  1. Building a stadium with a dome seems like a no-brainer. The only argument against is that return on the investment might be there. Although Buffalo *could* host more events during the winter months, in actuality it might only be a few more events each year. The income from those events would not significant pay off the cost of building the roof. I think it’s going to be a mistake to spend that much money without a retractable roof - or at least the option of adding one down the line
  2. Thats why I think the idea of the retractable roof should have been entertained. Conditions in the winter games are miserable
  3. Awful… the weather is so terrible. Time to build a dome
  4. Pretty crazy, just checking out the prices for the game on Sunday. The tickets seem to be selling for super cheap. You can buy 300 level seats for $8. $8!!!!!! Everywhere else seems cheap as well. Endzone for $50? Am I missing something? I guess there are some reasons for this: Vaccination Mandate Bad weather Issues with Canadian border Lack of interest in Week 18? Any other thoughts why ticket prices would be so low? Its a bit surprising considering the Bills could win the AFC East Championship with a victory. Could this be a sign fans are sick of the crappy winter weather? https://www.ticketmaster.com/buffalo-bills-vs-new-york-jets-orchard-park-new-york-01-09-2022/event/00005A8799AF1DE4
  5. That would be one helluva trio. If you’re Dungy though, why go back to grind when he has a cake job with NBC?
  6. You have to be the most skeptical and negative Bills fan in this forum….and that’s saying a lot. Every one of your comments is trashing the team
  7. While his ball placement and accuracy could have been better, I didn’t think it was THAT bad of a game. Not one of his best by any means but it wasn’t a disaster either and despite the stat line, it didn’t look like 2019 Josh Allen. The INT’s sucked but 2 out of the 3 came off tipped passes which involves some degree of bad luck. Even the throw to Beasley appeared to be a big miscommunication. I think Josh still could have passed the ball but the team had so much success running they stayed with it. So while the stats are terrible, I don’t think it was worst game.
  8. Signing Allen to the deal this summer was a very smart move by Beane. Yes you can say his numbers are down a bit from last year, but they are in the ballpark. Also, the offensive line is markedly worse than last season and Josh has been able to overcome it more time that not. I think both teams end up giving Lamar and Baker their 5th year and wait to make a decision. Cleveland and Baltimore had a pretty bad season with injuries/COVID/OBJ so I think they may wait one more year
  9. I don’t love this
  10. Yeah I believe it does. It happened only once a few decades ago. After the Tampa Bay loss, I was thinking the Bills would be the team that missed out…phew
  11. Terrible. Heavy.com just reports chatter on Twitter. There’s no reliable source behind this article. Might as well publish “Bills will fire Sean McDermott after NE according to TSW”
  12. Hell no. Part of the reason why Spring leagues don’t work is that you need somewhat of a reprieve from sports. The off-season, gives fans a re-charge while anticipating builds for the start of a new year. How many failed leagues have to created and closed before people understand? If anything, I think a product like the Arena League had the right idea by offering a product that was a little different from traditional NFL/college football
  13. Cool thing about Reeves was his NFCCG upset against 15-1 Minnesota, when everyone had the Vikings penciled in to play Denver in the Super Bowl. Minnesota probably had a good chance to win too. Unfortunately, the other part of Reeves legacy is a coach whose teams got outclassed in the Super Bowl three times. If Reeves wins one Super Bowl, he’s an easy HOF’er IMO
  14. Funny I remember seeing Reeves on the Denver sidelines dressed in a suit and thinking he was sooooo old. It turned out he was in his early to mid 40’s😬
  15. Youe spot on that the OC position will likely be key to Frazier as OC. I’m not sure if experience would really make that big of a difference. Most of the play callers who take the NFL are first year OC’s and not usually retreads. My thinking is Leslie will take someone he knows and is familiar with, so Dorsey or Chad Hall makes sense
  16. It’s crazy because it seems so much longer than 4 years ago. Also the standard with this team has definitely changed. Based on what they’ve done over the past 4 years celebrating a playoff appearance seems kind of small.
  17. Nope but all have been rumored to be available and many will have a say where they can be traded to. I expect Pittsburgh to be an attractive option
  18. This happens a lot with deep pass that are often underthrown. In terms of field position, in the best interest for a defense to knock it down. But nearly every DB will take the INT. In this situation, it didn’t really make a difference. If there was more time on the clock, I’d want him to know the ball down.
  19. If Star is “Mr. Undependable” AJ is “The Invisible Man.” You barely notice him on the field. The last time we saw AJ in action he was owned by WR on K’Neal Harry on Harris’s 63 yard TD run. I think he was inactive for a few weeks before getting COVID. The fact that AJ has been a healthy scratch on and off for 2 seasons is a terrible sign that he’s closer to a JAG than a solid starter
  20. Depends… you see a lot of names being tossed out there…Rodgers, Wilson, Watson, Mayfield, Tua…etc. Who knows if they are really available but it seems some big names “could” be available
  21. I think Pittsburgh is likely to find a good QB candidate only because of the reputation/stability of the organization and coach Tomlin
  22. Hall is the coach that I think Frazier or Daboll would considering bringing with them as their OC. If Daboll were to leave, I can see the OC position between to Hall and Dorsey
  23. If he can find a young offensive mind (Chad Hall?) to run his offense, and has a good starting QB, I think he can be a good HC in the NFL.
  24. Meh, I don’t think he’ll make much difference. There has been many times in the past when the defense has gotten thrashed on the ground with Mr. Dependable playing DT. At this point, he’s Harry’s backup
