I don't listen to his show. I don't really understand why he comes on the morning show, when he has a 2 hour show himself from 10-12.

Miserable is a good description. Miserable sports radio gets tiresome. A reason why Pardon My Take has become the top sports audio out there. People would rather listen to something easy going, vs some old man literally acting like miserable old man. It's not about trashing any part of the organization. It's his tone and attitude that's the issue. I don't really have an issue with anything he says about the Bills. Today he was treating a caller like a child because the caller said the media needs to do a better job at following up on questions why McDermott doesn't answer the question that was asked. Sal acted like he was talking to a 10 year old child who was about to get reprimanded. It was an embarrassing look.

I don't seek out Sal, really don't have time to listen to lots of audio, but he is usually on the WGR 550 morning show for a half hour, and the guy is so angry and argumentative. It's a tough listen. What happened to this guy? He was always the positive light in a dark cloud when the Bills weren't very good. He was a guy that I would look for his stuff that he would post when he lived in Florida. He seems to be getting more condescending and wanting to constantly pick fights with everyone. Not just the callers, but also the other hosts. He needs a reset or something, but who would want to listen to someone that like constantly? Is my opinion out of line? The segment this morning and yesterday were embarrassing for him.

You should see the things discussed on this message board. Just because something is discussed here doesn't really mean anything. Falling apart to who? Maybe to you, but you're not the one making the decisions. To the ones making the decisions, they could view this as part of being an NFL team. Teams have ups and downs. EVERY TEAM.

One line I can't take anymore, "We are WASTING someone as talented as Josh Allen." Allen has elite physical traits, but he does not think the game or have the preparation of an elite QB. Allen's early success was much about the schedule we played and the league playing "prove it" with Allen. Now teams know how to mentally confuse him, and he isn't capable of fixing that. I feel bad for Terry. The guy can't catch a break. He gave complete control of organization to Beane and McDermott and they make mistake after mistake. When did I bash him? He literally had wins taken away for cheating, and that was just the one time he was caught. You never answered my question though. Wasn't there a rule change that allowed all the top athletes to go to one school? Isn't the pool not equal? Like I feel like in Lancaster, OP, Jamestown, etc, they can only have kids that play in those districts. I think for Bennett, they can get kids from any Buffalo school. Like Hutch Tech now is terrible and I heard its because those kids play for Bennett now.

Wasn't there a rule changed that allowed Buffalo kids to play on whatever team they wanted? Pretty sure that has been the reason why Bennett is good, not McDuffie. Also, McDuffie does not have a good reputation within WNY HS football.

Drives me bonkers how high he kicks the ball. He gets way too much height under the ball. He needs to change the trajectory of his kicks. The higher the ball, the more opportunity for the ball to move while in air. Needs to put his pitching wedge away and pull out the driver.

I will never forget after the Giants game Josh told the defense, the offense let them down and it needed to change. Josh comes out the next game and throws an INT on first play. Josh is all talk, no action. His mind has been elsewhere for about 2 years now. The KC playoff game propelled him into a tier of celebrity status that he has fallen in love with more than the game.

One player I couldnt believe in FA that was signed so late and may be in a situation where he signed to be traded at deadline, is Marcus Peters. I thought he had a pretty decent year thus far in a pretty bad Raiders D. I love his attitude too. Feel like he would fit this team's personality.
