  1. Let's not fool ourselves even with them in we couldn't stop him.
  2. The Colts are pounding the Bills with Taylor.
  3. He should be benched the rest of the game.
  4. I'm not sure sure about that. Singletary can't get into the end zone whatsoever.
  5. Gives the fans some hope.
  6. They both are average at best. A dime a dozen...
  7. So far we have a bad Allen.
  8. Getting a beat down on both sides of the trenches. We've seen this before.
  9. The Bills aren't a super bowl caliber team. The Pats have a great chanve of winning the division.
  10. Agree 100%. Breida's ability to hit a home run or big chunk plays can be important asset/addition to the Bills offense. He should be getting 5 plus touches a game.
  11. The Bills were clearly the better team on both sides of the ball. They came out focused and took care of business. I'm not reading too much into this game. I think Brieda should get more touches. Very nice post. Jonathan Taylor is a beast. He will be difficult to contain.
  12. Hope not. That's a long term recipe to lose.
  13. I disagree with the Rams have 3 great receivers. Jefferson is far from great. He's raw and developing. Woods is solid but definitely not great. Kupp is the best of the bunch. Prior to this season, I doubt he even makes it in the top 10 best receivers in the league. I would argue that Diggs, Beasley, Sanders, Davis are better than the Rams. However, OBJ changes things.
  14. Solid post.
  15. I think many are dismissing how good OBJ can be. He is a dynamic game changing WR. Sure he is a basket case and is injury prone. It's high risk high reward. To boot, he was with the Clev Browns a terrible organization for years. Their offense with a young Baker and coaching carousel didn't do anything to promote OBJ's strengths. It was a very bad fit from the get go. Additionally, the Browns have effectively decided to be a run first team. The Rams have a capable QB who can sling the ball around. Less pressure on OBJ to be the man. He's more likely to behave and excell for next years contract. I really like the move by the Rams. I would have welcomed a talent like OBJ on the Bills. He would have only made others better.
  16. Frankly, I think the comparasion is pretty worthless. However, I'll add that the Vegas spread for the Bills game was 14.5 or so. According to Vegas odds that is the biggest upset of the season.
  17. Great post. No hard feelings here. Agree with the board blowing up if the bills lose. I think it would be quite justified though. Championship teams just don't lose back to back games to bottom 5 teams. I disagree that the Jets are a good team with or without White. The Jets are a bad football team. Bad football teams are capable of beating good teams. Just ask the Jags that.
  18. Just giving an opinion. Isn't that what we do here? Like predicting the acore of a game. I think many times games or team tendencies are somewhat predictable. So fans often have a clue on how the game will go. Maybe you just don't know much about football and don't know team strengths, weaknesses, patterns, and tendencies. Thus, you are clueless.
  19. I think the Bills win ugly on Sunday. The defense and special teams lead the way to a 23-13 win. Bills offensive problems continue. Lack of a run game and Allen under duress again. Jets will play lots of cover 2 and Beasley will be captain check down. Allen takes care of the ball and is turnover free. Bills defense gets 3 turnovers and Bass converts 3 field goals. Not pretty but the win is what counts. I'll take it...
  20. I hear you. Not going to lie my confidence is wavering after the Jags game. However, it's a week to week NFL. A nice win vs the Jets will go a long way to winning the division. The AFC seems to be wide open. There are probably 6 to 7 teams that could represent the AFC in super bowl. The Bills are in that group of teams.
  21. If the Bills lose to the Jets then the team is in trouble. Good teams don't lose to inferior bottom feeder teams. Make no mistake about it the Jags and the Jets suck. Imho, another lose signifies the Bills team isn't good enough to succeed in the playoffs. Perhaps, it's an over reaction but I don't how the team will overcome a Jets lose.
  22. Definitely wasn't a good day for Allen. I didn't really see him locking into one wide receiver. In fact, he checked down a lot because the initial and or primary receivers were covered. The pressure he faced was pretty much a recipe for failure. The Bills need to have a running threat and implement plays that are deaigned to beat cover 2. For example, slants and gos down the middle of the field. Teams will continue to use the Titan and Jag strategy to beat the Bills.
  23. After the Jags game I'm not so sure what to think. I'm still trying to shake the cob webs and gather my thoughts.
  24. True but stats aren't the only variable in the equation. If we only relied on stats the Bills would have blown out the hapless Jags. However, the original poster saying the Jets D is tough doesn't portray an an accurate picture. The real question is will they be tough this Sunday? Agree 100%. I'd add in having a semblance of a running attack too.
