  1. I actually have a vintage 1990 Steelers Starter winter jacket in my basement that I’m trying to sell on FB Marketplace. Having the jacket in my home created bad vibes. It’s my fault we lost
  2. I don’t buy the preseason excuse at all. There was no preseason last year and the offense was better than the previous year.
  3. I didn’t get that impression entirely. Yes it sounds like he wasn’t completely happy with the playcalling but he also knows he probably f’ed up on a few 4th down calls as himself. I got the impression he was pissed and embarrassed at how badly the O-line played. I don’t think he’s thrilled with that group either
  4. I agree with respecting the opponent. But at the end of the day, it’s all about matchups. IMO Steelers defense were a bad matchup for the Bills. I think Miami is more favorable but nothing is certain for sure
  5. The receivers are fine. There were some bad drops today. The bigger issue is OL and QB
  6. The most odd thing is he reported to camp 20 pounds underweight. This was something he did on his own. You don’t exactly want to be surprised when your lineman shows up 20 pounds lighter
  7. Guard play was atrocious and outside of the Williams move or making a trade, I’m not too sure there is much we can do. The Bills rotated Ford, Feliciano, and Boettger today and they were all equally ineffective.
  8. Josh needs to get the ball out fast like that. His receivers are much better
  9. A lot of this had to do with the ***** OL
  10. It’s hard to tell how much of the failure was Josh vs. the OL. It’s a chicken or the egg thing. I think the OL was terrible and while the interior always has been a mixed bag we usually can rely on the tackles. I thought Dion played one of his worst games in 2 seasons. Not a very good performance from Williams either. With that being said, we are paying Allen $300 million. He needs to be better, though…again….he had many drops whereas Pittsburgh receivers caught everything so much blame to pass around Crazy thing about Levi is the he had good coverage on the PI. He just didn’t turn his head around
  11. We’re kind of splitting hair’s here. Bottom line…it was a bad call with bad execution
  12. They were up 3-0 at that point but that could’ve been huge
  13. It was a stupid call - plain and simple. They probably should’ve just tried to sneak it with Allen but if they didn’t have confidence based on the way the OL was playing I would understand. It didn’t look like he had much of a much of a chance. DB made a good play. It was a bad play call
  14. My thoughts are with you, man. I’m sure there are a lot of people who have inspired our love for the Bills/NFL that have passed away. I’d put both of my grandfathers on that category as well 👍🏻
  15. That’s part of the $2.5 billion downtown stadium cost
  16. Interesting…this is the same company who makes Josh’s Jacks cereal
  17. This is a crazy story…. but I always remember Bannan as being a player who seemed to flash a little in limited time when he was on the Bills. Next thing I knew he was playing great for the Ravens and starting I believe. Justin Zimmer kind of reminds me of him…on the field that is.
  18. LOL the whole ***** throwing was so ridiculous that it was funny at the time but the fact that so it’s sticking as a stereotype of Bills fans is embarrassing
  19. You can agree that overall the job Beane has done has been solid AND acknowledge thee very terrible signing of Star Louteleili
  20. Yeah two podcasts a week…and my guess is that unless he brings in guests, Joe is doing the podcast solo
  21. In the cases of Marcel and Fairburn I think there some truth to this, but for both it seemed to more about leaving for better market/destination. Marcel likely wanted to work in South Florida over Buffalo and it sounds like Fairburn wanted to move back to the area he grew up and cover his hometown team Bruce Nolan is criminally underrated. He’s so much better than anyone on Buffalo Rumblings. Hope he gets a bigger platform That’s his hometown. I’m sure he’d love it, but he’s too old.
  22. I’m thinking he’ll get the majority of snaps. He’s been their best pass rusher and they aren’t going to hold him back just because he’s a rookie
  23. Someone compared his situation to EJ Manuel with the Bills and Id have to agree. There are lots of questionable signs, which in isolation aren’t terrible, but in tandem shows what appears to be a lack of confidence in Tua as QB
  24. Especially coming from Wilkins who hasn’t exactly been a slam dunk himself IMO I think Miami sees that his ceiling along the same lines as I do…that of a Kirk Cousins or Andy Dalton. I think he’ll be a good quarterback if the rest of your team is good. I don’t think he’s a franchise QB. DeShaun Watson is, which is why Miami is likely looking. I’m guessing they tried to get a trade with contingencies, which Houston balked at. Either way, it’s not sending the best message about your QB
  25. This is likely what happened. Cameron Wolfe covered the beat before Marcel and left for the NFL Network. Marcel probably wanted that job to live near South Beach and with his familiarity/experience with AFCE the move made sense for ESPN. I believe his contract was going to expire in 2022, so I’m guessing he got a new deal with the move as well as a better salary.
