A few more ?? should provide clarity… -
Are the Dolphins obviously better than the Bills?
QLBillsFan replied to Giuseppe Tognarelli's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not to blow off the premise of the post, but the rosters are close. JA until Tua proves otherwise gives the Bills a significant advantage. The guru HC is a bit overrated in the sense that they had a really rough last part of the season. Until those two prove they are legit I’m not sold. The loss in September was a unique game. The Bills out gained them 3-1. We shall see, Phins are better but Bills are much healthier than last year. All that matters is which team finishes strong. The first 10 games are just staying in the mix. -
Correct it’s a real thing. To suggest that DD has it is a stretch..
-
Wow Cook will start and gain over 1000 yards this year.
-
No need to get all defensive. This is a forum and I happen to be questioning your thoughts. I am aware of wonder. I just wonder if you’re obsessive with long COVID 😂
-
I’m not saying he’s going to. But the position has plenty of guys playing well into that age.I agree he has not been great in a while.
-
Dawkins at 30 should have 3-4 good years left. Many OT’s go well into the 30’s.. but he needs to take care of his body. Disappointing and surprising that with all the Bills training, nutrition, and resources that DD isn’t more fit. I totally agree on C and RT. At what point does the lens focus on Kromer the OL whisperer?? 😂
-
Yikes long COVID symptoms would not allow DD to be playing football. He’s overweight and out of shape.
-
What are you taking about ? How would you have any knowledge of this? He would not playing if so. And the Bills are required to inform the league if he has an injury or illness. Due to HIPPA they can’t state the issue, just that he unavailable.
-
I’m going off last year and this years pre season. You are comfortable with our RT and swing positions? Just want to be clear. BB chose not to address this position at the teams peril. DD is an average LT and it’s my opinion he’s not as fit as he could be.
-
1. SB we were told was hurt last year. Ok this year he still hasn’t been good. BB could have used FA $ or the 1st or 2nd pick to grab a RT. He did not. Bringing in a vet super late was not solving the problem. 2. Apparently you have some medical knowledge the Bills don’t on DD. We can safety assume the medical staff and McBeane communicate??? Yikes. DD is once again out of shape. That’s on he and the Bills. 4. DT depth for next year are not as critical as the RT position this year!! Oliver got well over his value imho and those $ could have good to either a starting RT, or a very good veteran swing OT. Right now we have neither and it’s on BB.

Well that was an absolute crap fest - PostGame thread
QLBillsFan replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
Our OL ? has not been resolved. DD is average but will come around. RT was actually more important than RG… so we missed on a RT who could challenge SB. Like SB but that’s an absolutely huge concern. D me think McDermy is laying low. But even if PS it was dreadful!!! -
Game Day Thread? Bills @ Steelers 8/19
QLBillsFan replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just following on my phone. 13 Bills penalties… holy Spencer Brown yikes. RT was and remains an absolute disaster. McBeane sold us on he was hurt… holy zero depth!! -
Patrick Queen: Would you trade a late rounder for him?
QLBillsFan replied to Rigotz's topic in The Stadium Wall
I wasn’t aware he had a bad week 1? And the helmet fight thing? While not ideal won’t impact his perception by Bills brass unless it becomes a pattern. Having said that, any LB that can improve the team is fine with me. Not sure Queen is that guy particularly with that contract. -
Is the MLB Competition Over Before It Started?
QLBillsFan replied to JackKemp's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well I watched him at Fresno State. Super athletic and plays mlb. New DC in ATL but I think he’s very much worth a look!!! -
Isabella is a very long shot imho. He is a potential return candidate and that’s about it. Harty and Shamir bring more versatility.
-
Seriously Zach Thomas and Joe Klecko. Certainly Tasker is more worthy.. as well as Marv.

Lot of time. Let the kid evolve a bit. He ultimately could be on the field based on injuries and his development.

What Would Happen if the Bills Cut Damar Hamlin? (Dan Patrick)
QLBillsFan replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Seems he’s 4th S on depth chart. Which suggests he will make the team. But certainly possible he doesn’t make it. I think he immediately gets picked up. He’s got a decent body of work on tape. His cause will continue regardless of being on Bills or not. -
Seems as if it’s a Diggs thing. Franchise QB’s have the power, WR even diva’s like Diggs don’t. Josh works on this craft during the off season and regular season. Diggs is the ultimate me guy. Zero leadership and perspective. McClappy is obviously pissed about this. The agent is trying to deflect whole Josh continues to show he’s a leader. Getting hit with all the media while Diggs pouts .. he gets manly looks and had 6 drops (top 10 in league) time to grow up Diggs!
-
Diggs is a narcissist attention seeker. He wants the power of influence that a franchise QB gets. He’s becoming an embarrassment and showing zero leadership. The Vikings are likely smiling. Sure the OC isn’t perfect nor is Josh. But, this O is about as set up for him to succeed as any possible team in the league. In his utopia he would play with his brother, and the slightly above average Dak. Sure 👍 Neither side has wiggle room as his asked for and received contract is unforgiving from a trade perspective. Time for Diggs to grow up. He’s going nowhere and I don’t think the Bills are gonna tolerate a whole lot more.

They would have already moved Benford if they were going to. Hamlin is a decent back up S. But with both starters out it’s pretty hard to grade him paired with JJ who unfortunately can’t cover. If healthy Hamlin is a solid #4 S. Marlowe in case he’s not able to come back. Benford is playing cb is going to make this board meltdown. McBeane mentioned his versatility and boom everyone had him moving to S.

Guessing this is sarcasm?
