Very interesting Podcast episode about Super Bowl XXV
Milanos Milano replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bills lost because of their own inability to keep the Giants offense off the field, our run defense was atrocious. Conlan was awful and Odomes was worse. The Giants offensive line was destroying us on the run game. We couldn’t even stop an average QB like Hostetler from rolling out without over pursuing. Honestly we flat out were over played and Belichick neutralized Kelly. Norwood wasn’t the reason we lost that game. -

Who needs a downhill style running back when you have an uphill style running back. -
How did Brandon Beane find Tyler Bass? He used a depthfinder!
-
If Tyler kicks bad, will he be known as a crappie?

Mmmmm roasted Falcon! *Homer Simpson hungry noise.

Romo and Gumbel are the only ones worth their weight. Everyone else might as well be Joe Buck. -

The Bills 2020 Draft in Perspective
Milanos Milano replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think a lot of the older Bills fan have been so spoiled with the incredible talent of the past, that the last 20 years have been incredibly boring. When you get to watch amazing players like Bruce, OJ, Kelly, Thurman, etc, your eyes feed off it. Even other teams talent during those times was amazing. Lawrence Taylor, Emmitt Smith, Barry Sanders, Marino, Elway, etc you just get spoiled. Honestly the NFL is lacking in high quality stars like the golden days. But it it does appear to be changing again. People like Barkley and Mahomes give you that same feeling once again. -
RD 2, Pick 54: DE AJ Epenesa, University of Iowa

No doubt Epenesa is a Bull! I just hope he learns a few moves. Every year I miss watching a crazy spin move off the edge. Bruce absolutely spoiled my standards for DEs. -
This might be the steal of the UDFAs. I’d let him train and heal the whole year. I wouldn’t stash him on PS.

Epenesa is a bull for sure. I’m a little worried though that only gets you so far in the NFL. Ultimately you need some speed to beat pro lineman. Bruce was a rare combination of bull and speed. A freak of nature! I miss him the most. -
Yep. His frame and abilities are there just needs refining. If he doesn’t improve his footwork, he wont make it against elite DEs.
-
Which we can afford to do. If we work on his conditioning and footwork, he has potential.
-
High motor don’t matter if he can slide those heavy feet. He was destroyed by Chase Young. I like Trey, but he has to improve footwork.
-
The nice thing about this signing is there is absolutely no risk. If he flops oh well. Talent is there just needs to work on footwork and conditioning.
-
The one thing I will say about Trey is though he has heavy feet. He better work on his footwork if he wants to make this team.
-
Who cares, at least he isn’t giving “perfect robotic statements” like a lot of these guys do. Shows he isn’t afraid to be himself.

Very good signing. The talent is there. Probably the best UDFA talent wise out there IMO.
