Replay Review Approved for Game Clock Expiration before Snap
QLBillsFan replied to bills742's topic in The Stadium Wall
Spot the heck on!! Why did they ever build in the round off error on play clock is ok? So annoying to watch this ridiculous late snap bs. They have a clock, when it hits 0 the whole stadium understands a flag is coming 🤷🏻♂️.. seems logical! -
He will back up Jones who came here and also did not play in the Bills system. The Bills attack and they played into Jones strengths as will it for Johnson. I trust both the Bills and Jones know more about how this guy can fit in than anyone. So now we need a backup for Oliver and 1 more depth and DT should be ok.

Cap relief apparently???

The Case for Trading Back [Discussion]
QLBillsFan replied to WhitewalkerInPhilly's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is the year to trade back. The late first round value at wr and dl can be had in the second. Use other pics to move up later giving the Bills 3 players in the top 100. Then 5-6 from 140-200. This allows for a very good WR like Legette and 3 DL along with 2 S’s and OL depth. -
Does Josh Allen still work as hard in the offseason?
QLBillsFan replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
The TB12 method might have included things over than protein shakes 😂 -
So it’s good they lost the best Cb in the nfl last year? Got ya, and the Bills overpaid for a top 5 slot cb at $10M… ok sure. Last year was the first year the KC D was good. What other corner do the Bills currently have on the roster who is overpaid? TW had injuries that killed his career. Now he’s gone. The Bills never paid two “ lock down “ corners. Your argument makes no sense. The Bills have cap challenges because the QB is rightfully paid at top 5 market value. And Von was overpaid and under healthy.

Absolutely he was the most influential player on that D other than Jones. It frees up a ton of cap but this is good news for the Bills!

Teams work out prospects so not against league rules as far as I know. They have 30 visits pre draft. -

He has Andy Reid is why it’s obvious 😂 Josh has done this multiple times.. you just always hear or see it -
Pass rusher. A huge need not being talked about enough

Wild generalizations about all 3 of these guys based on a documentary. It’s all speculation about JA because he purposely keeps it that way. That is all. -
TJ is a viable back up RB in the NFL. He showed that w multiple big plays per snap. Certainly need 1 vet and I in the draft but TJ could start a game or two just fine.

Right! This thread is a joke. None of us know how hard he does or doesn’t work. Based on his performance, leadership, and toughness it appears he works very hard. And off season is just that-off season. Name a QB who gives more of his heart, soul, and body than Josh? You just don’t see him posting “work outs” all over social media. He needs more rest and to do other things in part of the offseason so that he’s sharp from preseason on. Both physically and mentally. I’m 💯 certain he works out plenty and that he also travels around and has some fun. Suggesting he can’t do both is ridiculous! -
Milano back and Douglas for full season. Floyd is a loss but I actually think by mid season this D assuming 3-4 rotational players drafted will be a top 10 D. If so with what the O should bring puts the Bills in the mix. They need to be healthy and peaking in the playoffs. If they get in, they will have a viable shot. KC is has a great HC and QB but has been blessed with minimal key injuries.AFC remains the power conference and the Bills will compete for supremacy.

Chiefs president floats the idea of the team leaving
QLBillsFan replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall
Totally agree ! I despise the typical KC fan but this would be such bs. Just a smug jack wagon silver spooned by his dad into power. Owner weasel unlike the legacy of his family which was class. -
I’m with you on this… just to create havoc what if Barton the Duke G is sitting at 28 and the WR are gone ? And we can’t find a partner to trade back ? Just saying our OL becomes better than ever ?? Not what I would expect the Bills to do but it’s not an impossible scenario.

I think what’s worse is as a teammate more top team scouts would come to his pro day if he ran. That helps other players on OSU get exposure and I find that disappointing. I know these players will be evaluated but live at a pro day is different. This guy is a Diggs diva before he even plays his first game. Maybe he wants to go as 2nd wr to go to a better team 🤷🏻♂️.. not impressed either way with his attitude.

Oh no big deal at !!! This is all about discussion and I certainly don’t think I have all the answers. With DB changes that we had to make it might take awhile for this D to figure it out early. Bills have had some injuries but almost all playoff losses have been on the D. Only exception would be Bengals where they all are were bad.
-
Hmm ok the topic wasn’t should McDermy be the coach. It was is it a luxury to sign another S in FA at a reasonable deal? So that’s what I was responding to. I was in favor of firing him after 13 seconds as well. But since he’s the coach I’d think another S makes sense.
-
It’s DT S until the draft so I would say it’s not a luxury at all… 3 vet S’s works even over an early round S in McDermys D
-
Sure but a $22M dead cap for 2025 that’s the bigger issue. A 67 page thread has been dedicated to Diggs and his trade $$ cost. I’m all in for a Diggs trade while he still commands value. Just not sure it’s feasible based on what I read of the 67 pages. Just thought this thread was about Blackmon 😂
-
I’m zero worked up. But this has been discussed a few times. It’s not that the Bills wouldn’t trade Diggs, it’s that they just can’t afford to. I’m not a cap expert but several posters have mentioned how bad the $$$ would be to trade him.
-
They are not trading Diggs!!! It’s cap disaster and not happening….
