Honestly, not a fan of Chef's, and while I do like the "new" Colter Bay, I liked the "old" Colter Bay much better. Few others: Grover's in East Amherst/Clarence (great burgers, wings and cheeseburger soup) & anything in the Gorino group of restaurants (Siena, 800 Maple, Rocco's & JT's)
