I’m thinking that Brown and Jones are probably back by then - probably not at 100% but still starting. The Tennessee offense will be a great test for the Bills. They will need to show they can handle a physical run game, as well as a QB like Tannehill who can get outside of the pocket and make throws in chaos

Yep you’re right. It’s a tradition for the Belichick men who make football the #1 priority. Most people are miserable working/playing for Belichick, but they have tolerated him because he’s been so successful over the past 20 years, knowing it’s a good stepping stone. Bill comes off as egotistical, unlikeable a**hole but I’ve heard he’s a different person outside of football and actually has a sense of humor. It seems pretty obvious Bill is grooming his son to be his successor. I can’t think of any linebacker coaches that are given playcalling duties.

This video is everywhere on the internet. I can’t quite figure out what’s wrong with Belichick’s son. He looks like a cross between a Cro-Magnon Man and an NHL prospect from 1991. The funny thing is l, it wasn’t just one embarrassing shot. They showed him on the sidelines at least one other one and he was doing the same thing. The most bizarre video I’ve ever seen.

I don’t think the answer is to shut down KC. No one has really been able to do it. The Bills need to outscore them. I think they’ll move the ball like they did in the AFCCG but they can’t settle for FG’s when they get close. The difference could be in the Buffalo run/screen game against a KC defense which has been hashed quite a bit.

That’s the plan…the line played much better with Brown at RT and you’d think putting Feliciano in over Boettger might be a small upgrade too. Williams should hopefully settle into RG

Anyone think that Buffalo is using the game versus Houston as a “rest week” for Poyer and Johnson, given the fact that two of the hardest games happen back-to-back? Poyer said that his ankle was fine last Sunday and listed as day-to-day. Johnson popped up late on the injury report but it makes me wonder if they are being over cautious to ensure that players are available versus KC

I’ve been following this story quite a bit as members of my family are Dolphins fans. The entire handling of Tua has been completely odd right down to putting him on IR for an injury that was listed day-to-day. What is strange is the Miami fan base who seems completely delusional. Most are completely behind Tua and think that the OL and lack of running game has let him down. If I had to take a poll, I’d guess somewhere in the high 60%’ would take Tua over DeShaun Watson. They are cool with Flores but want Grier fired for his bad drafting.

They are in an odd spot. On one hand, you want to trade him while the stock high and not low like it now. On the other hand, if he ends up indicted you might not get a chance to trade him at all. Hopefully they have good intel into the investigation

If I’m Chris Grier (and the outside chance of Flores), I know I’m probably getting fired if Miami doesn’t make the playoffs. Why protect draft picks that he might never get the chance to make?

The thing is adding DeShaun Watson solves so many problems for Miami. He’ll be able to overcome a terrible OL by reading defenses, scrambling out of trouble, and making the throws to good skills players that no QB on their roster can. He’ll also get the benefit of an opportunistic defense, which you’d think should play a little better knowing that they actually have a QB to put points on the board. He probably doesn’t make Miami a Super Bowl contender but I can definitely them as a dangerous playoff team. Of course, it’s unlikely to happen because of MassageGate but I can’t figure out why more Dolphins fans aren’t clamoring for this move Houston is making it easy on the NFL. He’s going to be inactive this season unless they trade him which seems like a long shot. If Houston were to start him, he’d probably be placed on the exempt list

The stuff on the WFT QB sneak on 4th and inches is probably the best play Star has made with the Bills. He absolutely blew up the blocker right into Heineke for a big loss and turnover on downs. Those are the types of plays that have been absent over his first few seasons in Buffalo

I wouldn’t be shocked at all to see Trubisky get interest this off-season. To really be a “hot commodity” though he probably will need significant reps at some point this year w/o seeing meaningful snaps. Unless it’s week 18, let’s hope that doesn’t happen! I find it hard to believe that Mitch ends up in high demand after sitting his ass on the bench the entire season

I’ll say this…if Gordon cleaned up his life and produces in that offense it would make a great recovery story but he’s been out of the NFL for almost 2 seasons and has been almost 10 years removed from his All-Pro season. I think this move has less impact that signing Leveon Bell last season but who knows? Worth a shot I guess So does Blaine Gabbert. It doesn’t mean his career lived up to expectations.

I can’t say for sure but I do remember reading that a big motivator for a new stadium was that the current one is not ADA complaint. Hope your dad can find a way to the game. It’s so cool he still wants to go at 87

I have to say Lamar has looked pretty damn good since the start of the season. If I am Lamar, I don’t take anything less than the deal Josh signed.
