  1. We are on to round 3!
  2. The Chiefs @NewEra are on the clock
  3. With the 62nd pick in the TSW 1.0 Mock Draft, the Baltimore Ravens select Kamari Lassiter, DB, Georgia. The Ravens came into this draft with needs at DB, WR, and ???. With our first two picks, we were able to bring in Day 1 starters that will make and immediate impact. Spunky but slender with the mentality to sift through the highs and lows that come with the position. Lassiter has the athleticism and dog to play press-man coverage and all forms of zone. His instincts and play recognition are getting better to help shadow routes and pester catch points, but he hasn’t yet flashed as a corner looking to play the football and flip the field. Lassiter could see flags early in his career, as he struggles to keep up with deep throws and doesn't always trust his technique. He’s physical and well-coached with the potential to play as a nickel back or roving safety. The 49ers @Hermes are on the clock
  4. I’ll be home to make my pick in 40 min. I’m taking a DB if that helps people behind me
  5. What you meant to say was "wind confusion"
  6. With the 60th pick in the TSW 1.0 Mock Draft, the Buffalo Bills select Kris Jenkins, DT, Michigan. In one of our closest poll results in years, there was some quality discussion on the merit of this pick and high value. I highly recommend going to the thread where the poll was conducted. The Lions @section122 are on the clock
  7. I can’t imagine Josh signing off on that. They are genuine bffs
  8. That’s fair. I guess I just don’t believe that type of player should be a round 1-3 pick. I want this picks to be fully time starters by year two. While I like our roster, I don’t think we are in a place for a luxury pick, which is what that feels like to me. Granted; we can’t trade in this draft, but I’d trade back and get my starting G/C or Safety.
  9. Correct me if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t McD not put them and Oliver on the field together? McD likes the big boy next to the rusher. So this player would back up Oliver, no?
  10. I just don’t see the point in either DT. Oliver has that spot locked up, we would want someone who can replace Jones eventually. This is a high pick on a backup
  11. Are any of these DTs a potential Jones replacement?
  12. I’m hoping to get to 100 votes, but Saturdays are weird. Let’s see where we are at noon and make a judgement call. The poll opened late and it’s a close one. No need to rush. We are on a good pace
  13. @GunnerBillI’d be curious to know what your grades are on some of these guys. Or anyone you think is missing?
  14. Poll will be up either tonight or tomorrow morning. @section122is running the poll.
  15. Von miller contract - Most were on board at the time, and he was living up to it until he got hurt. No issues for me, just bad luck Dawson Knox contract - I agree this was a bit high and a future contract. No one knew Kincaid would be coming. Knox restructured and gave money back. No issues Stephen diggs contract - No one had an issue at the time. He fell off a cliff earlier than expected and no one thought he was going to push his way out. Defense line draft picks that never pan out - AJ just re-signed, Oliver got an extension. Groot is getting picked up. Are you just referring to Boogie? Defense tackle signings that are not good enough - Um, Jones? No reliable pass rusher - Until injuries, we had one of the best past rush in the league last year. As people got healthy, the pass rush came back Wyatt Teller give away - Seriously? This has been addressed multiple times. Edmunds - Did you want to pay him that much money as the Bears did? If anything, Beane got a full 5 years out of him, a comp pick, and quietly upgraded with a replacement draft pick. That's the life of the NFL sometimes
  16. This seems like a very Jerry pick. Well done
  17. @Doc Brown 90 minutes left good sir
  18. @BarleyNYAbout an hour left boss
  19. How many prospects did you have with 1st round grades?
  20. Needs: WR S Likes: DT - A lot of one year deals on the team. It would be great to get rookies some experience so they can step up next year DE - The jury is still out on how Von can bounce back. That would leave just Groot and AJ OG/C - Whether McGovern is going C or not, we want more depth there. I'd love a starting C, and keep the rest of the line as it was last year. LB - We really needed better LB depth last year, and it's not crazy to think we wouldn't need it again RB - We can also fill this in FA, but Cook still has ball security issues and we like to rotate.
  21. @julianOne hour left to make your pick
  22. Main page is updated. Great run of picks everyone. Hopefully we can get the Bills 2nd pick poll up tonight
  23. It's going to be really interesting to me how this plays out in Houston this year. With Diggs in a prove it year, he's going to want to be the guy and really drive up his value. Houston has a lot of options on that offense and Diggs may not get what he wants. However, Diggs also can't go full Diva if he doesn't get the production he wants, as that could also scare off other teams. Either way, I think he will end up in Dallas. For how much and how long....who knows?
  24. With Diggs reworking his deal, does that affect our cap hit at all I wonder? Also, if he gave any money back to them instead of us, that's kinda messed up
