No excuses. The wind was an extra defender last night, and we blew it. All they had to do was stop the run, that’s it. They couldn’t do it, they failed. Our team is full of a bunch soft players. Football is about being mean and nasty. Thankfully we have one of the meanest most passionate grind them out QBs in the league. Sadly the rest of the team should be ashamed of themselves. LOLOL the system QB went to the best supporting cast team humanly possible. Imagine if Josh had that D line, Godwin, Evans, and Gronk.

It should be more than half the possessions. When you know the run is coming and you still can’t stop them, it’s embarrassing. 200+ yards on the ground when the whole universe knows the run is coming is a flat out embarrassment. End of story.

At first I thought we had a RB issue, we do because I believe Moss is trash. However I think Singletary is serviceable. His ypc is good enough, especially considering 1st contact normally comes near the LOS. Draft OG, OC, OT, OG, CB with the first 5 picks. That will go a long ways to helping us.

But it isn’t good enough. To be a great GM you have to build a team. Not just rely on a great QB to cover for terrible draft picks.

Outside of Allen and Diggs, Beane has done nothing for this franchise. He hasn’t drafted enough offensive linemen and wasted 2 3rd picks on RBs that can’t score TDs. If it wasn’t for Allen, he would be looking for a new job by now.

I’m mostly mad with Beane. Outside of Allen, his drafts have been terrible.

This is Beanes fault then. He has failed to draft players that can execute. His RBs can’t run, his O-lineman can’t block, and he doesn’t draft enough players that can catch or not fumble the ball in key situations.

Honestly, if you had Josh Allen in the 90s, I’m pretty sure Buffalo wins 3/4 of those Super Bowls. Imagine what this team would do with Thurman and Bruce. Holy bananas.

While I don’t think Singletary is good, I think he could be serviceable with a better o-line. His yac is good enough and he has been receiving 1st contact near the LOS. The whole draft should be focused on the o-line and a CB for an insurance policy for White.

Unfortunately the draft doesn’t have very many speedy backs this year. We should just focus on a total OL rebuild. Draft 5 offensive linemen if we need to. Draft another OT and kick Dawkins inside, whatever anything.

Sorry, I just said OG as simplicity. One of those OG picks would be for C.

Look what Kelly had on his team? Now match that up to what Allen has to work with. It’s not even close. Allen is going to win us a bunch of Super Bowls when he gets the supporting cast he deserves. Honestly, if you put Allen on a team like the Colts, they are instantly Super Bowl favorites.

This is how our draft should go. OG, OG, OT, OG, CB . Unfortunately there aren’t very many good RBs in the draft this year and the FA isn’t great either. Draft a bunch of linemen and lets re-evaluated the running backs with a revamped offensive line.

Not only have they done very little to help, they have actively caused him to regress. The play calling is so infuriating, I hope Daboll is fired tomorrow.

How many QBs in the league could have done what Josh Allen did tonight? Bill wouldn’t even like Mac throw the ball, that should tell you everything you need to know about how good Allen is. No other QB could have done what Josh did tonight with the line play we have.

Allen is the ONLY reason we are even in playoff contention.

I’m so glad we have tough journalist like Sully. Our coaches and players deserved every bit of that.

Bills fans don’t deserve the mediocrity we have endured for decades and even this year. How many times must we sit here after a gut wrenching loss and question if we have the right management. A team just passed the ball 3 times tonight and won with less than 40 yards passing. If that isn’t a wtf moment, nobody will ever care. It’s obvious to anyone our offensive line is beyond abysmal, and our running game just doesn’t have the play making abilities. We have invested an insane amount of draft capital and FA capital on the defense and we couldn’t stop the run that everyone in the stadium knew was coming. We couldn’t score anything in the red zone, we have no physicality. Honestly if Beane and McDermott don’t address 85% or more on offensive this offseason, they need to seriously be fired. You spend millions of dollars on a star QB and yet we can’t score enough points against a team that passed the ball 3 times??!! Allen isn’t the problem, but if we don’t seriously get him the help he deserves, then Bills fans deserve better coaches and management.

They couldn’t stop the run when everyone in the whole stadium knew they were running. Given the situation we should have made them punt more than 6 times. I agree the offense left a lot to be desired. But the defense had an extra defender or two in Mother Nature and they failed.

This is true, but given the circumstance with the wind, the offense did enough. Our pathetic defense couldn’t stop a run that everyone and their mother knew was coming. I blame more of the game on our terrible offensive line and RBs, but our defense got embarrassed tonight. It should have been less than 7 given the conditions. The whole stadium knew the pats were running and they couldn’t stop it. That’s embarrassing.

He’s absolutely right in this case though. Hyde and Poyer should be embarrassed quite frankly. They couldn’t stop an angry flamingo.
