  1. I don’t think this is anything. This Banged up Bills dude does a good job but he’s always looking for the smallest sign of a potential injury. His catchphrase should be “something to monitor.” The interesting this is that on Josh’s final pass his inaccuracy was probably the reason why they won. Josh’s long pass to Kincaid was thrown low and short, so much that Kincaid had to make an unsuccessful sliding attempt with 0:12 on the clock. Had he caught the football I’m unsure if there would be enough time to run down and spike the football for a short FG.
  2. Of course, but if the gap integrity was better they wouldn’t have as much success. I think a lot of that has to do, again, with poor execution. I didn’t have a problem with their game plan today only because a long pass to Waddle or Hill could break the game open - especially when you consider the limitations of Elam, Williams, and Damar.
  3. Baltimore was just a ***** show. I didn’t have a problem with the Bills coaching today as much as I did with the players. here’s an example I used. Everything was taken by the coverage call. Tua gets a first down because of poor interior DL play. Game is probably over if there was a better rep by Oliver/Jones You can find many other examples where players were in position to make plays and they couldn’t get Achane down. A lot of times this fell on Dorian Williams. It’s not all “adjustments” like some here want to believe. Players have to execute and many times this season they just haven’t.
  4. lower-quality teams like Houston? Also shouldn’t that mean that their adjustments should have worked against 2-6 Miami? I just feel that the “adjustments” discussion is a tired narrative. They have tried different things in the second half this season and it’s worked.
  5. The one time they changed it up and sent a blitz resulted a 27-yard pass to Hill versus Elam in one-on-one coverage. I think trying to keep Hill/Waddle in front of them, along with subpar play at IDL, LB, and S was the issue today. There seemed to be multiple times when players were in position, they just couldn’t make a stop or they shot themselves in the foot with penalties Ha ha same. I don’t think TEN will trade him. But I also wouldn’t mind his teammate Sebastian Joseph Day who also would be a solid and cheap addition.
  6. Yeah that’s not at all true. The Bills defense has typically performed much better in the second halves of most football games this season. Do second half adjustments count as a “plan b?”
  7. Campbell would be the perfect player for the Bills. Unfortunately Miami isn’t going to trade him. Their media thinks they can go 7-1 and make the playoffs at 10-7
  8. DaQuan was on the field and was blocked past Tua. Oliver never dropped. He couldn’t get off his block - though he might have been held
  9. The Keon drop/INT was huge. It can’t be understated. I’ve been encouraged by him this season but he still seems inconsistent and mistakes like these are brutal. The red zone issues were the reason why the game was as close as it was
  10. They tried that and the blitz didn’t get there. Tyreek beat Elam for a deep pass in one-on-one coverage. Front four needs to get more pressure…though they likely won’t face a team that gets the ball out faster than Tua
  11. The interior DL hasn’t played well consistently either - specifically Daquan and Oliver. There were multiple times when players were in the good position and they could bring down the RB. On Tua’s 4th down scramble, the Bills secondary took away every WR but the DL allowed him to break contain up the middle.
  12. Seems like a wrist sprain. I guess he had some kind of brace on it after the game. So it could be a week-to-week injury but right now it doesn’t seem like anything long term and there is a bye week coming up
  13. Wrist injury for both Coleman and Smoot. Good news is that the other players with wrist injuries - Cooper and Benford - should be back next week.
  14. It seems like NY rarely reverse judgement calls like holding or DPI, though they probably should. Another bad call was the helmet-to-helmet on Rapp when it was clear Mostert was the one who lowered his head. With all of the penalties effecting games this season, I’d be surprised if they don’t do more with replay assist next season.
  15. It didn’t look like intentional headhunting. He tried to lower the boom with his shoulder and ended up clipping Coleman’s facemask with the top of helmet. Textbook penalty. Tough spot for Poyer though. If he didn’t go for the big hit and Coleman catches the pass he gets criticized for lack of effort.
  16. He’s not a great tackler and isn’t good against the run. Lewis or Ingram give them more in Dime
  17. It seemed like Miami played them the same way Houston did and didn’t feel threatened by their outside WR’s. Cooper adds such an important dynamic to the offense
  18. Not completely sure they release him tomorrow but the narrative around Bass is totally different. That kick was huge in multiple ways
  19. You’re probably right, it was risky putting Bass in that moment. I think a big factor in the decision was the time remaining. If Bass does miss that FG it leaves :05 seconds on the clock maybe less. Tua doesn’t have the arm for a Hail Mary there and I’m not sure the time left would be enough for a completion and a TO. Even if it is, what are the chances of Sanders making a 61 yard-FG? Probably good, considering the track record of opposing kickers at the end of a game versus Bills 🤣 I didn’t think Bass was going to be anywhere close but thankfully he proved Everton OL wrong and maybe got some confidence back. That kick would’ve been good from 65
  20. The post game fines are such a joke, especially when penalty was called. Fining Buffalo Joe on that awesome tackle is a joke
  21. The trap game was against Tennessee 🤣
  22. Ever notice how so many Bills games have this season have been presented by the media as a “must win?” The opposing team is portrayed as fired up and desperate, makign them extra dangerous. Week 2 - Miami needs to send a message Week 3 - Jacksonville can’t go 0-3 to start the season Week 6 - Jets can’t go 2-4. They need to win for their coaches. Week 8 - Seattle can’t lose ground to SF Week 9 - Miami can’t go 2-6. I think all of these are exaggerations and I’ve never been a fan of calling a game a “must win” unless it truly is.
  23. That’s because Miami is missing almost half of their starters on defense - including 3 out of their 4 best players. Also, lines are based most only on past trends. And almost all of them favor Buffalo. Of course…this is why you play the games
  24. Courtyard Marriot in Niagara Falls near the Casino. Probably $150 less than what you’re looking at. 25 minute drive into Buffalo though
