  1. I hear you but don't you have to be good to win games and be 6-1? I think they are good. Jones isn't making mistakes and his legs are dangerous, Barkley looks like the great early version of him, the defense is playing well and Wink's scheme is good, the team is playing as a team, Daboll has made the game fun and has instilled a winning attitude. I think it's time to say they are good.
  2. Can't help but think we are watching some bad football here. These two teams aren't very good.
  3. Calling a QB a gamer seems to imply he tries hard but just doesn't have it. I'd never call Allen, Mahomes, and other elite QBs gamers. It's a given.
  4. The guy is still raw, developing, and inexperienced. You can clearly see that. His limitations are serve. He is of little to no threat to run. I suppose this is due to his likelihood of injury. He seems to be a one or two read guy. I don't seem him going threw his 3rd and 4th options. His arm just doesn't impress me. He seems to float his longer passes. The good is his can slight it fairly well in a system. Hit the first read with some authority. He does show some good leadership and s positive attitude. When the games on the line he can make a big play. He's not elite or franchise. Not even close! I'd rate him probable in the 15 to 20 range of current QBs. At best, The has a chance to be a Jimmy G or Kirk Cousins. Currently, I'd say Tua is average to good.
  5. He doesn't scare an opposing defense. You don't have to game plan to stop him.
  6. I believe Harris is last or near last in explosive runs past 10 yards in the league.
  7. I really respect Cowell's opinion. He's one smart football guy that does his homework.
  8. That's not fair. I love Fits. He's a perfect Buffalo kind of guy.
  9. Speaking of Pickens. He was one guy I really wanted to Bills to draft. He got snapped up early as his stock kept rising. I think he would have been great with Allen.
  10. I agree but the winning QB always gets some credit. Tua made one or two big time throws.
  11. I like Joe Burrows. He's a distance 3rd in my book. However, he's a winner, leader, has that it factor, and is clutch in crucial moments. Doesn't have the big arm but it's good enough.
  12. Tua was knocked silly. Came back in the game and lead his team to victory against the daunted Bills. I bet he doesn't even remember playing the 2nd half. He was on auto pilot and made a great deep pass to beat the Bills. Got to give him some credit. Sure the Bills had so many injuries and the heat. I get that but the fact remains a wobbled and concussed Tua willed his team to a win. It was a classic David vs Goliath. Tua isn't great or elite. However, he can be a very effective system passer and his team believes in him. That goes a long way in getting wins.
  13. He already beat the Bills. He's a proven winner his whole career. With that said, the Bills are the superior team but don't under estimate the Tua factor.
  14. Tua looked great! Complete control in sync and on fire. Wow very impressive. Tua makes a difference in their offense. The chemistry and belief is there.
  15. Mahomes shredded their defense. They had some key guys back. Jimmy G is not going to lead the 49ers to any comeback victories. The niners have to play great defense and run the ball. Deebo doesn't look as scary as last year. Who knows if CMC can stay healthy. The niners probably get to the playoffs. Anything can happen. The NFC seems not as strong. Rams, Bucs, and GB having big issues. Long season to go. Things will clear up near playoff time. The whole world knew he suffered a concussion. Let's move on.
