Giants are releasing QB Daniel Jones (future backup to Josh Allen)
Beck Water replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
According to multiple news articles, it is. Sources not given https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/news/daniel-jones-safety-giants-benched-qb-scout-team/82fdf92e5c5a3457512a5ad3 It should be noted that Davis Webb used to play scout team safety to help the Bills QB prepare for a game, and his willingness to help the team "however" was one of the things noted as one of the traits that made him so valuable to the Bills. -

He had 2 years of QB play that were adequate for an otherwise sound team to win with - his rookie season 2019 under Pat Shurmur/Mike Shula and 2022 under Daboll/Mike Kafka - but supported by a strong run game and before Daboll's ego swelled to a size sufficient to fill a small auditorium at STP with room left over for 2 but not 3 standard helium balloons to maintain full inflation. I say this based on a thing I did back in 2016 where I looked at what aspects of QB play were correlated with winning - completion %, TD/INT ratio, etc. Passing Y/G overall weren't, but there was a floor of passing yards that improved the correlation. And no, I don't know that's what happened to Daboll's ego but there are stories -

I did NOT see this coming. They take on $47M of dead cap for him. -
Funny how none of the analysts, including those who have been breaking down tape for decades like Cosell or have played QB in the NFL like Simms or Orlovsky, seem to think the defense "confused" Allen. Allen and Brady both said he had a check to a zone beater play; someone here pointed out Allen shifted the protections before the play, indicating he recognized the original called play wouldn't work with the D he saw, and made the decision to run. Allen could also have converted the 1st down and slid. Just how do you define "reality"? The reality is that this is the first game this season when Allen has run the ball 12 times. In fact, to this point in the season, Allen's rushes per game are a career low for him, 6.1 A/G - down from the career high 7.8 A/G he had under Dorsey in 2022 or the 7.3 he had under Daboll in 2021. He's also on-pace for a career low in QB pressures (on pace for 99, vs last year 126 or 184 in 2021), sacks ( on pace for 20, previous low last year, 24), and close to a career low of QB hits (on pace for 43, previous low 40).

Your post, for reference: "There is absolutely no reason anyone should have to inconvenience themselves in order to adapt to the behavior of "South American crime syndicates" in this country." The point I think some are trying to make is, your post is meaningless, not rational. Sure - we shouldn't have to "inconvenience ourselves" to adapt to the behavior of any foreign crime syndicates. Everyone would agree with that. We shouldn't. But they're here, and they're impacting people, so what ya gonna do? The whole point of foreign crime syndicates is that the actual brains bankrolling the operation are - foreign. Off-shore. Not subject to arrest and sentencing by US Law Enforcement. You might catch and jail some of the stooges, but that's just cutting off a limb that is easily re-grown. Where did the stuff about "you can't just arrest violent criminals and sentence them to jail time. You also can't deport them if they're non criminals!" ? No one is arguing that that I've seen. Seems to me you're injecting your own hobby horses into the conversation. The whole point of this is that the criminals are targeting vacant properties of NFL stars and committing property crimes, theft - not violent crimes. There's also nothing about whether the actual thieves are citizens or not, just that the brains of the thing, planning the crimes and bankrolling the security jammers or whatever other high technology, are foreign crime syndicates.

Yes, WEO, that's the point, we know real estate transactions are publicly discoverable, but almost all athletes own their property through an LLC Pretty sure you won't find Knox or Allen in that database
-
You would have to ask the FBI what their "real proof" is. My guess is they'll tell you to go pound sand, but the FBI typically doesn't issue warnings without good reason As for bigoted, you'll have to explain that. Start with the definition: "obstinately or unreasonably attached to a belief, opinion, or faction, in particular prejudiced against or antagonistic toward a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group." I don't think "South America" is a particular group. It's a geographical location, as far as I know.

I had the same thought. Though, a number of people on this board seem to know exactly where Josh's house is, so these things are discoverable, even if the house itself is owned by a corporation. Maybe they bought data from someone who hacked a database that has the athlete's home addresses - like IDK, maybe the NFL? NFLPA?

Honestly, I thought the penalties were all 3 legit. didn't need to grab the QB's butt and lift up on the way down instead of bracing. Didn't need to grab the receiver's mouthpiece. -

This is just based on what I've been told, but the gloves that work magic in dry weather, apparently get slick in wet weather. You apparently need special gloves or no gloves.
