  1. Bills offense is conducting surgery.
  2. Doing his best Josh Jacobs imitation.
  3. Carolina will never do that. A Bills first round pick is likely to be closer to a 2nd round pick. Carolina's first round pick will likely be a top 5 or 10k pick.
  4. I thought he said he was sorry about the 13 seconds.
  5. In a perfect world if you had to choose one of the two who would it be? For me it would be CMC. Fills a bigger hole and he can contribute immediately.
  6. Truthfully, I would like to have him in a Bills uniform. The Bills offense would seemingly be unstoppable. Of course, Beane won't and shouldn't reach for him. Beane has shown a tenacity and skill to maneuver trades. I'm sure he won't leave no stone unturned. It's hard for me not to trust Beane. I just feel like the Panthers will demand too high of a price to get the deal done.
  7. The guy is injury prone and he's a RB which we know isn't a pay up position anymore. I don't think they can get one 1st round pick for hinm let alone several.
  8. Gotta be joking. No one is giving up that for CMC. What do you do besides throw stones at others?
  9. The stat is what it is. It has no barring on the outcome of this game. However, can't that really be said about the stats fans/experts look at and analyze? When the game starts the stats go our the window for the most part. Game plans and adjustments are ever changing. Players perform or underpreform execute or don't. The stat here indicates Mahomes will be ready to play and play to win. That's not breaking news.
  10. This is ridiculous. Great post. I can totally relate to what you are saying. I see feel the pain from the 13 second disaster. Today, that's going to be thrown in my face repeatedly. A Bills beat down would be nice. I do concur that there will be unfinished business even after this game. However, a little immediate gratification always feels good too.
  11. Such a weak response to your previous post. Of course people will be angry. People here take Bills football seriously. I'm one of those fans. Some takes might be inappropriate and or ridiculous for various reasons. The doom and gloom statement you made was disingenuous and inappropriate. Most posters here don't have an agenda to bash the Bills. Some could see it as intimidating or a warning not to say anything negative about the Bills players and coaches. God forbid if someone does that. Typically after games fans tend to overreact. I am one of those fans! I can recall last year (first few games) when I thought Allen was regressing. Fans here disagreed. Was I ever wrong!!!! Posts can go in either direction. From the Bills are the greatest team in NFL history to the Bills suck and fire everyone. The positive posts will never see and get the scrutiny of a negative one. That's just the nature of the beast here. Your post is clear evidence of this. Recently, a poster stated Bills 19-1. Who knows if the poster was serious or not. It's pretty much an unrealistic prediction that just got glossed over. Bills 52 Chiefs 6
  12. Sure we can look ahead and predict. However, there are just many unknown variables to reasonably predict an end of season record. Injuries we have already seen can be game changing. I think it's much more wise to take a game by game approach. But hey not yourself out if you want to project further down the road. I'm predicting a Super Bowl victory! Who disagrees?
  13. Let's take one game at a time. 15-2 and 14-3 predictions are way way way too premature.
  14. I think most can. I think you can. I think I can. Conversely, if the Bills win can we act like they are locks to go to the Super Bowl? Let's wait to hear the response from Taro Nimbus. He has a right to defend his post.
  15. Do you welcome construction criticism if they lose? Are fans allowed to voice their displeasure if they lose? Can we talk about what went wrong? What the Bills did poorly? Did they execute? Coaches decisions? Play calling? Ref calls? Who played well and poorly? What are the parameters to "super hot takes" and " doom and gloom?" Lastly, why post what you said? What is the purpose if any?
  16. Agree. It will leave a sour taste in my mouth. The best way to combat a loss is with a win. The Bills record will be 4-2 which is still very good. The media won't be all over the Bills and sometimes losses end up being productive. Nevertheless, I want to see a Bills win. I don't mind media attention, being 5-1, and the obvious team to beat. Bring it!!!
  17. I mean Elam after the game said he wasn't happy and he has to play better. Not sure why you seem to take offense to my statement.
  18. True. But Mahomes is the stiffest challenge the Bills face this year. Stafford no oline, Tanny sucks, Tua sucks, Lamar not a great passer, and Pickett a rookie. That's exactly why I'm saying throw the stats away for this game. We've seen the Mahomes magic over and over. They call him the "Reaper" because of his game vs the Bills. This guy can absolutely take over a game like no other. No lead is safe! He's facing a young and inexperienced secondary. Yes they are good but we saw Pickett exploit Elam. Will Mahomes be unstoppable? The Chiefs will be prepared, motivated, and confident. They know how to game plan and frankly beat the Bills. That's the negative. For the positives, Imho the Bills are a better team than last year. The are better at stopping the run and pressuring the QB. Rousseau is better and Von is elite. Both need to be relentless tomorrow. The Chiefs offense isn't as explosive without Hill. However, they still have a speedy Hardman and MVS. I expect them to throw deep this game. The Bills will prepared, motivated, and confident. Will Allen be unstoppable? How does KC stop the Bills passing game? I suspect the Bills see lots of nickel and dime packages. Dare the Bills to run. Bills will absolutely take shots down the field. They are the best in the league. This game sets up to be another classic battle. It's no longer David vs Goliath. It's about poise, game planning, adjustments, execution, talent, experience, and probably a little luck. Add those variables up and I think that produces a Bills W. I'm so pumped for the game and everyone not just Bill's and KC fans will be watching. Please Buffalo Bills let's show everyone how good the Bills are!!!! (Please coach McD don't blow it again!)
  19. They play Pacheco, CEH, and Mckinnon. None are great or elite in my opinion but each one can be dangerous on any given play. I'm more worried about one of them in the screen game. I think the Bills run D can contain them.
  20. Stats are great to look at folks. The Bills are statisically better than the Chiefs. Players win the game not stats. I think this is the kind of game that stats don't matter. Throw them out. With that said, I think it's safe to say the Bills are the more talented team. Usually the more talented team wins. Does this equate to a Bills victory in Arrowhead? Buckle up for Sunday. I would love to see the Bills blowout and dominate the Chiefs. Imho, it's unlikely to happen but I'll take a win by any margin.
  21. Really nice breakdown. A few comments. You can't say the home field advantage is neutral. The Chiefs clearly have a huge home field advantage which is likely to influence the refs calls too. 100% the Bills have a huge defensive advantage. However, Mahomes can be a one man wrecking show. The Bills secondary is still very young too. The Bills defense must pressure, contain, and sack Mahomes. Imho, that is the key to stopping them. Also, Reid will have several new wrinkle plays. What's very helpful is that Mahomes hasn't been effective with the deep ball. They play more of a plotting, dink and dunk offense. I'm wondering if they don't try to take some deep shots this game? Sure wish Tre and Hyde were playing. Oh well. Two difference makers missing sucks. At least Tre is coming back soon. Back on point. I just can't see this Chief defense stopping Buffalo. They are young, inexperienced, and like you illustrated statistically poor. I agree about airing it out. However, I think the Bills will take a different approach and try to effectively run the ball. Running the ball should slow down the Chiefs pass rush. We've seen in the past Reid daring the Bills to run. Concentrating on attacking and pressuring Allen. In 2020, it worked because the Chiefs were the better team. Not so much in 2021. The Bills were equal and probably better than the Chiefs. Allen was fantastic. In 2022, I believe the Bills have surpassed the Chiefs in talent. Better Wrs and defense. One point of emphasis in this game is going to be the aggressiveness of the offenses. I believe both coaches will be ultra aggresive. I'm expecting to see several 4th down attempts. The importance of TDs vs FGs is huge. My final prediction is: Bills 38 Chiefs 30
  22. I believe the Chiefs are playing much more cover 2 this year with their young secondary. Correct me if I'm wrong. The Chiefs will concentrate on not getting beat deep. Allen is number one in the league in long pass plays. With that said, the Bill's will have to be patient and take the underneathth and short passes. The Bills slot guys will be busy. I think the Chiefs will be content to try to force the Bills into longer drives which hopefully for them results in some turnovers. However, Allen has grown so much and he's willing to take what the defense gives him. I just don't think this Chiefs defense can stop the Bills. offense.
