Well, that sucks. Bad mistake by Wilson.

Chiefs in the red zone in a tied game in the 4th Q, is this really the time to be showing us #87 Swiftie Jerseys?

Ja’Mar Chase: “I’m open. I’m always ****ing open”
Beck Water replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
Although frankly, their OL does not look good at all. I haven’t been keeping track of whether they have injuries or what’s going on. But I do seem to remember someone giving me a lot of grief, holding up Cincinnati as an example of proper team building for investing a lot ion their OL, unlike our Bills team. Hope whoever that was kept his receipts. -

Demoralized. They don’t believe they have a chance to win the game.

What’s the purpose of all the Mahomes finger- wiggling after plays?

TBH, I think the Chiefs got jobbed on that facemask safety call, and I think they got jobbed on that horse collar tackle. And I probably should care, but I don’t. I’m like “Karma’s a Beoytch” to Jawaan Taylor. And then there were all the missed illegal formation and false start penalties he had against the Lions

Jawaan Taylor sighting

So maybe they should bring Rodgers down to the sideline or put him in the booth
-
Not really. We played them while they were hyped up with “win one for the Gimp” and Josh Allen threw 3 picks and fumbled. The win percentage in the NFL when a team has 4 turnovers is quite low. So losing when hyou do that is quite logical.
-
They were a great defense last season and brought back many of the same personnel. I think they’re demoralized by the stunningly complete lack of offense.

Brandon Beane…..you have to bring in a Corner.

I can't help but read stuff like this and SMH. Who exactly that would be a sure improvement do you feel is actually available? Do you think the Jets are going to trade us Sauce Gardner or something? The Bills may sign someone, but they had an oversupply problem at CB going into the season Because of being able to keep Von Miller on PUP and stash a LB on IR, they kept 7 CB (11 DB) where they would normally keep 9 or 10. They may decide to just stay at 6 CB (10 DB) and bring back Miller. The first part is fine. Ingram is not going to be routinely elevated unless someone is dinged. And I think it's possible they put Elam over Jackson to pair with Benford. We'll see. -
Knox had 1 reception on 1 target. It was a good one - 12 yds and a 1D. But if there were a few, you must be thinking of "the other DK" - except while he had 4 nice receptions on 5 targets, only 1 went for a 1D. So I don't know who was channeling his inner Beast Mode.

That Allen guy, do you think he might become pretty good?

Agreed, question was about IOL though

Tre White Injury Updates (Torn Achilles now confirmed)
Beck Water replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
No, that would make no sense. An injury settlement occurs when the team puts a player on season ending IR, but the player believes he can come back and play for another team this season. So the player, his physicians, the NFL team, and their physicians agree on the number of weeks the rehab should actually require, pay the player for that many weeks, and release him. Good for the player - gets a chance to play elsewhere - good for the team, doesn't have to pay the player for the entire season if it's actually a shorter injury. This is likely a season-ending injury, so Tre is going to be paid for the full season regardless. And releasing Tre would cost the Bills extra cap, not save it, because all his amortized signing, option, and restucture bonuses would accelerate into this season. -

He knew. He knew right away. It's a "Bittersweet Symphony", this win. -

I share your impression of Rapp. At safety? Not sure about that. It's unclear to me if Hamlin will be active - it would make sense - but yes, I think they've pretty much said Rapp gets the start.
-
Oh, Come On, Billl, even if you don't respect the Bills coaches very much vs your own KC guys, you can't possibly believe that professional football talent evaluators and coaches worry about "saving face" when it comes to who's active on Sunday. That would be the best way to 'lose face' - by getting your team's butts whupped. They are worried about 1) who are the best players to have on the field and who are the best subs for various package options, offense and defense? 2) a few core ST players 3) for the last few slots, which players offer the most versatile skill sets as backups in case of injury? Damar Hamlin hasn't been riding the pine because the Bills think he "completely sucks" relative to Cam Lewis. They don't. He started last season when Hyde went down, not Lewis. The Bills have had Hamlin on the bench because Lewis can play CB, nickel, and Safety (and ST as well) so he offers them more versatility. Now this is legit funny.
