  1. I have been saying that for 5 seasons. Out LB core is terrible. They both deserve their walking papers. OUR LB's don't even rank in the top 75 in the league. They have always been just average.
  2. I was not impressed with Crowder even when he did play, in training camp at SJF he was way to inconsistent. Now that he is on IR with a a broken ankle I don't see him playing another game as a Bill. I would rather have Beasley back at this point. Anything to try and get some type of short slot passing game established again. People may dislike Beasley but he is one tough SOB on the field and he gave us everything he had when he was on the field.
  3. Yeah I agree too. We always try to make simple process more complicated than it needs to be. You teach the guy the basic's to your offense and the rest of the play or the results after the catch are always different when you're a running back coming out of the backfield.
  4. It just pisses you off when you watch these games and then rewind some of these plays when they get down in the redzone, and when you as a fan see they have other options underneath for 5 to 8 yards in which Josh and the OC ignore, these coaches and players are not on same page. Josh and our OC constantly ignore the players that are open with a higher percentage of gaining 5 to 8 yards if it was selected. We go down there inside the 20, 1st down pass incomplete, 2nd down play a piss poor run call selection with no motion or pulling on the line that goes for 2 or 3 yards sometimes a loss of yardage up to 5 yards. The 3rd pass is incomplete because they are forcing the throw into receivers that are covered and its either incomplete or its picked off. Then the 4th down mistakes speak for themselves. There is such terrible play calling when down in the redzone the percentage of these plays working is got to be less than 40%. Everyone on this forum has seen these bone headed play calls and missed opportunities. How in the world does the OC & his assistants up in the booth watching this game not see these as we do. Then try to incorporate that into the game at some point. There is zero improvising with our OC and his play calling. It's really like watching a college OC call plays, the same stuff is called over and over that is so generic there is no chance of these plays working against a good team. Dorsey has to start realizing that he is not going to get in trouble running plays from last year's playbook that worked. Why in the world would he not continue to use what worked and then expand upon that. It's not like you are going get fined or sued for using plays that were from a previous OC that actually worked. Our coaching is really pathetic and it is the single biggest fault with this team, and it's true on both sides of the ball, Frazier does not get a free pass on this issue either for not adapting his D during games when its sorely needed.
  5. NE is going to destroy the Jets. BB will not make the bad OC coaching decisions that cost us game vs the Jets. Because NE is going to run the damn ball......Since the Bills are allergic to running the ball, which is our kryptonite.
  6. Agreed, with the amount of injuries on this team this year, nothing is a given anymore. JA17 need to stop drinking his own kool-aid. He has gotten so drunk on his popularity and success, that he seems to be lacking focus and decision making in games now. He needs an ass chewing from his coaches to get him to come back down to earth, the rest of the season. If he doesn't we are in deep trouble.
  7. He won't use his because it has no Bling!!!
  8. Covid is OVER!!!!! Time to let loose again!!!
  9. I second for putting him on IR, the rest of the year. He will not be anywhere near 100% if he comes back.
  10. Sometimes you need a little more of this to get the point through to these guys.
  11. Are you kidding, you are giving him to much praise. MC'D is not even deserving of a McDonalds association, he is more like Jack in the Box!!
  12. Ken Dorsey IS NOT A good OC!! JA is under contract he is not going anywhere.
  13. Quote from another online new outlet. But it is hits the nail on the head. All of this points to lack of situational awareness and that's because of bad coaching. https://billswire.usatoday.com/2022/11/14/buffalo-bills-vikings-knock-ball-down-cam-lewis-sean-mcdermott/?utm_source=MSN&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=inline-related Perhaps the most frustrating part is the fact Lewis appears to go for an interception when all he needed to do was knock the ball down to end the game. A lesson you’d think the Bills would have learned a couple seasons ago in Arizona against the Cardinals. After the game, Lewis, as one would expect, took the play pretty hard. “Thought it was… thought it was over his head, but just gotta be more aware in that situation,” Lewis said at his locker after the game. “F—— fourth & 22. Knock the ball down, bro. Like, I’m not a selfish player. I don’t try to be a selfish player. I’m always trying to put the team before me. Just gotta knock the f—— ball down, plain and simple. Gotta know the situation, we knock the f—— ball down we win. You know what I’m saying? That’s all I can say about that.” When asked how much that moment hurt, Lewis was in no mood to dive further into his emotions. “Man, you know it hurt,” Lewis continued. “You know it hurts. Don’t do that.” During his post-game press conference, McDermott was asked more broadly about the Bills defense seemingly losing it’s edge at the end of the last few games. McDermott referenced the fourth-and-long conversion. “I believe in this team. I believe in the team,” McDermott told the media. “They made more plays than we did down the stretch. Obviously we turned the ball over. Got a team in 4th and 19 and they made the play. We gotta get the ball knocked down there. So, opportunities to win the game and again, today we didn’t get it done.” With the loss the Bills now find themselves in third place in their own division, a far cry from the Super Bowl favorites many had coined them as earlier in the year. While games like this are very tough to swallow, even more so coming off a tough loss the week before to a division opponent, these are the moments the Bills will try to learn from, especially a young player like Lewis.
  14. This year is very different, we have key missing personnel & players, and it's very doubtful we will overcome these issues' because of our coaching deficiencies. 1) Micah Hyde is not available for this year. Poyer's continued injuries have become a issue this year. 2) Daboll is gone. Daboll was an still is better OC than Dorsey. 3) Even more reluctance to run the ball this year. Hines, Motor, Cook and we don't even utilize their talent. This is seriously a pathetic problem to have. 4) Coaches have not learned from the last 4 years. We see it more and more as of late. Bad coaching, no adaptation capability is even more of a problem. 5) To little experience at CB, Tre might not even make it back this year, The clock is against him and we still have yet to see how he will perform once he plays again. 6) Injuries this year have been worse and Buffalo doesn't seem to be able to stay healthy. This is a major issue. This team is to old at key positions. 7) Josh is forcing the ball to much. He has become a detriment in the Red-zone with turnovers alone. JA17 has 6 Red-zone turnovers in the last 2 years. More than any other NFL player. Josh has thrown 10 or more int's in the last 4 seasons. It is becoming a real issue that is costing us games. The reluctance to blitz when needed and adjust on defense, and lack of run diversity on offense over the past 4 years has become a pattern. This undermines this teams chance to adapt even more on game day when it's needed. Everyone has caught on to what we do on offense and because we have no diversity with our OC in the current system, good D teams can shut our team down. We will never win a Super bowl if we can't learn to run the ball besides JA. JA17 is one hit away from this team going nowhere. This year is proof that he is not immune to injury, he is not Superman. Sorry it is what it is with this team. We can be unbeatable in one game and then head scratching bad in other games. This model does not promote confidence to win in the post season, much less win a Super bowl this year.
  15. He missed that window to get the ball in there. It was thrown behind the cut and had zero chance of Gabe making any type of play on that ball with the defender between himself and Josh. Bad pass & bad decision, he should have checked down to the RB. RB had a better chance to take that to the house, than completing that throw in the endzone.
  16. ESPN and Get-up just said it best. You can't take away his competitiveness but you have to real him in and contain it, you can't take away his stinger. It can't be all about JA17, it has to be more about the team. You can't have JA17 play for your team thinking it has to be him making every single play for your team to win. You have to believe in your teammates and you have to give them the chance to do so. Like they said today. JA17 has the most redzone TO's, 6 in the last two years. It has become a weakness that has been exposed for all other teams to see.
  17. When you put your Quarterback in a Trophy case and put it on the top shelf on your trophy room. You tend to not want anyone to touch it or you think it is good enough to be displayed as it is. When the fact is that it should not be on the top shelf to begin with. It has not won anything yet. Josh Allen is lacking real coaching to correct him with his bad decisions this year. If you are afraid to take on the problem head on with him he will never get better. I can replay all the post loss press conferences in the last two years where he comes to the mic and says the same thing after his poor performances. It's a broken record. " its my fault, I have to do better" Same old - same old. He is only as good as what the coach gives him to do his job, he is only as good as the play that was schemed up to take advantage of the talent that there is in abundance around him. If you are afraid to physically manipulate and mold your in the works trophy QB then you have already lost. Andy Reid and Eric Bieniemy do this with McHomes. Andy Reid is a real coach and it shows year after year. They address and fix their problems. Buffalo does not, our coaching is crap.
  18. If your coaches can't control the team and how they play, your playing with fire and you elect to live and die with that. You have coaches taking points off the board in a close game, stupid. Not taking a safety, not starting Dean Marlo over Cam Lewis. Say what you want. The D & Josh are 50-50 to blame in this game, Josh with 4 turnovers, the D with 4 huge failed 3rd and 4th down plays defended. But when it comes down to the fine print. The coaches put them in every single situation in this game, the result is another loss and another piss poor coaching performance.
  19. More fuel on this fire that was said at the end of last year. A lot of people on this forum blamed the coaches for last years KC fiasco and playoff exit. Can you honestly not say that our coaching staff is the biggest problem with this team this year. OC, DC & HC. You can't make this stuff up week after week. Year after Year. It sure as hell seems to be written in black and white on the wall that our coaches just do not have that elite trait or knowledge, that will ultimately keep us from getting to a SB. Hell, Daboll left and he took a terrible Giants team and literally turned it around with the fraction of the talent the Bills have on their roster they are 7-2. Say what you want about injuries. It's an issue every team has to deal with. But our losses lately focus squarely on bad coaching decisions on and off the field.
  20. TJ Watt, Nick Bosa and Micah Parsons are all better than Von Miller. They have way more of defensive presence and are more disruptive on D than Von Miller is. We paid this guy 120 Million and he barely made any contribution to the game today & last week vs the Jets. So say what you want. You can have all the sacks in the world if you still lose games to teams you should be beating then the money is hardly worth the investment. Yeah by the way we are now in 3rd in the AFC E and we have no chance beating Miami. We will be lucky to beat NYJ much less NE twice, the way our defense is playing and Josh is playing right now. Milano is only average and Edmunds is a way to on and off of a player. We spent $$$ to the hilt this year to pay people to win now and the money they have invested to date has not provided the results. It goes to show you that this team is not as good on the field as it is on paper. I have been watching this team since Joe Ferguson was throwing balls for this team. This team is a major tailspin, and I don't see any way for them to get out of it. This is a coaching issue and there is no denying it anymore. Players can only play how they are coached then their talent has take them the rest of the way on the field. If you are missing tackles, dropping passes, not using the RB's more and have a QB throwing putrid game losing Int's all this season, tell me how you fix this three ring circus now. You don't because our coaches are a F*** joke.
  21. It is the source of the problem. Safety, DB, CB it doesn't matter if you don't understand the bigger picture of the down being played, then this falls on the coaches stressing situation importance. Change of possession via int has less of a chance then just knocking down and defending the pass attempt.
  22. Until the coaching starts reining in the players making these mistakes it is a coaching issue. CB's failing to turn around looking for the ball and get getting burned is all on the coaches. We made a huge mistake signing Von Miller. We could have brought in some serious LB help this year and beefed up in the Secondary. But now we have this paper defense again. We lose to good teams because our coaching can't make game time adjustments and won't get off playing stupid dime defense every single game and not make any second half adjustments. Our run D has been crap for 3 plus games. Our coaches have not done jack 💩to stop it!!!
  23. Our CB's have not learned anything even after the D-Hop catch in the game with Arizona 2 years ago If our coaches can't even address this issue two years later, that is proof that the entire coaching staff is crap. The coaching is the major problem the last 3 seasons.
  24. He has completely missed going through his progressions. It's been so bad the last three games that its been the number 1 reason this team is on a 2 game losing streak right now. Allen is not doing his job reading the field. He needs to approach each play with the the goal of moving the chains. He constantly tries the home run ball to much. His throws today were a mixed bag. Diggs one handed catch was a absolute crap throw by Allen. He overthrew him by a mile. Diggs made a unreal catch.
  25. The bad thing about this team is they can play with anyone in the league, but they are to cocky. The issue with this team is that they all think that they have been given a red carpet to the SB this year, although that haven't earned jack 💩. The locker room good vibe thing is hurting this team. This team needs a coach that is not afraid to put down a solid dose of the law in the locker room, and get the players focused at playing football again. We have too many players making mistakes that this year are costing this team wins. Every loss can be put on the coaches lack of leading this team, but we have players that are making mistakes at the worst possible time during the game. Stupid defensive penalties out of bounds. These mistakes are costing us W's. When you believe your better than everyone else on the field, without playing the game first that is major problem. Cocky and Confidence are not the same thing.
