I think that Allen's elbow injury also took the momentum away. Before the injury, the team looked literally unstoppable. He's a warrior and pushed through, but that elbow really was a factor.

I like our offseason so far as well, considering our cap situation. I'm mainly concerned with the major moves the Jets have made this offseason, and if they have Rodgers, it's going to be more difficult to own the division. The Jets arguably had one of the best drafts last year and those players have had the benefit of a year under their belt. Look for them to excel this year. Breece Hall's injury is something to watch. THIS year the Jets once again have huge draft capital, which makes me nervous about the future. The Bills window is NOW, so AJ Klein hardly gives me excitement about our linebacker depth (presently), but that will change after the draft. I'd put some serious money down, betting on one of the top 4 linebackers being a Bill after the draft settles. RAPP was the best acquisition of the offseason (and I'm still hoping for Rapp/Battle... lol)

I share SOME of this sentiment, but the offseason isn't over yet. You can count on draft capital being spent on linebacker.

Sorry but I just disagree with all that. And he'll be 33 this year, and slower, more injury prone etc. I'm reading a lot of excuses above, and I'd rather have a younger option with upside as a "situational player, and backup". Remember, backups become starters when there are injuries. Not going to argue about this. I respect your opinion. Go Bills!

Usually I comment with a bit more explanation. It's been a hell of a weekend.....

Certainly. I was hoping to move on from Klein without a cap penalty. We had a chance.... I just think there are much better options on the FA and/or draft to fill his roster spot. He's just not a good player.

Chargers Rams Patriots thanks. If I can only have one, I'll take the Chargers.

Yay! A cancer in the locker room! Amazing. Well done Miami.

Tampa Bay tried to trade up several times to get Nolan Smith. Finally found a partner at 36. BOOM. lol....

I agree that there are some darn good, even potentially elite slot WRs in this class, but personally I think that Shakir is also in that category. I'm still in the mindset that you go with linebacker or OL UNLESS by some chance an amazing talent slips to us at WR. In our TSW mock draft we selected Addison but then look what happened... we went D-line??? with linebacker and OT still the biggest need. I voted D-line too, but it was a "painted into a corner" pick. Nah I'd rather do a minor reach for linebacker in the first, and then have more freedom to pick WR in round two. The GREAT thing is that to your original point this draft is fairly deep with WRs that could make an impact (including second and third round prospects).

@Virgil Thanks so much for managing this!

So are you going to drop the bottom two? How does this work? -
1. Any quarterback earlier than a round 6 flier. 2. Any pass rusher in the first 3 rounds. 3. Any cornerback in the first 3 rounds. 4. DT Bryan Bresee 5. WR Zay Flowers. 5'9". I'm sorry but just no.... There are others...

I think what we’ve learned through this activity is that you can’t go with wide receiver in the first round. There’s just not enough value at offensive tackle and linebacker in two and three. -

With our starting safeties over 30, I'm not counting on both playing a full season. The future: Rapp/Battle Best named tandem in history! -

Buffalo Bills have an INTERESTING TREND on players they've visited two or more times.... MOST are WRs and TE's... plus Torrence.... I don't want to read too much into this, but they surely want to get their offensive pick RIGHT. Highlighted below. Also highlighted below are the Private workouts.
