  1. We are watching the season drifting away little by little.
  2. At some point the claims of this team.being good has to stop. Watch the game!
  3. Three and out. What a joke. Bills came out prepared to play. Great coaching plan thus far.
  4. Scott, the Bills just are an average team.
  5. Why not start with McD? What has he done well this season. Oh my bad, he's good at clapping.
  6. Yep people will still be predicting a Bills blowout.
  7. Anyone who thinks this is a Super Bowl team is delusional.
  8. 3rd and long still can't stop them.
  9. The Bills defense stinks with all their injuries.
  10. That's fair. However, offensively speaking this seems to be a strange season. Statistically, the Bills offense is very good. To me, it seems as though the offense has lost a bit of its identity, mojo, and has incongruent game plans from half to half. The one thing that is particularly disturbing is my recent reaction to Allen passing the ball. I'm almost cringing as he releases the ball. I find myself wanting him to run rather than pass. Some of those passes are like WTF are you seeing? Almost hard to believe. You aren't going to win many games with all those INTs. After 11 weeks, who would have thought Josh Allen would lead the league in INTs? Just adds to the strange season hypothesis. I feel like I've lost trust and confidence on both sides ball. A win vs Cleveland sure would be nice.
  11. I want Cook to be the man. However, I'm not seeing what you are talking about with Cook. He has pretty much under preformed with his limited chances. He seems to be very light and not able to shed defenses especially between the tackles. Imho, he doesn't look anyway near close to being a number 1 RB.
  12. Singletary should have a very nice day tomorrow. The Browns have a lot problems stopping the run. Plus, they have to be concerned with Allen and the Bills quick striking passing game. Sure hoping this is a bounce back win for the Bills.
  13. Read every word of your post. It was very well thought out and accurate. What I thoroughly enjoyed was the blunt honesty and realistic view of the team and it's coaches. Well done!!!👍
  14. Well said Scott. I agree with you. I know I overreact and see things more negative then I should. Many on here have appropriately steered my mindset to a more positive thought process. More often than not I fall back into my old ways. Perhaps it's a mindset built on many years of Bills torment. Firstly, I still am not over the KC playoff loss. It is the basis for a lot of my McD criticisms. I guess that's immaturity on my part. Hopefully, I can move past that like so many here have. Secondly, I really really thought this year was "THE YEAR!" I totally bought into the media hype. The Bills start out hotter than a pistol and everything looks so good. Yep, it's the Bills year and destiny. I proudly wear my hat. I'm not living in Buffalo. People everywhere are telling me how good the Bills are. Feels so great to hear! I envision that Lombardi Trophy being hoisted by Allen and Diggs and tears of joy roll down my face. Been waiting decades for this moment. Fast forward to now and it seems like everything is slowly drifting away. Lots of reasons why such as injuries, coaching, poor play/execution by players, and players under performing. The excitement and optimism has greatly dismissed to hope and uncertainty.
  15. Scott, that post was meant for another person. (John from Riverside to be exact). I apologize for that error. You have been nothing but respectful and thoughtful with your replies. In fact, I greatly enjoy your viewpoints even when we disagree. With that said, your post is spot on. Only time will tell how good McD will be. Hopefully, he surpasses Reid.
  16. Nice posts!
  17. That's fair. I see a coach who is being out coached on many levels. Previous years his halftime adjustments were outstanding. Now, it's quite the opposite. I see a coach who regularly loses close games. I see a coach who lost playoff games in Houston, KC, and KC. I saw QB Allen lead the Bills to victory from defeat only to have McD give it back to the opposition in a matter of seconds. I see a coach who has a lot to prove. One who says the right things, stays the course, sells the process, and has yet to deliver. Time will tell if he is able to lead this team to the Super Bowl. I have my doubts based on his history.
  18. This is a fair post. However, all mistakes aren't equal. For me, McD has to lead this team to a Super Bowl appearance. I'm not even saying winning the Super Bowl. Based on what I'm seeing, I am beginning to think he might not be able to deliver. Obviously, you disagree and I respect that. Seems like the Coach McD coaching style is getting a little old and one trick pony for me. I believe Allen would benefit from an offensive minded innovative coach. Not sure who that person is or if they exist. Surely, the Bills can do worse than McD.
  19. Flawed logic here. Reid's past doesn't indicate what McD future success will be. What's clear is Reid has gotten it done with a Lombardi Trophy. McD has only seen it hoisted from. His television set. His past mistakes don't necessarily translate into success or winning a Super Bowl. He can absolutely grow and make better decisions going forward. Thus far, I remain skeptical due to his past failures. One of which is almost unforgivable. Literally, he ripped the hearts out of the fans, Josh Allen, and Stephen Diggs. We deserved that AFC championship game in Bflo. No way no how do I think the Bills lose that game to Cinci. I digress here...Currently, Reid has the pedigree and experience that outclasses McD.
  20. Until Coach McD gets it done the 13 second blunder will be part of his legacy. He earned every bit of it. There is really only one thing that can asterisk that disaster.
  21. I am not complaining about the that. What's discouraging is the play of the Wrs. I honestly thought the group would be much better and more consistent. Diggs is a stud and has done everything. A true number 1 receiver. After that is goes downhill pretty fast. Gabe has been wildly inconsistent. Not what you want in a number 2 receiver. It's almost like it's bust or boom. McKenzie seems to be a quality back up WR. He doesn't appears to be reliable or starter material. Shakir shows flashes but his opportunity has been limited. That indicates the Bills staff feels like he's not ready to be a starter. Kumerrow is a very good special teamed. Crowder was a dart throw and has hurt again. History showed a long injury history. The Bills took a risk that didn't pay off. In hindsight, the WR core isn't nearly as strong as I thought. What's the history of Coach McD? Isn't that what really counts?
  22. For me, it's pretty hard to be confident about the Bills rush defense. Edmunds is out and then are facing perhaps the best rushing team in the NFL. They have a great Oline rushing attack and Chubb is arguably the best RB in the league. Knowing the Cleveland Browns are going to run isn't enough to stop them. Players have to execute, stay in their lanes, and tackle. The last 3 games haven't led us to believe the Bills can do this for 60 min. Hope the Bills can get up early and take some of their run game away. Will be difficult because the Browns will stay committed to the run. Look at the Vikes game. Down 17 after a huge Bills score. The game was on the verge of being a blowout. Boom 81 yards later the Vikes were right back in the game. People look at Jefferson and the plays he made. Indeed he was beyond awesome. However, that Cook run was the turning poubtvof the game and goes under the radar. With that said, I'm confident to say the Browns will gash the Bills run defense. They don't have the players to stop them. Tyler, Bitonio, and Conklin should push around the soft Bills interior. Brown's will rush for over 200 yards. Chubb 148 yards, Hunt 48 yards, and Brisett 36 yards. Hoping they don't convert the rushing yards inti many TDS.
