  1. See, this is where you lose the argument. You can't even concede that would be completely different.
  2. He only makes 6.25 mil, so we could afford that with it being prorated. I know this will never happen, but imagine taking the pressure off the draft. Give them a 3 and a 5 for those two guys and then we can go wherever we want with 1 and 2. And before anyone says "we wouldn't have a 3, 4, and 5 pick?! Who cares if we are getting starting players for those 3 picks. You are gambling with picks 4 and 5 every year and these guys are both young.
  3. Rotoworld is now saying he could be had for a 4th or 5th round pick. That's beyond worth it to me. Yes, we don't have a 4th, so I'd make it a 5th and a conditional 7th next year. We can also extend him after the season to reduce his cap hit. The real question is, what Safety can we trade for after the **** show we saw at the position today.
  4. As said by others, people have picked their sides and don't want to budge. It's no question to me that TT is better than both of them. This "discussion" is being had because the QB is almost always the first to take the blame. I'm not blindly defending TT as I've stated his completion percentage is a concern for me as well as his finish in games, but it was SO much worse with those before him.
  5. That was probably the most broken I've seen Rex. Seeing his team as no better than it was last year in game 3 was really sinking in.
  6. When he wins, he hasn't had to. But yes, there's a problem with this tempo late in games when trailing. Something is off there. STILL, better than EJ
  7. Losman couldn't do anything but throw the deep ball. He looked lost against the Pats in the worst way. EJ couldn't throw a deep pass and couldn't improvise well at all. If he did, it was usually an INT. EJ was overall better, but only with safe and simple gameplans. I wanted both to succeed, like with TT. TT is better than both.
  8. Sweet Jesus, everyone passed on this guy. Dallas didn't even want him. They wanted to trade up for Lynch. They tried to trade up for Cook. Then they tried signing Foles. **** happens and sometimes you get lucky
  9. EJ fell apart when he felt pressure and made terrible decisions. He didn't escape anywhere near as good as TT does. And the deep ball? Do you remember how bad that was with him?
  10. Those calling for Cardelle or EJ are just losing all sense of argument with me. No matter what you think about TT, he's better than both right now.
  11. I'm torn on this. TT was a no doubter for me. However, if you compare him to all other QB's with the same amount of passes or higher, he has the 3rd lowest completion percentage. For someone with that few attempts, that's not good. I don't have an answer right now. When they are healthy for the last 6 weeks, let's see how he does.
  12. I'm not positive and I honestly don't want to google it. But, I'm pretty sure we only have around 4 mil in space. Torrey Smith would be prorated to around 3 mil, so he would fit. I can't imagine Romo would as well with his contract.
  13. The most?! I just don't understand the anger after this game. We all saw it coming
  14. I can't argue with you. Your avatar is just too good
  15. Cut him? No Pay him after the season? No.
  16. I counted 4 in the first half. I stopped paying that much attention to them after that. The Clay one was ridiculous
  17. We can agree to disagree on this. I believe that TT's legs have extended drives and scored TD's that other QB's can't do. It doesn't make him elite, but it puts him in the 12-15 range of top QB's.
  18. I agree with your second point. However, they've been running more trips formations and 4 WR sets and I'm not seeing a huge difference. Problem is, it's maybe 15% of the offense.
  19. Ha! You're right. I'll update. It's easy to forget that amongst today's sh!t show
  20. I can't decide between this game and the Jets game. Hogan doing it made it worse
  21. This ^ However, I'm not for firing Rex in season
  22. You sir, are a piece of ****
