I didn't know anything about Franklin really until we did all the draft discussions on here. The only thing that stood out to me was that the Bills used three visits on him. To me, when he was there in the 2nd round twice, it made sense that we would take him, along with Franklin's projected 2nd round status. I will say though, he probably had one of the more impressive tapes I watched. Lined up all over the field, decent speed, caught with his hands. Looked good to me. But clearly he fell for a reason, and the Broncos are finding out why now

At this point, it’s almost comical. I can’t think of a professional athlete who can’t seem to figure out such a basic skill. I really hope he’s on a short leash with this crap. It feels like he dropped a touchdown or fumbled a ball at least once a game down the stretch last year.

I think we will see a lot of audibles. Josh playing, to me, is more about him and the team getting used to new play calls in the moment, cadence, etc. I don’t expect to see anything flashy or much beyond some basic routes, just practice running the new office as a unit.

At this point, they can’t release Torres. Leads the league in errors at second, terrible batting, and now costs the team a run because he didn’t run out a hit. Thought he had a home run, stopped to watch it, winds up with a single when it bounces off the wall. Then he gets thrown out at home, where he would have been safe had he started at 2nd. He sucks

I feel like they should adjust the format. Pick one crap NFL team to host play this game vs the USFL champions. The NFL team can still play all of their scrubs, but we could at least see some competition and give the USFL team more exposure

Schmidt coming back to the rotation should be huge. I'm still not happy with Holmes as our closer and I think we are relying way to much on Stanton and others to bounce back, but this is a game of confidence and hopefully this week helped boost ours. More than anything, I'm just happy that all the other first place teams appeared to slump at the same time we did
