  1. Joe is normally pretty spot on but I think he missed the mark with Hollister getting released. I can’t see the Bills not having a capable backup for Dawson Knox both from a performance or health standpoint. I definitely don’t feel he’s done anything to gain their unwavering confidence
  2. Levi as CB1is a very scary thought. I think he’s ok at CB2, especially if the pass rush improves
  3. This is a reasonable opinion. There’s a huge emphasis on Oliver, Lotulelei and Edmunds to improve the run defense and I’m not confident on their ability to step it up
  4. Lawson is actually a great fit for the the defensive rotation. But there really isn’t a spot for him, unless you want to cut Mario Addison and I’m not sure that will happen. I’d rather have the DE’s on the Bills roster over Lawson For a mid-first round defensive lineman, you would expect better production especially when it comes to pass rush. The one thing he does really well is set the edge, and I remember him playing great against Lamar Jackson. Still I think DE is the one position group that doesn’t need an upgrade.
  5. Really? What did his dad say about him? It seemed that he was never the same QB after losing in the Super Bowl and I don’t think he ever saw the postseason again as starter.
  6. I was thinking about this the other day - there definitely a lot of similarities. I think that the 2021 Bills team has the best chance to contend for a SB, probably since 1992.
  7. I feel if that was the diagnosis we would probably know by now. While I don’t think it’s severe, I can see McKenzie missing a few games to start the year
  8. If I had to guess, I will predict that the Bills will announce him as “week-to-week” and he will miss between 2-4 weeks. He should be back by week 3 of the season. It’s one of those inside jokes here. My guess is that people did it accidentally and it stuck as a joke
  9. He actually hasn’t been that bad. I thought he played well against Miami in Week 17 last year too. It’s tough to evaluate him though without seeing him in important games
  10. We need to pray that the injuries to Brown and Doyle don’t place them on the IR. If they do, Mr. Hart might be the bee swing tackle week 1 😪
  11. The thing is if Fields doesn’t try to duck down when he’s tackled, Smith hits him in the chest right below the face mask and no penalty is called. I feel that anytime a helmet goes flying in the air after a hit, officials will always throw a flag whether it’s helmet-to-helmet or not.
  12. What kind of return does Addison fetch? A 5th round draft? The Bills are trying to win a Super Bowl this season and are more concerned with that than trying to trade for Day 3 draft pick to take another Jake Fromm next year.
  13. Like I said this happens all the time in sports. Athletes are competitors and want to play as long as they can Tebow made more working for ESPN and he’d be more visible on National TV than as TE3. It’s pretty obvious that he wanted to take advantage of what likely will be his final chance to play pro football.
  14. This is 100% true… you get the circus in town with Tebow.
  15. You’re really reaching. He tried out because he wants to play in the NFL. How many athletes have retired and then attempted to make a comeback?
  16. Explain how he gloats and seeks the spotlight? He was a very high profile college athlete so of course he’s going to have a “team” as most athletes do. It seems to me that this is your personal bias, because I haven’t heard any athletes or colleagues who know Tebow claim that he is the primadonna that you make him out to be. I also can’t find one example of Tebow gloating. Everyone has regarded him as a great person and his act is far from performative This is bull####. Tebow is open about his faith for sure and that’s a big reason why many don’t like him. But to say he’s disingenuous just is not the case. Not 1 persons who’s worked closely with Tebow has accused him of anything other than being a good person and teammate
  17. Yep… not just Shanahan also Bruce Arians and a QB room with Tom Brady.
  18. Zay doesn’t make the roster if he’s a Bill
  19. So….is this why Houston made Watson the highest paid member of a scout team defense and not QB1? Or do you think Houston is trying to humble him for speaking out last year? Maybe it’s both?
  20. That’s a hell of a stretch to justify the hatred and vitriol I’ve seen on Twitter
  21. The interesting thing is that all of the SB contenders (Bills, Chiefs, Bucs, Packers) are returning with a ton of continuity. As far as I know, the majority of their coaching staff and most of their rosters will be back. KC will have a different OL but that is likely to their benefit I think we’ll get to see how important continuity will be for those teams this year
  22. Tebow is conservative but to my knowledge he has never been outspoken or hateful.
  23. No no no…. I’m saying if they are drafted to Buffalo they probably are better QB’s than the QB’s they turned out to be in actuality. But I still don’t feel they’d ever be as as good Josh was this year. That’s what I meant.
  24. This is true… I will say thought that each organization took different approaches to developing their QB’s and Buffalo was the only one that a plan. Rosen or Sam are probably better QB’s if they were drafted to Buffalo, but probably never match the success that Josh had
