  1. If they are there, which I think they will be, and we pass on them..... I will honestly enjoy watching this board explode. 22? Draft Board?
  2. I agree. But even at 500k deals, that many of them will eat up some cap. The holes make me believe we are out of the Cousins race because we can’t pay him and fill all of those holes.
  3. I agree. But it’s very possible it’s not one of the top 4 guys or Cousins, as so many people are banking on
  4. I’m good with all of that. I’m surprised you go OLB first overall, but I can’t argue with the end result. I think TT is gone and we end up with some other journeyman QB here in his place. Mayve a bearded guy from Harvard (riot ensues) I’m not talking holes as in lack of quality starters or depth. I think we have over 20 guys who are unrestricted free agents. Trade #21 for a first next year and a 3rd this year gives us the same number of picks this year and the 2 1sts next year.
  5. It’s not a view. It’s a question. Cousins may sign somewhere else. Other teams may not want to trade back to us or other teams might beat us to the punch. It’s a very real possibility. And IF that happens, then what? Are you going to capon Goodell and tell him it’s unfair and we really need one? If I’m not mistaken, we have the most open positions in the league once the year starts
  6. Sometimes I wonder why I even write a topic or post a question. People just turn it into what they want anyways
  7. I should have known this would be impossible
  8. We have a lot of holes. Moreso than last year.
  9. If all the desired FA QB’s sign elsewhere and if the top 4 QB’s are gone before we can trade up... And without bitching about it or saying “trade up period”...... What would you like to see done with our picks? I would want the Bills to hopefully try to trade back more. I wouldn’t care if they traded out of the first round altogether. Ideally, I’d trade a 1st this year for a 1st next year, to have the ammo for a possible trade up next year. I’d like to take our 5 picks in the first 3 rounds and make it 7 or 8. Basically, I want to build all the pieces we can and set ourselves up for a QB next year. I believe that quality of starter late first round is similar to second round picks. We can really build a foundation and put ourselves in position for a QB next year. If we can fill the other holes with our draft this year, selling the farm to trade up for a QB the following year won’t hurt as much. My biggest fear to trading up this year is that we will have too many holes to fill and not the picks to fill them with.
  10. Without going into all the technical reasons why, just get a Samsung. Only get the 120hz, you’ll just turn off the noise reduction anyways. Easy explanation - better screen, truer colors, better to calibrate. 13 years or experience. Just trust me. Get the cheapest 4K you can with the 120. You won’t regret it. Also, buy a sound bar. Klipsch will do nicely.
  11. Damn. It just got real. I have to think this is the beginning of the end for some major programs. There’s just no way to me that this is confined to a few programs
  12. Why don’t you go back to your home on whore island?!
  13. It’s worth 4 mil if we are able to package it to move up.
  14. What’s the cap hit to trade him after his option is picked up?
  15. This is the Sammy argument. Stars make plays no matter what. I don’t buy these excuses anymore
  16. I lost my **** on a few of these. Well done
  17. I could honestly see Cleveland trade up and go QB then RB. It wouldn’t be a stretch and they get both positions of need. I’d be pretty ecstatic if I were a Browns fan after that. The Colts wanting the RB would be the kink in their plans, which is why the Browns could take him #1 overall and then remove the need for the Colts. The Colts still get their #2 option and extra picks.
  18. That’s some pro scouting science right there. He’s off my board
  19. Let’s get negative. With all the talk of who everyone wants, let’s maybe have some fun and talk the cons of the possible QBs. Cousins - While he throws for a ton of yards, he’s only made the playoffs once. His own team doesn’t want him. Stafford threw for a ton of yards without playoff success, so it doesn’t mean everything. Sorry for the 300 yard fan club guys. Oh yeah, he’s also going to break the bank for a few years while we have a lot of empty spots. Darnold - Are USC QB’s ever successful in the NFL? Took a step back, only has two seasons under his belt, and doesn’t play a tough schedule. Weird ass delivery Allen - All the tools but none of the success or experience. Sounds like Tannehil. Throws off his back foot. Only needs to find accuracy and awareness. Aren’t those the key components to an NFL qb? Cardelle had the height, arm, and skills too. Mayfield - Maybe 6’1” and played in a spread offense. Character issues and cockey for not playing a single NFL snap. Rosen - 6’4” but only 210-220 pounds? Seems too light to take an NFL hit. Comes in with nerve damage in his shoulder and two concussions. Keenum/Foles - were they on anyone’s radar 4 months ago? Some are going to take this too seriously, but I like a little hazing from time to time.
  20. Disappointing if he gets drafted by us. I want that moment of watching our future QB wearing the hat and holding the jersey. If he goes anywhere else, he can stay at home
  21. I believe he will get the first fully guaranteed deal. Whether he takes it from the Jets, I don’t know. I think the Broncos will find the money.
  22. A, then C. But I don’t like either any of your picks
  23. Good effort and I like most of it. I don’t see San Diego trading into the last spot. If the first 10 picks play out like you say, then there isn’t a need for a early run in the second round. Ha. Posted at the same time.
  24. I’m so afraid of the Jets winning the QB lottery and us failing. I don’t want Mayfield haunting us for 15 years. Let them get Allen
  25. He needed to have the successful season he did last year to get his shot. He would have been a questionable HC hire before that. I hope he he has a great 10 years and we meet him every season in the AFC a championship game. Then, when McDermott becomes NFL Commish, Frank comes back come to us
