Lol what other fanbase is basically game day during a practice game? -
Obviously drafting Allen in of itself is a huge victory. But overall this draft feels different. Everyone looks incredibly sharp. They all look like they could be starters. Elam is likely getting playing time Cook for sure will get playing time Bernard is likely to get playing time Araiza is likely to be the starter Shakir is likely to get playing time Luke, Spector, and Benford appear to be solid depth with potential.
-
It seems to be that way. I don’t recall the same hype in previous draft classes. I wouldn’t be surprised if every single pick contributes at some point. What a draft.

Elam and TB are going to be gold for us this year. Expecting big things from the D.

He can come here. I wanted him. Mean linemen is a quality I look for. He’s going to be a good one. Breath of fresh air. Much rather have this than lackadaisical nuisances. -
This was the worst camp by far for updates. Come on. Media is also there.

Thank goodness it’s only a hyperextended elbow. About the only non serious thing that could exist with such pain symptoms. Just glad it wasn’t ligament issues. We dodged a bullet.
-
Let’s hope that’s all it is 🙏. Hoping for no ligament issues. Even if it is, I don’t think surgery for elbow would be season ending unless it’s fully torn. So at least there is that hope.
-
Normally I don’t do these concerned injury posts. But from experience and seeing reports on people with elbow/arm injuries over the years. They usually don’t bring great news. There just isn’t many health issues in these areas of the body that are accompanied by intense pain that is typically minor. I will always hope for the best, but I’m definitely worried.
-
You could tell he was going to be. I even said the instincts oozed from him when drafted. The mental speed is a breath of fresh air.
-
Well yeah, that tends to happen when you listen to Sinatra.
-
Give me a list of medical conditions that are not major that is accompanied by visible pain in the elbow/arm area? Usually if you are having issues and pain, it’s almost always a ligament issue. The best we can hope for is a strain.
-
My major concern. I wasn’t concerned with the Hyde injury, but this feels different for multiple reasons. Pain in this general area normally only stems from something serious. Rarely will you have minor issues with visible pain in the elbow area.
-
Please more Poyer updates. Super concerned this will be serious.
-
Poyer is usually pretty tough and I doubt with how important this year is he wouldn’t try to push through it. Very concerned, hopefully nothing major. Visibly in pain in that general area is not a good sign. The elbow/forearm area is a pretty sensitive area to where pain is a direct redflag vs other areas on the body.
-
Doubtful though, because teams will also have to account for Rousseau and Miller. Can’t double them all.
-
They can’t though, as looking tough will open the can of worms. The judge pretty much F’d the NFL in terms of public perception. But honestly it doesn’t seem like they care about it, as they wanted to wash their hands of this anyways. Hi, my name is Bob. At least I admit it unlike a lot of people here that shout into the void.
-
Again, like others have said, I doubt it goes anywhere. The NFL purposely did this to wash their hands of this. They don’t want this going down the Kraft did this, blah blah blah road. They will likely stick to the judges ruling. The NFL doesn’t view this as affecting their bottom line enough to warrant such a suspension. If they did, you can bet the outcome would have been much different. They want Watson throwing footballs this year because it sells tickets and viewership.

Yes, I will go out of my way to boycott anything made in China that I know of. But it’s hard to be 100%, but the important part is that we try. Like I said, it all depends on everyone’s tolerance level and moral acceptance level. But to be outraged and still financially supporting the product you are mad about is fairly funny. Sorry if it makes people feel uncomfortable as it shines a light on the sickness, but most of us have it.
