  1. With the 12th pick in the TSW 1.0 Mock Draft, the Dallas Cowboys select Matthew Golden, WR, Texas. GM - Most would be scared off by some of the character concerns for Golden, but that's what good old Jerry is for, leaps of crazy faith. Golden is a matchup nightmare opposite of Lamb, and we need to make Dak happy beyond his 60 mil per year contract. Why have a defense when you can just outscore everyone? The Cowboy way is in full effect! The Dolphins @qwksilver are on the clock
  2. Main page is updated. I'm still recovering from a long weekend. Sleep is good
  3. I agree with the Bears possibly going RB, but I also think Johnson knows the value of an offensive line. I could see him going heavy in the trenches early and a RB later. The Cowboys are definitely dumb enough to go RB, but also need line help. I would expect nothing less. Now please get a bowl cut before making your selection.
  4. It's possible and happened more in recent years, but I think that was for teams who really felt they were only a player or two away, even if they were picking in the top 10. The Pats could def use a solid RB, but not at 4. If they could trade back and get one, then possibly. I think the RB value in drafts seems to be picking up.
  5. I think only the Raiders will be dumb enough to take a RB in the top 10. Especially in a draft with a lot of RB talent. With there only being roughly 16 players with first round grades, it would dumb to not take one of them and get a RB later. Hence, the Raiders.
  6. I wonder how much 2-way ball he'll be allowed to play. I wouldn't be surprised to see him 80% defense, 20% offense, with the offense more scheme play.
  7. Every single mock draft had the Pats taking Carter or Hunter. I just took a shot in the dark based on player ratings and team need. I really think they would try to trade out and hope someone wants Sanders at that slot.
  8. With the 4th pick in the TSW 1.0 Mock draft, the New England Patriots select Mason Graham, DT, Michigan. GM - We were in a tough spot watching Carter and Hunter come off the board before our pick. In a trade draft, we would definitely been open for business. We have need at WR, but there wasn't anyone with value at 4. Graham is the consensus best overall defensive interior lineman in a deep draft, so we are happy to build up the trenches for our new defensive minded coach. The Jaguars @TPS are on the clock ***TPS has until 10am tomorrow morning to make his pick. The draft runs from 9a-10p. With it being almost 8p EST, he has that time. However, if people want to make picks throughout the night, that's entirely up to them.
  9. I just realized I only have the first round of selections listed. I will add rounds 2 and 3 in a bit. This will be 3 rounds.
  10. I've seen more conversation of late that he could fall out of the top 10 and his being rated the #2 QB is more because of it being a weak QB class. Now, with that being said, you can't believe ANYTHING you read within a month of the draft, so who knows anymore.
  11. If this were a trade draft, would this still have been your pick? I think the Browns are in a tough spot. They just paid Garrett and Sanders is not a sure thing at QB. With the cap hell the Browns are in, I think the would love to trade back and acquire more cheap labor. Personally, if they stay put at #2, I don't think they go Carter because of Garrett, but I also don't know who else they would take. I could see them taking OT Membou, as their offensive line was horrible last year.
  12. Everyone got their first choice, which was also a first. That was the quickest we've ever filled the GM's to where no one needed to take on a second team, and all 32 teams have owners with picks in the first round.
  13. With the 1st pick in the 2025 TSW 1.0 Mock Draft, the Tennessee Titans select Cam Ward, QB, Miami. GM - If this were a trade draft, we would have been open for business. However, we have been seeking our franchise QB for years now and Ward is our best bet in this draft. We know this won't change our immediate trajectory, but we have the draft capitol and cap space to start building around Ward and get ourselves into a solid position in a relatively weak AFC South. The Cleveland Browns @Motorin' are on the clock
  14. Only the Eagles left. Once I have that owner, the draft will start
  15. Two teams remaining: Packers Eagles
  16. Three teams remaining: Packers Commanders Eagles
  17. Four teams remaining: Broncos Packers Commanders Eagles
  18. 8 Remaining teams: Jets Falcons Bucs Broncos Packers Vikings Commanders Eagles
  19. Remaining teams available: Jaguars Jets Falcons Bucs Broncos Steelers Packers Vikings Rams Lions Eagles
  20. Hey boss, I may need to circle back to you on this if we don't get enough owners. Your post count is under 50, and we've had issues in the past with low posters not being responsive enough in the moment, and slowing down the draft process. I made a note of this in the OP. If I don't have a full set of owners by this evening, then I'll add you in.
  21. If you could, that would be great! Thank you. Just post a link when you can and I'll add it to the main page. I'm going to give you the Pats for now. But I'll circle back if I need to give you a second team, or if someone really wants the Pats (But seriously, who would want them?) With that, we already have over half of our owners!
  22. We already have a third of the owners. I'm going to take the Titans, just to make sure we get moving. Ward seems to be the consensus #1 pick anyways, and we aren't doing trades this time.
  23. Hi Everyone and a welcome to the TSW Mock Draft 1.0 sign-up thread. Not many changes to the format this year, but the rules and expectations are as follows: Mock 1.0 is 3 rounds and no trades allowed. Future mocks will have different rules. 2.0 will have trades, 2 rounds, and will start a few days after 1.0 is completed. 3.0 will also have trades and be at least one round starting on the week of the actual draft. The Bills selection will be done by a survey of the BPA’s at the time. The Draft will begin once all 32 owners have been found. If that does not occur until after 7p est on 4/1/25, then the draft will begin at 9a on 4/2. Owners - To volunteer to serve as a team GM, you need to: · Be in good standing on this site (daily activity, account history, etc) · Reply in this thread with the top 3 teams you want to manage (only listing one will be ignored) · Be prepared to keep up with your picks (3 hour window between picks) · Be prepared to follow the posting guidelines when it’s your pick (failure to do so might lead to your exclusion to participating in future mocks) Volunteers: If someone has the time, it would be great to have someone make a google sheets docs to show best available by ranking. If interested, please comment below. Tools: Thank you section122 for making a team needs spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13E6NwiyWwlG63ERgr8aJWnE67diI_DqCVNDvE4c2U4c/edit?gid=54255685#gid=54255685 Rules: · Every owner has 3 hours to make their pick · When you pick, you must use the following format With the 30th pick, the Buffalo Bills select Josh Allen, QB, Wyoming @Virgil is on the clock. (Commas and caps make my life easier when updating the page) · When you pick, please give a few sentence summary as to why you made the pick you did. The more commentary and ownership, the better the experience. · Draft hours are from 8am-10pm EST. If your pick comes up at 9p, you have until 10a the next morning. With that being said, below are the available teams: (First time we've done this where all 32 teams have a 1st round pick) Round 1 1 - Titans - Virgil - Cam Ward, QB, Miami 2 - Browns - Motorin' - Abdul Carter, DE, Penn St 3 - 24. I'm happy to hear offense isn't going to be a big priority in this draft. We need to hit on our first 3 round picks on the defensive side. I'm good with 4th round and beyond being some flyer guys. Backup QB, G, WR, and RB. Low risk, possible high reward guys.
  25. Draft sign up sheet will start tomorrow morning. I got in late tonight from being out of town. Once we have 31 owners, the draft will start
