It’s more like a couple of minutes before the pick is announced. You’ll see people report the picks on Twitter well before it’s announced. It’s like I’m about to open up a Christmas present, and my parents say “Oh by the way, it’s a sweater and scratch tickets”. Where’s the fun in that?

It ruins the suspense of watching the draft when you know the pick before it’s announced. I made the mistake of going on Twitter and someone posted a pick two minutes before it was even announced. Then you come on here and people are doing the same. So the lesson for me is to just watch the draft and don’t look at any posts online.

Just looking at by betting app and the odds of the Bills taking a TE with their first pick was paying 35-1(!!!). Nobody saw this coming! I totally expected them to wait on TE, similar to when they picked Knox in a solid TE class. There are lots of other solid TEs in this draft but the Bills went for the best.

I love Kincaid, hope the Bills can utilize him! Amazing receiver!

I agree that Simpson is more of a Beane pick than Campbell though, Simpson is a potential home run pick while Campbell is the safer selection.

Excellent post, but I don't believe the Bills had a top 30 visit/private workout with any LBs (which is very fishy). I know they had scouts at many Clemson games (per Dean Kindig) but haven't heard of any interviews with Trenton Simpson. I remember seeing they've had contact with Jack Campbell though.

Interesting, I was listening to a Move The Sticks podcast and Daniel Jeremiah/Pete Schrager did a mock where they had the Bills picking Matthew Bergeron at pick 27.

Bills are putting in some work on scouting this year's RBs. I don't really like the Bills current RB room but are they prepared to invest another early pick at RB? This guy is getting 3rd/4th round hype, I can't see this happening.

Trenton Simpson - just because he’d be fun to watch, dude can absolutely fly Jonathan Mingo - love his tape, has size and excellent athleticism Jordan Addison - I think he goes well before the Bills pick but he’s a baller Bijan - I get that RB in round 1 is wrong, but this guy makes it look easy out there. I also expect he’ll be gone early. Sam Laporta - not big at TE but he’s a dog, thinking they wait and take Schoonmaker though

I agree this class doesn't seem great, Beane also stated he doesn't have a lot of first round grades.

I had to look up Peter King to see who he is, he has 1.7M followers on Twitter lol, so maybe he has some sources. That is so strange, I wonder if he'd be available in round 3 though. I'd take him then.
