  1. We literally dedicate most of our draft capital on the defense and we still have defensive issues. It’s sad really.
  2. So who’s fault is that? The coaching, the lack of talent acquisition? They brought in Kromer, so must be coaching was part of that issue. They brought in 2 O-linemen this year that are known maulers. We have spent more draft capital on the defensive side compared to the offensive side, and we are still having defensive issues?
  3. This is true, but the collective mishaps of our run game throughout the year cost us from not having the #1 seed and home field advantage.
  4. I guess we will have to agree to disagree. Singletary is the defacto reason why Allen had to play hero ball all the time and do so much unnecessary non improvised running. I’m not going to sit here and accept that, knowing we have a 250 million dollar asset being used as a battering ram all because we have RBs incapable of sharing the duties that are asked of them. I want Allen around for a long long time, and the best way to do that is to give Allen a workhorse we can rely on (Not take Allens fastball away). This might be a “hot take” or a “bad take” but this is where I stand. I don’t want Singletary on this team because he hasn’t shown he can do the nasty work and extend downs. He’s basically the Lamar Jackson of RBs. He can’t even do what is asked of RBs.
  5. Considering we have Diggs, Davis, Lil Dirty, and Crowder. I’m going to go with Walker. But I really do like WanDale. I think he makes a 4WR set dangerous. We have to move away from Singletary, so if we can’t have Hall, give me Walker.
  6. If we actually do want Hall, we will likely have to trade with the Giants.
  7. Breece Hall, Kaiir Elam, and WanDale Robinson are the ones I’ve wanted the most this draft. Maybe we will get lucky and get 2/3 . I would be happy with that. WanDale is a great WR. Another Honorable mention is Skyy Moore. I’d be happy with that if we don’t get WanDale. If they do, they’ve had likely the best draft this year. He instantly makes them better. Jets drafting has been good lately.
  8. Here’s to hope we land Hall!
  9. Big men that run upright look slower than they appear. He ran a 4.39 . This whole “Breece looks slow” thing has no merit.
  10. Yeah, my bad. Meant little Beane experiment as in Singletary.
  11. April 29th will forever be etched in time as Breece Hall day. 100!!
  12. Not one year left of Beane. One year left of Singletary lol
  13. This was the guy I wanted before I went all Breece Hall crazy. He is a good instinctive CB with size and speed. Something we have needed for a while.
  14. I can now rest. My work here is done.
  15. We did it!! This is the sign! Today is the day!
  16. Thankfully we likely only have 1 more year of this questionable little Beane experiment as I don’t think we extend him. I will definitely be tracking Hall's career, if for nothing else because of his elite statistical status and I want to see how that plays out.
  17. Yeah 4pm . After the comments from Beane yesterday though, it’s not looking very likely. I guess they love Singletary for some odd reason.
  18. Oh no not you to Muppy. The Breece train is still on the move, it hasn’t derailed yet. Singletary is a good basic player and will do just enough to keep things alive, but I want a dynamic weapon that can keep Allen from always having to play hero ball. We also need to keep teams honest and this will make Allen even more dangerous.
  19. I’m talking about Singletary. He is 4.66 and is a snail. People say he is coming on, but he’s reached his maximum potential. He’s limited on what he can do on the field.
  20. He is to slow. He will never have teams being afraid of him. He will never be able to consistently get outside. Or catch and take swing passes to the house. We need a true weapon.
  21. Well JT is in the elite group and he went in the second so…
  22. I’m just tired of Singletary. I don’t even care if we get Walker. I’m obviously hoping for Breece, but I will take whatever.
  23. Trade up! I think Houston takes him.
  24. I wanted to take Kaiir Elam initially but then climbed aboard the Breece train. I still want Hall in the 2nd, but now that some time has passed, I’d like to formerly congratulate Elam. Welcome to Buffalo kid, come be the best version of yourself. He’s fast and instinctive, which is why I originally wanted him. Tackling leaves a lot to be desired though, but you can’t teach speed and instincts.
  25. I called for Kaiir Elam a little while ago, then I wanted Hall. I still do and hope we trade up. I’m not even that mad at the Elam pick, just frustrated about Singletary.
