It always boggles my mind how Miami always ends up above us no matter how crappy they are and how good we are. Granted we are both crappy, but they are crappier.

I think there is a legitimate concern on that. I think the Rams coaches said that they felt like the Pats were seemingly clued in to everything they were doing on offense, so much so that it was eerie.

Good post- good insight. I see some of Marv Levy with Rex. Great motivator and the players loved him. He ran "Camp Marv" in Fredonia. It was real loose. The difference is that Marv had Jim Kelly who ran the offense. There was also string keadership up top with Polian. Whakey is no Polian. Marv was the glue that kept it all together. He kept egos in check. There were lots of big egos on that team. They bickered and it cost the team early in until they unified. I don't see egos on this team. They are unified and Rex will help in that area and only bring them more together. But, this team has no leader like Kelly. This will be an interesting year.

Generally very positive among non-Bills fans here in San Francisco. Especially now that they totally missed fired on their selection of HC coach.

It didn't take long to get the pot stirring. I think we are in for a crazy ride.

If the Jets were better, we would get a Monday night game. I think it is a lock for a Thursday night game. It will be the Bills-Jets game in NYC. Rex returns to NYC. The media will eat it up and it will be the talk of the week. If Marrone end up in NYC, there may be a small nuclear explosion at the press conference.

Dalton would be a huge upgrade and I would gladly take him on the team. Even with the red hair and all.

I'd like a retractable stadium like Lucas Oil. That style would fit nicely with the city and the roof could be closed when we have the type of weather that popped up a few months back. It could be used for other events as well. My main concern is the loss of tailgating as that seems to be a big part of the Buffalo game day culture.

It sounds like they got the call right but botched the process to get there.

I have not heard his name mentioned. Why not bring him in to do a top down analysis and revamp? I bet he'd fire Brandon within minutes of walking in the door. I feel Pegula needs a strong football guy to take the reins and make the decisions and he would be good for it.

What a mess this turned into. Pegula needs to seize control here. Start making decisions and getting coaches lined up to speak with. I feel like we made big progress this year and now, we are back to the in the between period we had with Juaron and Gailey. Very grim

GM is gone too. Who are candidates to replace Rex?

KC for me was the the big one. We were at home after a bye- we were set up to win. We don't fumble at the one and we win that game. They could do nothing against us all day long. Their only TD came when we fumbled that punt and handed them good field position. Houston second killer. Not WattW INT and we win. Man we were so close this year.

I feel slightly better. In the grand scheme I'm pissed. We had many chances and should have got in.

I thought a Bengals win last Monday would have knocked us out either way, right?

That damn Niners-Chargers game last night was huge. I would be way more confident with a Charger loss there

I think it is really still that we need Pitt to win out and then hope for a KC win over SD next week. Of course, we need to win out too.

Looking like a tough equation for us. I guess we may need to be happy with 10-6 and beating Pats there to end the season. then I will curse the fumble at the one in the KC game all off season.

In like Clay Matthews but boy did he get killed and I liked it. He would do the same I think.

It's every team and any stadium. Add too much alcohol and even the normally level headed guy is obnoxious. Unless the NFL outlaws alcohol and tailgating this will go on.
