  1. Not his best game. Hopefully, saving himself for Cinci. The Bills need the best Allen then.
  2. I have DTV and it's too expensive. I'm not tech savvy and wondering which streaming device is best for my needs. Looking for some advice. Basically I watch sports. Love the NBA and NFL network channels, along with watching basketball on TNT and Football anywhere. Like the golf network and NHL network too. I'm not in Buffalo so I do like my local network channels for news and Laker games. If I ditch DTV will I lose my ability to watch these channels?
  3. That's pretty extreme wind and not the norm. The passing game can still be effective in the cold weather. However, 25 to 40 MPH winds makes it very very difficult to throw the ball. Really a bad break for the Bills as the Beats suck at passing and the Bills are very good at it. Vice versa for the run. I don't seecan easy path to victory.
  4. Chicago is the number 1 rush offense in the league and the Bills are 25th in the league in tackling.
  5. Dorsey likes to only run for a half or so. Then for some reason he goes away from running. I hope he has learned it's ok to continue to run if it's effective.
  6. Get it done Beane. I mean he can line up along sides a washed up Brown and Beasley. Might as well be consistent. Meanwhile, WR Hodges can make a meaningful impact on a Giants team. Go figure.
  7. I get that but the Eagles result has nothing to do with the Bills game. I was just merely pointing out the Bears are no easy blowout win. Bears don't pass well so of course stays won't favor them most games. They run and run and run. I'm not really sure how you come away with the Bills haven't played and won close and very close games. Maybe my eyes are deceiving me.
  8. Yesterday's results. Eagles 25 Bears 20. Eagles favored by 9. Eagles probably the best team in the league. Also, Bills favored by 7 over Dolphins, Bills by 10 over Jets, etc...Bills were big favorites over Clev, Det, and Minn too. Every one of those games were close. Only game Bills covered that was a bigger spread was the NE game. In short, the rational of the Bills being 10 point favorites doesn't indicate a blowout is coming. No one is doubting the Bills are the better team. However, thinking this game is a blowout is not how I see it. The last blowout game was week 5 vs Pitt.
  9. Can The Bills stop their run game? I know they have had much success stopping Lamar and the Ravens. Will we see a similar game plan?
  10. Have you watched the Bills last 5 or 6 games? They aren't going to route the Bears. This will be a hard fought out battle. Fields and his legs are very very good, weather looks to be very cold but it's the wind that will hurt the Bills passing game. I've heard possible up to 30 MPH. Not sure how valid that is because I saw it on twitter. The Bears just played a tough Eagle team to a close game. People calling Bills blowouts week after week is getting a little out of hand.
  11. Containing Fields running the ball has to be the Bills top priority. The guys legs are special. No small task. Montgomery is a much better version of Motsert. I thought the Bears game would be a relatively easy wins a few weeks ago. Not anymore.
  12. Agree and disagree with your points. The Bills have a legitimate shot to represent the AFC. KC, Cinci, and others seem beatable on any given day which includes the Bills. Is that ok to include the Bills? Or is that seen as negative? I disagree with your opinion on the negativity on the board. Often constructive valid criticisms of the coaches and players are valid and just. Yet, so many on here only see it in a negavite light. You may be viewed as a troll or not even a Bills fan. Imho, there is nothing wrong with posters giving their input whether its negative or positive. Truthfully, the same argument can be made that the positive sentiment here . For example, some predict Bills blowouts every game. That kind of sentiment here will never receive any criticism. I get that. Lastly, I'd like to address the fan base and the expectation of the Buffalo Bills in 2022. I think it's fair to say we fans had extremely high expectations for this team. I myself couldn't help but think this is the year! The constant media hype, Von Miller addition, added draft choices, player's rhetoric, and team unity to name a few. I think was one of the most anticipated seasons since the team of the 90s. Why am I going on this tangent? Because I think this plays into many people's mindset. Criticisms and negativity can get fueled by that mindset. For example, the Bills just made the playoffs. Are we fans happy with this season even if the Bills lose the first playoff game? Will you say hey it was a great season because the Bills finished the regular season at 13-4 and made the playoffs? Of course not! We are thinking AFC Championship game and Super Bowl. With that high bar set comes high expectations and extra critical criticisms. Not sure why that concept is so difficult to understand and except...
  13. Who is angry? I couldn't say it better myself. 👍👍👍👍👍
  14. What did analytics say about Allen fumbling a QB sneak in the end zone? The best coaches can play the game by feel especially if he knows his team and the circumstances. Analytics never tell the whole story. Personally, I wanted the TD but I completely respect and understand the Bills decision to kick the FG. Bass knows how to kick in under those situations. It was a 25 harder and the wind was not a factor. Nevertheless, I was jumping up and down with anxiety prior to the winning kick.
  15. I really didn't think the offense was bad this game. They showed more explosiveness this game than they have since early in the season. At one point, they were 3 of 3 in the red zone with TDs. The winning drive started at their own 5 yard line. They converted numerous 3rd down conversions in that drive. Singletary ripped off some nice runs. Mixed in the run and pass effectively. I know stats can be deceiving but the Bills did score 32 points. Not sure why all the negativity with the offense. I was more disappointed with the Bills defense.
  16. The Bills are lacking a stretch the field WR. They have no home run threat anymore. Davis isn't that guy. Not sure why? The other WRs often don't get a lot of separation. The WR core does lack talent. McKenzie is not dependable, Gabe is average, Shakir doesn't play, Beasley and Browne are washed, and that only leaves Diggs. The Bills RBs don't scare any team and you don't have to game plan for them. The oline is below average with leads to a lack of consistent running production and Allen protection. Then there's Josh Allen who can and does do it all fairly consistently. It's easy to blame Dorsey but the offensive problems are more a lack of talent and weapons coupled with injuries rather than a Dorsey problem.
  17. I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to seeing schemes and coverages. I'm really not sure what the Bills tried to do on defense. It's like they were caught off guard or unprepared that the Dolphins were going to run the ball. They failed to jam the Dolphins Wrs. Not sure how much zone coverage we were in vs man. The defense was frustrating to watch but they did come up with some really key stops that allowed Allen the chance to win. Imho, the Bills got beat on both sides of the line. I was really surprised that Maimi was able to run the ball so well. The Bills offense looked to be more explosive in the pass game. Injuries to the oline especially Morse hurt. I thought the Bills run game wasn't good until it really counted. Seems like the Bills only ran between the tackles with the exception of Allen. I'm not upset. Just giving constructive criticism. Always room for improvement. Says a lot about your team when they win and don't even come close to playing their best.
  18. I'm really not sure how he played. I really didn't hear his name called much. That tells me he didn't make any glaring mistakes and very good plays. He's not replaceable with anyone of the Bills current roster. Certainly not Bernard. That draft pick isn't looking so great.
  19. I mean right now I'm so happy about the win. I'm not going to focus on the bad. There was plenty of bad but that's for another day.
  20. KC isn't the scary team of last year. Not much separation between Bflo, KC, and Cinci. Followed by Miami, SD, and Balt who can beat any of the top 3 teams.
  21. That last winning drive by the Bills was beyond fantastic. Hard to put into words how good that was.
