I think the Pats vs Colts game ca go either way. I don't see the Bills beating the Pats. The Pats are at home, are way too physical for the Bills, and we have a less than 100% Allen. Thats a very tall order.

I'm just hoping the make the playoffs. I don't think we can beat of the Patriots for the division. Sure it's possible but unlikely. A Charger win makes it more difficult to get a wild card spot.

The Chargers have consistently gone for it on 4th downs all year. I don't have the stats but I'd bet they are the top team for going for it.

Well I've seen every Bill and Charger game. Both QBs are special. Can't go wrong with either as both are franchise QBs.

Correct last year. The Bills are no where near the team of last year and the Chargers have improved.

I agree with what you are saying. It just difficult to get too high on this team. They have some massive issues in the trenches, lost their lock down CB, have an injuried Qb, and have been wildly inconsistent. The second half of the Bucs game is certainly encouraging. That version of the Bills would be extremely dangerous. We should get a pretty clear idea of what we have in the upcoming games.

Oouch this post hurts a little...Hoping we see more of the Bills version of the Bucs 2nd half. That is good enough to advance very far and maybe win it all.

Great post Alpha. What a great read and in depth analysis. My small input. Agree with getting Beasley more invovled. Sanders started out fast but he has contributed little since then. I prefer more of Davis. Lastly, this isn't coach McD best coaching year as a Bill. However, I believe he's the best man for the job. If someone can name an available coach better than McD I would like to hear that. I'm starting to believe the Bills might need to make a change at offensive and defensive coordinator. Not sure who that would be but it feels like their time is fading... It's ok to be a "homer." Don't we all fall into that category?

True good teams overcome bad officiating. However, I think this game was different. The Bills were playing the reigning Super Bowl champs on their home field with the greatest QB in NFL history. They aren't the better team. As a result, the Bills couldn't not overcome the blatant missed calls or incorrect calls of the refs. Especially, missed PI penalties on both sides of the ball. Clearly, the refs played a huge role in the outcome of the game. The Bills got screwed by almost every account. Sure they could have scored at the start of OT. I contend it should have never gotten to OT because of the Diggs non call. Then in OT, Evans was the one who committed PI. Perhaps, I am crying... Allen and the Bills deserved the win and it was taken away from us by the refs not Brady. That leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

What was the Bills offensive game plan? Can anyone explain it to me. How didn't the Bills staff know the Pats were going to run the ball til they dropped? On the other hand, the defense failed to contain gaps and were mauled in the trenches. It's a pretty good theme we are seeing yet so many here refuse to admit the obvious. Folks, let's start being more objective. Criticism doesn't equate to not being a fan. Now, I'll have to read about how the Bills go to Tampa and beat them. Can't wait to read it.
