  1. Argument 4: It's always nice to see opposing QB's on their back. Especially Mahomes, and Burrow.
  2. Okay, I don't like it either but I'll try to justify that direction. Again, I don't agree with it.... Argument 1: The Eagles and Chiefs were the TOP TWO teams in sacks during the regular season. Interesting. Where did the Bills land? SIXTEENTH. Also interesting. Argument 2: Von Miller is old and injured. Not a good combination heading into a new season. And when he returns, will be 100? And effective? How many games will he be able to play? 16? 8? Argument 3: Miller's backup (slated to be the starter until Miller can return from injury) is Epenesa? Basham? Are we good with that? That's all I got..... but if we do "the unthinkable" and pick DE Van Ness, for example...... think about Argument 1-3.....

  4. And now I switched my vote to trade back... lol...
  5. With genuine respect to @4merper4mer, QB prospects are notorious for being boom/bust picks in every draft. I just don't see why we would put that much risk into a pick at #27 regardless of the perceived talent in this draft. I think that there's less risk with quite a few other options, at positions in far greater need. Virgil, I wanted OT, but don't think that Harrison is the guy. Seems to lack the physicality and "power" I'd want at the position. Of the players in your poll, I pivoted to WR because of that.
  6. Excuse me sir, but I believe you meant to post this in the Bills-related unpopular opinion thread. QB in round 1 would be bold yes, but also ill advised to say the least. Josh Allen will be 40 years old before he retires a Bill.
  7. Caved and went Addison. Diggs turning 30 in November was a factor..... as was his annoying tweets. Always look to the future with draft picks. Stefon Diggs is 29 years old.
  8. This draft further solidifies my opinion that we need to find a partner to trade down with when we hit 27.
  9. Leonard Davis was a pretty darn good football player. There aren't many 6'7, 350lb people in the WORLD actually so I'm not surprised there arent many playing RT in the NFL.
  10. Bam..... smash......
  11. I'm going RT Dawand Jones. There would be a trickle down effect with Allen having more time, and would set up our running game that much better. Davis could rebound in a contract year.
  12. Right because we also HAVE an emerging star in the slot. Let's not forget about Shakir! Let's not draft a kick returner at 27.
  13. I'm torn between the massive RT Dawand Jones ("big" help in pass protection), or WR Jordan Addison (still wondering about whether Davis will fully rebound in a contract year). I want Jack Campbell but not at 27....

  15. I'll chime in as well.
  16. While I like Sanders, he is not a balanced player. Pass rusher elite for a college prospect, but this is a passing league..... need to be able to do both. I think Simpson is more balanced for sure. Worthy of 27? No.
  17. It will in the real draft as well. A bit of a reach at 27, but I'd be happy.
  18. Offensive players are locker room cancers. I prefer nice people.
  19. Really want Campbell, yes. But In the real draft I'm hoping to land him in a trade down.
  20. The Bucs have many needs and there are a few positions that could be considered here. Their pass rush was horrendous and a player like Lucas Van Ness or Nolan Smith could be the pick. The Bucs TE position is weak as well, and an offensive weapon like Dalton Kincaid or Michael Mayer were also considerations. At the end of the day, you have QB Trask (Recent 2nd round selection who studied under Brady for two seasons) who could compete to start over Baker Mayfield and in both cases you will need a solid O-line to give these QB question marks a chance. The Bucs lost their starting left tackle and although Wirfs, the anchor of that line is playing RT, I've read a number of articles stating that he could shift over to left tackle if needed. Not sure what the fans think. In any case, adding a high end OT in the draft gives the Bucs another anchor. With the 19th selection in TBD Mock Draft, the Tampa Bay Bucs select Darnell Wright, OT, Tennessee. Sorry Bills........ Don't kill me....
  21. Thanks for taking QB Levis. Tampa Bay was going to pass on taking QB anyways.
  22. Okay, sounds good.
  23. Sure, I'll take the Commanders. Thanks friend.
  24. Not sure if Tillman would drop like this but....
