We had some NFL types that had us mocked with Rousseau. The same people have us taking Hall. Even Buscagalia has us taking Hall. He is pretty plugged to this team.

Well I have been told by others I have a nice baguette.

There comes a point where common sense must prevail. If manage keeps saying they want a Thurman Thomas, and we keep trying to trade for RBs or pick them up in FA or draft them, we are bound to actually draft a RB. Now we hear people saying the Bills are smitten with Hall. At this point, I would be shocked if we didn’t draft Breece Hall. I guess we just have to wait and see.

There has only been a few elite QB, elite RB combo in the history of the NFL. If we had Derick Henry on our team today, we would go undefeated. Guarantee it. Because teams would be forced to put 8 in the box even against an elite QB, and if they don’t, we just anaconda people to death.

I’m not keen in playing against the Bills strength, but I want to enhance the passing game by having a RB teams have to plan around. If we have a Derick Henry, teams will be forced to put 8 in the box, even with Josh throwing, they wouldn’t have a choice. If they don’t, they will get anaconda’d to death.

Imagine where we force teams to put 8 in the box at times. I can’t recall many times where teams ever had 8 in the box vs Singletary. Imagine what Allen would do to defenses with a legitimately feared RB. If we had Derick Henry, nobody could stop us. We would likely have an undefeated season.

If Beane and co see walker as the elite RB, so be it. I wouldn’t even mind trading for an elite RB. I’m just tired of watching teams play 2 high safeties all the time with no teams afraid of Singletary. Singletary is a good RB (good ypa), but teams still aren’t afraid of him. Teams are afraid of Henry, teams are afraid of Taylor, etc. When you have teams playing 8 in the box most of the game, that shows you where their fear lies. I want to punish teams from keeping the house back on Allen.

We are likely winning a super bowl regardless of who we draft. The football sicko in me just wants to see pure carnage. I want to see other teams decide between putting 8 in the box or getting the Allen Thor hammer on them. I just want an elite RB, I don’t care who, and no I don’t want to switch team identities. I just want to make it harder for teams to play cover 2 shell all the time.

If it were 1 or 2 people saying it, I would shrug it off. But literally every NFL guru and their mother are saying it or mock drafting him to us it seems like lately. Even Buscagalia has the Bills taking Hall.

People in the know said the Bills were smitten with Breece Hall. They must have connections in high places. The vast majority of the time, they are correct. I’m not mad at all at you NewEra, these last few weeks have been incredibly entertaining. If we get him great, if not, great.

Smart people understand. All the big NFL guys are saying Breece Hall to Buffalo. It makes sense and it’s the last missing piece to this team and will make Allen more dangerous. Glad to see the people in the know on the Breece Hall train.

I honestly feel like making another Breece Hall thread, it’s an itch I can’t make go away.

The main reason I want Hall is because no NFL team fears Singletary. I want teams to make tough business decisions. 8 in the box and get burned by Allen, 7 in the box and get anaconda squeezed by Hall. It’s what this team is lacking. I want Allen to have more throwing lanes, and Hall will command that.

A faster Thurman Thomas. 4.39 vs 4.47 Might want to see an optometrist.

So I’m falling to understand why drafting Hall at 25 is a bad option? We are talking about a late 1st round pick that isn’t much different than say a pick at 36. I sincerely doubt anyone is going to care about taking Hall at 25 after we will the super bowl next year.
