  1. He has enough mobility to convert and gain the Bengals a new set of downs if teams don't pay attention. 27 first downs this season. It ain't the 52 1D our boy has, but it's more than you might expect.
  2. Hate to hear about any player being injured
  3. I'd like you to be right here, but it seems kind of tenuous - unless the team rents a positive fleet of Snow Cats or something. I would like to think that the Bills had the forethought to tell the guys to come to Highmark - ideally, get a ride - and bussed them to the airport. If not, they're gonna have to get some high loaders to dig them out of the Charter terminal. But no hurry, because I don't think they want to turn those guys loose to drive home from the airport.
  4. This is allegedly their flight from Chicago. Landed about 19 minutes ago. Now how to get the guys from Roch-cha-cha to Orchard Park, Good Luck with that. https://flightaware.com/live/flight/DAL8859/history/20221225/1510Z/KORD/KROC Landed in Rochester per Flightaware. And Bills Mafia was there!
  5. Can legally travel, and can safely/feasibly travel are two different things.
  6. Let me know how that works with the Thruway closed, travel ban in Erie County, and drifts all over the place in Orchard Park.
  7. What 3 routes does Peterson claim he runs? Sounds like junk talk from an opponent to me.
  8. Merry Christmas to all you reprobates and lowlifes. Oh, yes, and also to @muppy and @CowgirlsFan You're All "My Kind of Scum(tm)"
  9. 15 snaps (24%) Snap counts are up if anyone is interested https://nflcdns.nfl.com/liveupdate/gamecenter/59065/CHI_Gamebook.pdf
  10. "Bills are a dumb football team" https://www.nbcsports.com/chicago/video/david-kaplan-bills-are-dumb-football-team Discuss My take is that the Bills were having success pounding the rock in part because the Bears were worried about our downfield passing game. That first INT was a bonehead throw though, with short options right in front of him. IMO the Bears were expecting that as soon as the ball was snapped - there may be a "tell" to that play which I believe is the same play we ran twice against Miami, once for a TD by McKenzie and once for a shorter pass (but McKenzie appeared open). After the snap, the Bears DB #6 appeared headed for R corner of the EZ like a demented homing pigeon like "Oh, yeah, it's that deep crosser they run with the fast smurf" If you stop it at the point where Allen is about to throw, it appears he has Morris and Diggs; a beat or two later, he has Davis all alone on the L sideline. Daboll would have been screaming in Allen's helmet for sure.
  11. Fields ran 7 times for 1.6 yds per carry His season average is 7 yards per carry He normally makes more attempts to run, but it would be a pretty good guess that if he were racking up the yardsies he woulda racked up the attempts, too Good job by Frazier and the D
  12. Rob Boras in shorts before the game, Quintin Morris and Dawson Knox in short sleeves for the game It's all fun and games until someone gets frostbite
  13. For definitions of dog crap involving 2 passing TD, a rushing TD, 6 carries at 6.8 ypc Was it a brilliant QB performance, No, but if you send me your mailing address I'll be happy to provide you with some actual dog crap, absolutely free of charge, so you have an appropriate basis to compare.
  14. Not at all. Polar explorers and survey teams and oil sand crews and others who work outdoors most of the day, every day, in areas where the temperatures are constantly this cold get acclimated. This is way colder than a standard Buffalo winter. They need to rev up their "Burning Desire to Win", put the "icy hot" on their socks, and tough it out.
  15. Probably not that many. There were only a couple of inches of snow, and it's so cold that the snow is very dry and powdery. Doesn't pack well at all. However, it's possible we may see ice thrown. It was raining pretty hard, then the temperature plummeted so fast that there's chunks of frozen water about if folks go looking for it.
  16. I think it's too tall to leverage That sounds like it might be a thinking problem - where a guy is thinking about what he needs to do and that slows him physically If that's the case, perhaps there is hope for him
  17. You know Wilson was inactive for the Bills game right?
  18. I think one might want to look at what defenses the Bills have played to defend Lamar Jackson 2022 Week 4: Taron Johnson 99% of the snaps, Tyrel Dodson 1% Ravens: "We're gonna spend 50% of our time in a 2 back set McDermott: "Don't care" Ravens: "We're gonna spend at least 30% of our time in a 2 TE set McDermott: "Still don't care" Ravens: "We're gonna rush for 162 yds" McDermott: "And?" Ravens: "144 passing yards and 2 INT" McDermott: "Uh-huh" On the other hand, in the 2020 playoffs with AJ Klein, we did spend about 40% of our time in a 4-3 defense. And Baltimore had 150 rush yards, but 222 passing yards. So I guess exactly what we see may depend upon the threat perception.
  19. I agree. On the other hand, I also don't think it's OK to have one team baking its brains and risking heat stroke without shade on the sidelines while the opponent is 30 degrees cooler. So if a team thinks the one is unsportsmanlike, while the other is "business as usual" I'm like...."Oh well"
  20. So are NFL referees prohibited from gambling? How about the friends and families of NFL referees?
  21. I thought I saw them shoveling the aisles But, they didn't clear the seats. Fans got to clear their own seat, they get to figure out how.
  22. I didn't see the latter coming. Guess they like Kingsley Jonathan > Mike Love? No elevations at DT is promising for Jordan Phillips and Ed Oliver I think Makes sense to elevate Beasley over John Brown given the weather tomorrow. Need the short game more in the wind. And this, Good Friends, would be the reason the Bills flew out yesterday. A wise move!
