  1. They should try to keep Herbert more comfortable in the pocket by handing Wilkins some lube as he runs by
  2. You got me. On the broadcast he said something about batting it backwards so it was OK? And no whistle. But it seemed bizarre to me, as did the previous “DPI” (seriously, that’s what you’re calling DPI? Even the announcers and their rules expert thought it was lame) It’s almost as though the officials were like “hey, this game is too one sided, let’s help the Dolphins get rolling”
  3. I wish Collinsworth would develop laryngitis
  4. Oh, now we’re comparing Tua to Kurt Warner?
  5. Is it just me or does SNF have some of the tackiest, stupidest graphics I’ve seen in the computer era? They are tacky and ugly
  6. We. Scored. We. Did Not Punt On 3 Drives involving incomplete passes to McKenzie We scored a TD on 1 and a FG on another. If you wanna describe a drive that starts with a busted pass play/ineligible man penalty and moved on to 2 holding penalties, and an incomplete pass to Davis as “McKenzie single-handedly ruining a drive so we had to punt” when it was a short pass on 3rd and 16, Hokay, but it seems like a bizarre descriptive to me.
  7. So first off, as @HappyDays was educating me about, we get 3 drops only if we count a “no play” due to a DH penalty giving us a 1st down. We didn’t punt; Dawson Knox caught a pass and scored a TD on the next play. And it wasn’t a 3rd down, it was a first down. Yes, McKenzie failed to haul in 2 passes on 3rd down. Where was he, where were the sticks, where was the defender? If he single-handedly stopped the drives, what happened on 1st and 2nd down? Were those also incomplete passes to McKenzie? 3rd and 16 on the Buffalo 12 yd line after an ineligible downfield on Morse, holding penalty on Dawkins and Saffold 1st and 15, 1st and 20, 2nd and 20, 3rd and 16 - yeah that sounds like “McKenzie single-handedly stopped the drive” on a pass short left. Unclear he would have had the 1st if he caught it But we did punt, so that’s 1 of your 3 confirmed. 3rd and 3 on the Jets 20, McKenzie failed to haul in the pass, we kicked a FG. Narrative changes what we perceive. We now return you to your regularly scheduled tar and pitchfork session.
  8. So that’s what we’re doing now, we’re keeping count of all the drops and interceptions and stuff that happen on a penalty and get called back? We doing that for everyone?
  9. OK, I’ll bite. How did McKenzie single-handedly stop 3 drives?
  10. How could McKenzie have had 3 drops, when he had 5 targets and 3 completions? I think criticism for failure to execution is warranted, but some of you just get silly with it.
  11. To be fair there was a legit school of thought that maybe Allen should sit and let his elbow heal, though if the exact sentiment was “get his head right” and not his elbow, I Got Nothin’
  12. At a guess, they were checking for pneumothorax before he can be cleared to fly home.
  13. If Shakir would get his ass open, that could occur
  14. Seems as though Von Miller is maintaining Groot on his diet of “Gunpowder and Gasoline”
  15. Hooked 3! We're assuming it's a joke because this poster, while a most excellent worthy chap, has a history of not taking this board as seriously as some and trying to "stir the pot" occasionally. It's very good stuff when not taken too far.
  16. Like Sex Panther. 60% of the time, it works every time! Hooked one! "Tells" are real. Every team has them. But this is excellent tongue-in-cheek parody.
