But all the other teams hit 💯 on all draft picks 🧐🤓

I Am Not Optimistic Going Into This Season
QLBillsFan replied to longtimebillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Ha ha Floria’s biggest fan. BB will out-coach the Bills for 3rd!! Yeah but Diggs is moping and we have no chance. The MM media SAS, Florio, and CC have spoken..🤓 -
Yeah he and Mims had good camps. Evans was pleased.

We need a good every down running back option--Kareem Hunt
QLBillsFan replied to Mister Defense's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Bills are set at RB. Harris was hurt some of last year and is now healthy. He will be the red zone guy with Murray as back up. Looks to be a great group! -
Benford - Was he being showcased? (Opinion, not a rumor)

Why would the Bills trade a cb ? A critical position where depth is required. -
Kyle Allen can hold things down vs non explosive teams. KC Cinn would be difficult. If given 4 games I expect the Bills could go 2-2 and keep alive. Not too many backups would do much better. If long term then the Bills are out of it. Purdy is more the SF system and a great find. Trash, a well positioned evaluation of two veteran NFL qb’s. While I agree the Bills are out of luck if Josh is out long term, I think they could go .500 unless against elite offensive teams. Maybe 5-6 teams have significantly better back ups but that’s about it.
-
Hmm what about the rule of each team has 3 qb’s only 2 against the roster. Assuming that doesn’t fix the comp pick ?
-
The Jets could very well win this game because they are a solid team. 1. Doyle was not expected to contribute significantly this year. If so given SB health and struggles he would have pushing for RT. 2. McClappy is likely to be a more balanced DC and way less predicable. He’s not particularly great game day anyway so I don’t see it getting worse if that makes sense. 3. The sink or swim will be based on W’s but I don’t see an egregious loss of D performance. Particularly in the second half of the season when VM is back.
-
BB will not want to or be invited to coach the Bills. If he’s run out of NE and still has the urge, his preference would be the Giants. However, BD has done a great job and he’s not leaving. As a football historian I could see him going to the Bears with a good young QB (maybe). And his optimism that he can get the D going. Breaking the wins record at the home of Halas would be his finale.

Hmm watching the Jets Giants replay. Sauce in coverage clear hold at end of contested play-no PI. Rodgers similar pass to Wilson, less handsy coverage .. and guess what PI!! The Jets are all the rage in the largest media market. I’m expecting the calls to go for the Jets on Monday night game. Add 6 to the spread. Bills will struggle against this very good D. Unfortunately I’m going 27-23 Jets.

Conor Orr (from Si.com) and his prediction: Bills at 9-8 🤔
QLBillsFan replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Might be the only guy on earth who has NE winning the division and has both the Jets and the Dolphins under .500. And the Pats sweeping the Bills. Not on the strength of the roster but that Bill O, BB, and oh yeah Mac Jones will get it all right at the expense of the other 3 teams. I didn’t read any other predictions this one alone was too rich🤓🧐😂!!! -
Wish him well! Seems like a good kid. Fair against the run, good against the pass. We kept the better of the two lbs. Bills will miss him a bit this year. Overall D will remain solid. Can’t tell you who will be starting at MLB for Bills by mid season. But it could be Williams. As we all know, what are the Bills without a starting Williams !!?

Who was the staring O-line group today?
QLBillsFan replied to Mooshocker12's topic in The Stadium Wall
The block or barely touch was in space. Cook was cutting against the flow and the Lb had zero chance to tackle Cook. -
Who was the staring O-line group today?
QLBillsFan replied to Mooshocker12's topic in The Stadium Wall
Overall not bad. The block in the back was unnecessary, and a terrible call. Cook was already cutting and the lb wasn’t even close to touching him. Torrence on the Harris TD mauled and it was damn nice to see! -
Elam now CB4 and playing kickoff coverage in the preseason
QLBillsFan replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Really confusing.. I see no reason to trade him. One injury and he’s CB 3. Assuming he actually is CB4. All I can guess is that he’s reluctant to take coaching ? -
More with less in the NFC? What do you think the Bills do in the NFC playoffs the last 4 years? BB clearly had JA as the #1 QB in that draft. That was far from a consensus. And he made multiple shrewd deals over a couple of years to position the team to get Josh. Has it turned out well, absolutely. Is it lucky .. no. Have other draft choices been perfect? Absolutely not!
-
The window for the niners to go to the SB has been wide open in the average NFC for years!!! Each year they have the best D and a great offseason etc.. the Bills would have represented the NFC 2 of the past 4 years. The niners are a lot of hype and have not delivered. Because the O minded head coach that Cowherd et all pine over.. hasn’t got it done. The QB situation is his direct responsibility. Pete Carroll the annoying old guy has out coached the heck out of Shanny. Having said all that, I wanted McClappy out after 13 seconds. If this year the team falters I am all for a change at coach.
-
Watch the game. Shanny absolutely gave the game away. Most of those yards came on a complete air it out comeback that was the correct D strategy given the big lead. If the OC played his cards with any level of responsibility ATL wins the SB. The current QB for his team is the last kid drafted. Is it possible he’s the next Brady, sure. Likely, no. The Bills have a window for the next 7-8 years. Yes perhaps a rebuild in the middle of that. SF and Shanny completely imploded the first overall draft choice. And despite a top 5 roster will not see the SB anytime soon.
-
They would be based on MM and the big SF market bias. Lynch has been deemed an amazing GM and yet he has some colossal misses. Lance was been an abject disaster. Shanny has the name and propped up as an offensive guru. Jimmy G wasn’t good enough so they tried to run him out for years. Would you rather have semi injured Purdy (who has played great) over Josh ? These are decisions these guys made.
-
You would see an underused quarterback. It’s his O and he must be the star. Shannahan lost the SB for the ATL handing it to Tommy. Pushing to be cool with style points vs winning. He clearly wanted Lance because he and Lynch think he’s a QB whisperer. They will never win the SB with him at the helm.

Connor McGovern Injury ????????????????
QLBillsFan replied to Riverboat Ritchie's topic in The Stadium Wall
I felt the same way about Kromer when we got him back. But last year the OL underperformed. We brought in guys that he has signed off on. It’s critical the OL improves but imho Kromer has to do better. -

QLBillsFan replied to Riverboat Ritchie's topic in The Stadium Wall
Edwards can fill in well. Always concerned about overall depth when a starter goes down. Kromer needs to really step up this year. He has to get SB on track.
