I don't think that is a fair question in this instance. So far this offseason the Rams have lost:
David Edwards
Greg Gaines
David Long
Nick Scott
Riley Dixon
Baker Mayfield
Their long snapper
Their kicker
Probably Taylor Rapp
And Cut:
Bobby Wagner
Leonard Floyd
Traded:
Jalen Ramsey
They will likely cut or trade
Allen Robinson
They don't appear to have much interest in retaining anyone.
What they NEED to do is cut the head coach......
If I'm the GM of that team, I'm firing the head coach and dealing Kupp and Stafford for a big draft pick payload and players.
That team fell all over themselves forcing a Stafford / Kupp love fest. FAIL!
And now they basically "fire" the whole team except the PROBLEM.
Weird...

Backup OC might be a bigger draft need than backup OG now.

This is good. We're not signing "big name OG's" with big salaries (we can't afford it....), but it at least gives competition at the position, and eases the "draft need" at OG just a little.
Still a draft need though...

Nothing public about Campbell yet, but as someone else said here, sometimes that might just mean they don't want to telegraph interest.

So....... are we going to talk about the fact that the Jets had a great draft last year, is arguably having one of the better offseasons so far this year, and has a first and two second round picks (with very capable management with respect to drafts)?
If they get Rodgers, which is looking likely, that team will be set up for a playoff run.
Let's go Bills. Hope that Von Miller rebounds. We will need him. Tre White too.
And if Breece Hall comes back from his ACL, that will be another headache.
Time for some defensive talent to be added via FA.

Mocks are shifting during FA....
Tippman is versatile at OG and OC.
Realizing that there is little MLB value after round 3. Have to hope we can "hit" on one in the first 3 rounds or you get a developmental player that might not work out until a future season.
Still holding out hope we get an MLB during FA.

With uncertainty at linebacker and lack of depth at the position, I'd say that now is not the time to bring more question marks to the D-LINE.
No to trading Oliver. Although I see the temptation. -
I think we could draft an OT that would compete to start at RT, and at worst, become our "upgraded" swing tackle.
Fingers crossed.
Brown needs upgrading, and I had hoped we would address RT in the free agency.

Rounding out the roster, adding competition.
Not sure if he'll win a starting job if he's a Bill, after the draft.

The Bills have D Jones, Oliver and Settle all in their final year. Then they have a bunch of practice squad guys. So not one guy under contract for 2024. I don't hear a lot about DT as a need position, it is. They should be looking in the draft to get younger, they should extend Daquon Jones if they can work that out. Thoughts?
I'd say the draft is looking good in the 4th through 6th round to address this need. I like the two top DT/NT prospects from Texas this year.
Ojomo and Coburn

Brady and a top head coach.
amazing cap management and player evaluations for free agency.
amazing management of acquisitions of extra draft picks. I always wondered how they always seemed to have MORE picks than the average team….

Narrowing in after a bit of roster tweaks in FA...
MLB has to be the clear #1 right now.
Then IOL
I'd be okay with OT IF one of the top 3 slip
I'd be okay with the TOP safety but nothing else (unlikely anyways)
WR as the "consolation prize" if we can't land a starting MLB or IOL.
That's it for me.
Personally, I'm hoping to trade out of round 1, and land LB Campbell, plus pick up an extra second or third rounder (depending on how far down we trade). If we went with Campbell, then a few OL picks, that would be ideal this year.
But we can't ignore adding the heir apparents to the Hyde/Poyer days. Draft, and groom for the future.
Also need a SOLID swing tackle as the primary backup to Dawkins at LT.

Thumbs up if you are annoyed with Aaron Rodgers.......

I feel bad for Goodell. With inflation, the cost of a yacht has gone up soooo much..... poor guy!
....and I think that Von Miller just tweeted that he wants to be the commish.....

So no to Bijan if he's there in the first?
Maybe if he actually slipped to 27, it could be bait for a trade down.....

They could but i don’t see the value in a #2 tight end that high in the draft. Especially in this offense when they don’t use the one they paid 10 million to.
I think it will be Kuntz in round 5 or 6.... not round 1.

Bump.
Still available?

I think its plausible Beane could move down this year, but unfortunately for us, not sure the draft is strong enough to attract a trade up partner for any significant compensation.
But I like the thread topic, and I think the scenario you posted where we traded back and got an extra 2nd and moved up from our 3rd to another 2nd would be a big win. And I don't think anyone would be upset if we used those 3 picks on 2 OL and a LB. Not sure who would be there to entice Seattle, but I would really like this trade. Who we draft would obviously depend on who was on the board, but just getting the extra 2nd and trading up our 3rd into another 2nd would be a nice haul.
I think when we got to our 4th round pick we would more likely go RB there to groom behind one year of Harris.
In this mock, Seattle picked OG O'Cyrus Torrence at 20 and then traded up for OT Anton Harrison.

It would be at least a mild surprise if any of the top 3 are still on the board when the Bills pick.
This is why I've been calling for the Bills to more aggressively address OL in the free agency. I'd have liked Seumalo as our LG, and McGovern at RG.
If the draft we're today...

I've got a bit of a different take than the OP, but with some overlap.
I'd say this teams biggest needs as of today are (no particular order):
True #2 WR - I totally agree that we need to draft a WR in this draft, but it can't be forced over other needs that are more immediate, and concerning. I think that even if the board didn't "fall right" to select a WR, we would be okay. I have a good level of confidence that Davis will rebound.
MLB: I think that Bobby Wagner might be asking for too much, and regardless, we would still need to draft the "heir apparent". I think that we have very little choice but to draft MLB in the first round. Easily the #1 need this draft.
Dominant DT - Personally I'm looking for a depth player, with NOSE tackle capabilities. We are lacking in that area.
Right Tackle - I'm just going to call this Offensive Tackle. We did spend a third rounder on RT. He hasn't worked out all that well yet, and needs some competition. We also need a better swing tackle option (maybe the current starter can be a very good backup....).
Backup QB - Yeah sure, but maybe Georgia's Stetson Bennett in round 6 if he's the BPA.
Here's where I differ:
Backup OC: Morse has some injury issues, is older, and we need insurance there. I'd draft an interior O-lineman with versatility at GUARD and CENTER, as early as the second round.
Safety: Although Hyde and Poyer are still playing at a high level, they are geriatric in football years (will they play a full season? Injuries are harder to overcome, and you DO start to slow down as you age). You don't wait until these old dudes fall apart before addressing the position. No disrespect. I LOVE both of Hyde and Poyer, but we have to be realistic and plan for the future. I'm drafting TWO safeties in this draft if it falls that way.
