So, you think Bernie would be more of the same? This is why I suspect you're not familiar with him. It's apples and oranges, but to you it's all rotten garbage, it seems. Here"s one difference Bernie brings: he's not accepting SuperPAC money. To me, that's a significant difference, therefore, not doing the same thing over.

That just seems so flatly cynical, it doesn't see worth arguing. It's just a mishmash of baseless premises: he can't change anything for the better, anyone who believes him is a loser, his record is poor, etc. It's all bark and no bite. I have to wonder if Alaskin Darin is familiar with Bernie's record and where he stands on the issues.

He's not a Millennial, you probably know, but I feel your pain. I highly doubt he ends up voting, simply because these votes can't be texted. But I prescribe, and it's only in the most recalcitrant cases that I prescribe this medication, but, I prescribe more time in front of Fox News watching Megyn Kelly.

Well, pandering, you could call it. Yeah, social media - you make a couple of valid points. Trump makes waves and gains the most followers on Twitter. That doesn't mean Bernie's not got substance. No Super Pac, and there's lots of Millenials giving up their beer money to him, here and there. That, to me, thinking back to my 20's, giving up my beer money to some politician! Something going on there. It's not gaining a ton of attention now. I'm not trying to blow smoke, but it seems bigger than Obama was at this stage in the game. There's something to be reckoned with, I feel, but at this stage, it's too early to tell.

You've really got to watch out for those Mexican truck drivers with well paying jobs, abandoning their well paying jobs and deciding to start their life with nothing in a new country. Did I say starting with nothing? I meant mucho, mucho benefits. I mean, they'll practically be rich on the $6 per day food stamps that they won't be getting. They'll live like kings on the Medicaid that they won't qualify for. Those lucky bastards. Why, oh Lordy, wasn't I born a Mexican truck driver?

He's good with social media, talks about college loans, and talks a lot about a better future. He speaks to the sort of dreams that younger folks have, higher wages, clean energy, etc. I want to qualify that by saying that he has tremendous experience as a politician, and has actually accomplished some things. In that way, he draws them in like a magnet, and with his accomplishments is a sort of role model.

I'm pretty confident where I stand on the point about older and whiter. If you want to retreat from the points I made about younger voters and minorities, that's fine. You too. I've been a sous-chef, and respect your business. It takes experience and creativity. I'm in my mid-thirties and mid-management. Durable Goods. You don't need to pay the 27 year old like a peer, just show him some respect, and he'll want to join your party, organization, staff, in my opinion.

I do. They are voters and consumers. Their votes and dollars count the same. Their ideas may not be tempered with experience, but their ideas are unencumbered by habitual behavior also. They can think outside of the box, for the simple fact that they haven't learned the boundaries yet. Millenials want to be included, and the party that figures out how best to include them has that much more to gain. Also, Millenials are now old enough to have had jobs and failures and realize that they don't know everything. Given the choice between the two parties, they are drawn to the more inclusive party instinctively.

How do the Dem candidates relate to Millenials? Bernie relates very well. The others Dem Candidates relate fairly well. Other than that, what is there to criticize? What's the drawback, for the older part, other than not being able to relate to younger voters? There's no drawback to being older and more experienced, as long as you can relate and excite younger voters. And did you really mean to draw attention to how minorities will vote? Young voters and minorities will overwhelmingly vote for Democrats. So, why do you really think that the "left (bull **** label)," needs to "defend (we're all Americans on the same team, so we should all be defending together, not attacking each other)" the Democratic candidates?

Trump is attacking Megyn Kelly again. http://time.com/4009518/donald-trump-megyn-kelly/ "I liked The Kelly File much better without @megynkelly. Perhaps she could take another eleven day unscheduled vacation!" What's up with Trumps late night twitter outbursts? He kind of reminds me of myself, after I've had a few too many pale ales. Speaking of Pale Ailes, ( )do we finally get to see Roger "go to war," against Trump?

Trump’s supporters are angrier than he is. Outside the Birch Run event, they clashed with Mexican-American protesters. Outside a rally in Phoenix, Arizona, in July, his supporters also engaged in shouting matches with Hispanic protesters. One attendee walked by a protester as I was interviewing him and taunted him by shouting, “Vamos por Mexico.” Outside the convention center in Phoenix, Trump supporters even fought each other, jostling over a place in line until security staff broke up the scuffle. Trump, meanwhile, appears to be having the time of his life, talking up his own bona fides and ripping other politicians and celebrities to captive audiences. At the Phoenix rally, the first of the summer to put Trump in front of thousands of cheering supporters, he looked out at the crowd and declared, “This is absolutely unbelievable,” before riffing for over an hour in a hybrid stump speech and stand-up comedy routine. The Sanders rally in Reno, Nevada, on Tuesday was an outdoor affair on the quad of a local college campus. It felt like a summer barbecue. Sanders is angrier than his supporters. When the Vermont senator, hoarse of voice, bellowed out for a “political revolution,” the crowd cheered. But minutes before they had milled about amiably on the lawn. A game of Frisbee seemed more likely to break out than a revolution. At Sanders’ campaign kickoff in May in Burlington, Vermont, 5,000 supporters snacked on free Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Should it arrive, the revolution will be mellow. Read more: http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2015/08/bernie-sanders-donald-trump-2016-rallies-121637.html#ixzz3jfkzitXa
