  1. Tweet, twist same difference.
  2. Kind of hard to have a leg to stand on when you are always busy riding horses.
  3. I’m not willing to trade up for Skoronoski, if he’s there at 27 I draft him. I’m fine with leaving Dawkins at OT and putting Skor at LG.
  4. Peter Skoronoski is already just as good as Dawkins IMO. If he is there at 27, I’m taking him and asking Dawkins to help the team anyways possible. He’s still getting paid high money, so he’s not going to be asked to take a pay cut. We could use his talents elsewhere.
  5. Not really, everyone knows we need help at LG. Skoronoski is one of the best LT prospects in while.
  6. If Peter Skoronoski is there, you draft him. DD can go to LG.
  7. Star, always go with the star. Star players have more value for a team than an average everyday starter. I’d rather have 2 star players than 3-4 average players. Average players aren’t going to win you any super bowl.
  8. Im a statistical hound. SEC WRs that run a 4.4 or lower with 1,000+ yards correlates very well to NFL careers. I’m taking Hyatt.
  9. Do you see a super bowl champ banner at the stadium? We suck until we bring it home. 13-3 is just a really good team that failed.
  10. Trade for Hopkins, and draft Bijan. If Bijan isn’t available draft Hyatt. Diggs Hopkins Hyatt Davis Shakir = super bowl champs
  11. I also preferred Hall/Woolen to Elam/Cook . I still think Elam/Cook will be ok, but I really wanted Hall/Woolen and I’m mad about it.
  12. I’m only ok with taking Bijan if the Bills get a 1B in a trade. After watching the playoffs the last few years, we can’t keep relying on Diggs alone. I like Bijan, but without a good oline, I’m not sure it will matter that much. I was hoping we would take Hall and use this year on oline and WRs, but alas that didn’t happen. I wanted Hall and Woolen and we’d be in great shape this year if that were to have happened. If we draft Bijan, I want a trade for Hopkins to materialize.
  13. That’s ok, neither does our Bills management. It’s why we have sucked for decades.
  14. Yep, I’m even sure most wanted Josh Allen vs other options. The board has done very well over the years. There are a handful that I remember that didn’t turn out well. Clausen, Spiller, Watkins. Spiller wasn’t a terrible pick though, just not utilized properly. We passed on Gronkowski, which I remember so many people wanted to draft. Honestly, Pegs should just consult the board rather than the GM. The board has generally done well. Tons of us were screaming for Woolen when he was dropping, even after taking Elam. Imagine if they would have listened to us about taking Woolen, then we would have great depth.
  15. Not only has it been bad in recent years, we have not done Josh any favors outside of Diggs. We desperately need another #1 to pair with Diggs to act as a relief valve and to help free up the offense when Diggs is doubled. Cinci has this, Philly has this, KC kind of has this. We don’t. We don’t have the oline either to help mask it. It’s pretty obvious what we need to do, but I’m not sure Beane will do it.
  16. We can do that to, its before players actually start playing, so it would still be indicative on true talent evaluation. I think it would be cool to have a Joes vs the Pros every year and see just how well the Bills Mafia stacks up against the pros.
  17. Ask yourself how a joe can do basic research leading up to the draft, and hit on prospects better than our football administrators have that get paid thousands of dollars and it’s their career. I guarantee you, if this board made a selection round by round poll of prospects available during that round, and you took the top 3 players voted for, the board would perform better than professionals. I might just do that this year.
  18. Thanks Shredder. My personal philosophy has always been about merit. The best of the best. I truly believe this board has some really good talent evaluators, and I want to see a centralized location of some discussion of prospects. It’s nice to see a list of players people have high hopes for, and then maybe make some kind of notation for future references. I believe collective analysis is better than just a handful of “elite” professional scouts. I bet you if you took about 30 of the best posters evaluations here and compared it to our draft choices, the board would have performed better.
  19. @mrags was on the Hall/Woolen train as well. I think you even thumbed me up about it. Glad to see you can identify top talent as well. You should post in my GM thread and talk about the upcoming draft.
  20. Beane was brought here to win a super bowl. Nothing else. We want to see the baby. If he can’t deliver soon, we have to find someone that will.
  21. Oh come on man, don’t take it so personal. Some of us love the Bills way to much and we all want to win a super bowl. Hitting on draft picks is such a key issue, and many of us are tired of watching talented players passing us by, only to watch them go on to have great careers elsewhere. If some of us little folks can see it, why can’t professional football administrators see it?
  22. Kind of hard to make this a poll. Too many draft prospects to list, it would have to be a poll based on position by position, and I would do that but people would complain about me spamming.
  23. LOL its about who can identify talent. It’s cool to see how well members on this board can identify talent.
