 and 2. It’s the hope that kills you
  7. They will sign a veteran CB and draft the next Kaiir Elam… I mean the next 1st Round CB in the draft. Knowing Buffalo he probably doesn’t start in 2025
  8. Im not predicting this based on a YouTube video - I’m using his college and rookie season as well as the metrics I’ve seen on him. Keon looks like a WR that can help contribute to an offense. I don’t think he’s a good enough route runner and doesn’t have the speed to win consistently. That’s why I don’t seem him as a starting outside WR. Thats a fair take, is it not? What do you see?
  9. That’s Big Baller Bargain Basement Beane to you! Honestly, that’s probably a good thing. The bargains typically turn out better than the big ticket items. Every FA signed to a big contract almost always underperforms in Buffalo - Von, Star, Trent Murphy (to a lesser extent). His best big free agent might have been Mitch Morse who he made the highest paid Center at the time. The mid-level free agent signings more than likely Brown, Beasley, Sanders, McGovern, Floyd etc. Of course, he’s had misses here too like all GM’s but there seems to be better value in the second or third level tier of free agents. I expect a few more to be signed tomorrow
  10. So what are your expectations? Because I don’t think he’ll ever be good enough to be a starting WR. He is one of the worst separators in the NFL
  11. They should just trade everything for multiple picks below Round 3. Beane doesn’t draft so well in Rounds 1 and 2
  12. I like Keon but don’t think he’s ever going to be the receiver the Bills think he can be. IMO the best case scenario is the 4th best WR on a team
  13. This is true and possibly a reason why the Bills don’t need to take a big swing and pay DK Metcalf $33M a season. But also the team needs to upgrade Josh’s weapons as well to make his life easier. The playoffs has come down to a top pass catcher coming up small in a big moment. There were other times when the lack of ability at WR was on full display. I think the WR is looking decent but would like a rookie drafted drafted in R1/R2 that isn’t a Keon Coleman.
  14. I’m not getting the hate for this guy. Outside of Davante Adams (somewhat debatable), there wasn’t a clear cut WR1 available. I like Palmer better than a player like Darius Slayton who signed the same deal. No idea why people are comparing his Curtis Samuel before he took his first snap.
  15. Beane loves those modest free agent signings
  16. Means nothing… he said the same thing in 2022 and then signed Von Miller.
  17. My concern as well. They need to raise the ceiling and not the floor. And it seems that their approach is to raise the floor and have faith that the players they invested in recently take a big step. Not sure sure about that
  18. Right - they overspent on all of these signings. Williams might be turn out to be the best one
  19. That’s what you’d think… but then again last season we all thought they wouldn’t trade Diggs if there wasn’t a big plan to replace him in mind. There was no big plan - unless you think it was trading down to draft Keon Coleman and signing Chase Claypool. I think they are waiting to sign the undervalued type FA’s and honestly it might be the best plan
  20. Pittsburgh released Larry Ogunjobi. Solid player who would fit in well in Buffalo
  21. Yeah he was very good in his role with Philly, but not a $26M player
  22. Yup he pulled a Myles Garrett and had a “change of heart” when the Benjamins came calling
  23. I liked when they sent players to Jim Kelly’s house as part of their full court press
  24. Seems like a logical signing the fan base clamors for, that the Bills don’t make!
  25. Rodgers for Fields trade
