  1. Aaaaaaaaannnd GB muffs the punt. Love barely avoids a safety there But he could easily have flipped that to a Lion and given up a TD instead of a Safety Love and the Packers having a Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad half
  2. GB D finally holds. Someone must have passed out the Viagra
  3. Amon Ra Saint Brown looking solid
  4. I think they better hold off on anointing Love as the Three Peat Packers HOF QB I guess it depends what you’re wanting to watch. Lions offense has thrown down some unexpected plays. A Goff scramble. A 40 yd reverse with Goff blocking downfield. On the other hand….the Beatles sang “can’t buy me love”, the Packers are “Can’t Protect me Love” Their OL stinks so far And their returner’s decision making stunk
  5. A Thundering Herd Of Buffalo Will Trample Dolphins. Squish the Fish!!!!
  6. Your memory is completely correct. DB were Elam and Benford. Safeties were Jaquan Johnson and Damar Hamlin. I can't say we totally held them in check (Waddle 4 for 102 yds) but they only got 21 points out of it, and 7 of those were gift-wrapped on the Bills 6 yd line by Josh Allen strip sack (Jevon Holland, Melvin Ingram) Nick Wright by a Nose
  7. OK, so that tells you something about the Broncos defense and why the Dolphins put up 70 on them.
  8. I had my health insurance cancelled when my spouse went on Medicare. They swore the amount would change to reflect single coverage, but it would still autopay from our checking. Spoiler: it didn't. 🤷‍♂️ I take it you don't select "electronic statement" No, they don't actually, at least not before they just do ***** like cancel you -- happened to me.
  9. Ooooh, "de gustibus non disputandum est" but I do disagree. She isn't a fashion model, but looks pleasant and socially respectable. He looks like the kind of greasy geek Mom pries away from the gaming computer and orders to shower every month or so Now I know that's not who he is ...that he's worked hard and advanced as a coach, and the players seem to love him and go hard for him. Still, he did make that remark about how his previous habit of not showering until Wednesday wouldn't work, now he's a HC.
  10. Psssst What if I told you that Jonathan Jones was inactive that game? And Jalen Mills only played 37% of the snaps? Safeties Duggar and Peppers (4.49 and 4.46) CB Gonzalez and. on 84% of the snaps, Miles Bryant (4.62 40) Now Gonzalez (4.38 40) is legit fast. No faster than Kaiir Elam ( 4.39 40) But the biggest factor in coverage is mental processing and reaction time - not whether one set of safeties ran a 40 yd dash in under 4.5 while another was mid-4.5s when they came in the league and probably slower It wouldn't surprise me to see Elam active this week You know, the Dolphins *did* have Mostert, Waddle, and Hill when we played them last September and last December Now, we did lose to them 21-19 in September, but I would have to say a fumble recovered on our own 6 yard line resulting in a Miami TD, some wierd decisions at the end of half, missed FG, and a TOD had more to do with that than speed differential between their skill players and our secondary did. Well, that and horrendous heat. Nice vomit emoji reaction, @boyst, but be kind of nice to hear an answer: "Share your concern on Bernard."
  11. What the heck is McDermott wearing on his R wrist? I thought at first "whaaaat, is Coach all blinged out now wearing a Diamond 'tennis bracelet'?" but it looks more like beads...
  12. Uh-oh...wrist injury to our long snapper?
  13. Believe it or not, geeky little nerd-type guys get loooove too. Though you're allowed to think he "outkicked his coverage" because he pretty clearly did. Share your concern on Bernard.
  14. I didn't see a chart for Week 2 (unless you meant the other I put up there for Week 1 vs Chargers) Did not watch that game at all so defer to what you saw
  15. On the other hand, it's not like the Jets or the Raiders have shown much sign of life on offense in other games This just seems like an overreaction 3 games in, to be met by possibly, an equal and opposite overreaction should the defense struggle against the Dolphins
  16. Achane, Mostert, Waddle, and Hill are fast fast guys. I expect it to be a tough battle, and they'll win some plays. On the other hand, 3 of the 4 of them were there last season when we played the Dolphins. What offenses have the Dolphins played so far? The Chargers managed 433 yds and 34 points, came down to giving up 10 points in the 4Q. The Patriots haven't looked like an offensive juggernaut so far and 0-3 Denver just looks like a mess. It's not like they've been shutting down the Eagles, the 49ers, and Kansas City. ? They don't have Week 2. Week 3 sort of matches what you say. The theory is that Tua has greatly improved his ability to make that sideline throw. Week 1 kinda bears that out. Week 2 kinda bears you out. I will say this, right now Tua's completed air yards are only slightly higher than the YAC on completions: 546 to 478 yds. In an interesting twist, that's actually true for Josh Allen right now: 366 to 362 yds
  17. Kincaid is still hit-n-miss as a run blocker. Sherfield is a good downfield run blocker. The whole thing is being overblown though. Like I said, one of the differences between the snap counts in the Jets vs Raiders vs Washington game is that some starters got taken out - something like 10% of the Raiders snaps and 15% of the Commanders snaps. So a certain amount of this "tell" is Kincaid sitting on the bench for the final drives of the game, along with the other starters. The 11 play 4Q TD drive against the Raiders was 8 runs, 3 passes. 9 play 4Q TD drive against the Commanders was 9 runs, 0 passes. I hope that situation arises vs the Dolphins, and if it does, I don't think the Phins will need Kincaid as a "tell" to guess that the Bills are going to try to run it.
  18. And there are some who suffered from back spasms who said their reaction is nothing similar to Tua's "Easy player to dislike" GTFO
  19. No one anywhere, ever, yelled "ground and pound take CJ Spiller" Even people who actually followed college ball and wanted CJ Spiller understood that "ground and pound" wasn't his game.
  20. Yes. Kincaid played 80% or 55 of the snaps Week 1, when we rushed on 22 of the ~63 offensive snaps. So I guarantee he was in on more than 6 rushing snaps, because Maths. Kincaid played only 60% (42) of the 78 offensive snaps Week 2. This number is lower largely because we were resting some starters for ~12-15% of the snaps. But we rushed 35 times, so I'm pretty sure he was in on more than 6 of those (can't prove it with Math though). The same arithmetic about taking out starters last week. We took out starters for the last ~14-16% of the 68 offensive snaps, so Kincaid's 51% of the snaps (35 snaps) reflect this. Sherfield got 46% of the snaps (31), though, so clearly he was in there about 30% of the time, 20 snaps, when we weren't resting starters. He is a better run blocker than Kincaid at this point, so it makes sense to put him in on run plays. But he also can catch pretty nicely, so it would be worth asking how many of the 20 "starter" plays Sherfield was in on, were pass plays? If they ONLY put Sherfield in on run plays, that would be a big tell.
  21. FWIW, and I didn't watch all-22 or do my own scoring, @Bocephuz has been doing a breakdown of pass protection, and said "1/3 of the pass plays". There were 32 pass attempts plus at least one scramble on busted protection, so that would mean ~11
  22. He's referring to himself as one of "several others invited by the Bills to return and be honored as a "Legend of the Game" Since that's a bit ponderous, he abbreviated it as "several other legends"; really should not be interpreted as self-aggrandizement in this context.
  23. I could be mistaken, but I do believe the Raiders wanted to run on us. Now it could be they can't run on anyone right now, and that's a big problem for them because their offense is built to work around the run game. Against Denver, 29 rush attempts to 20 pass attempts. Against us, even split between run and pass. Against the Stillers, they could taste that come from behind victory so they started to pass more at the end. But the "want to run on" was there.
  24. Right it was like....how can we catch them by surprise? I know, we'll use the receiver they'd least expect to see used on that play...the guy with the least quickness. I mean why not just use Kincaid or Knox?
  25. Nah, not every catch he ever had, but basically, Harty had One Good Year. I thought he legit looked good in that One Good Year, but I had big-ass concerns about that Best Ability, Availability. The Bills training staff said to be very good, wonder if they are keeping him on the field through some injury and that's why he doesn't look as fast.
